I always wondered what Pam's Mom was saying on the other end of the phone, so here's what I think she said. I sort of changed Pam's words as well because I sort of forgot what she said but its similar.

"We just talked." Pam said close to tears.
"What did you say?" Keira Beesly asked.
"Nothing." She bit her lip as her mom began to respond.
"Do you love him?" She asked
"I don't know mom, he's my best friend." She replied.
"Pam put in mind he's always been there for you and he knows you better than anyone, even Roy. Your fiancée." Keira said.
"I know." She spots Jim out of the corner of her eye.
"I've got to go." She hangs up without a reply.
"Jim what are you." She's cut off with his lips on hers; she kisses back because it feels right. The kiss is sweet and long, and when Jim pulls back Pam is out of breathe. She kisses him back, forgetting she's engaged. Forgetting she's in the Office. She's lost in him.
"Jim, I.I love you too." She whispers. She hugs him and tears escape her eyes slipping down her cheeks.
"Its okay I'm here." He whispers wiping the tears off. For once she believes someone, the stability she feels with Jim rushes threw out her body. She knows. She knows she loves him and not Roy. She knows that this is what she dreams of when she looks over at him during the day.
This is right.
This is how love is supposed to feel.

Okay it's just a one shot but I might put a sequel I don't know. What do you guys think?
