Dr. Teller: " 003. I guess you are wondering what is going on. This place is called Lab Omega. Ten years ago a women name Pan came into a reality to help the Sailor Scouts fight a monster with great power that came from her world. The monster was named Cell. This monster escaped from hell but came to our world instead of his own.
He killed three of the Sailor Scouts without breaking a sweat. Then just as it seemed all would be lost Pan came to our rescue. She turned into what she called a Super Saiyan 2. Her and Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars killed him, but before he died he said that there will be one more coming, one called Buu. Pan could not stay and fight. Her time in our reality ran out. But her blood stayed behind. We used her DNA to make you. When you wake up. You will be 17 the same age as the real Pan was when she came here to save us, but not just from Buu. The first two Pans that came before you were insane with power. There names are 001 AND 002. They killed everyone in the building as they left. Sailor Moon and the new Scouts needs your help."
