A/N: Random idea. April's POV.

April?

Angel felt so bad leaving Collins. He knew that Collins needed him. I could see that much.

"Angel, baby," I said, smiling at him… er… her. "You're here."

"Don't remind me."

"Angel…"

"Collins…"

"Hun, I feel your pain. I had to leave someone I loved, too. Once upon a time. How is he?"

"Who?" Angel was curious now.

"My boyfriend. Has he finally moved on? From me. You know, gotten over me?"

Angel was confused. "I don't know who you're talking about…"

"Here's a hint. You know him."

Angel smiled, the first time I had ever seen her smile. "That helps, that really helps."

"Hello? Mister Can-I-Make-Your-Life-Miserable? Is he still using?"

Angel had a hunch who I was talking about now. "Look, I don't even know who you are…"

"Well, if you figure out who I am, you'll know who I'm talking about. If you know who I'm talking about, you'll know who I am. Easy enough."

Angel stared at me. "You're a puzzle."

I grinned. "That's me for you. How's Mo? And Mark? Is Benny still rooming with them? What about… oh, never mind the last one."

"Benny's gone, Maureen's turned lesbian and dating a lawyer named Joanne, Mark's single, and Roger's currently trying to figure out whether he likes Mimi or not."

"Who's Mimi?"

"Roger's tentative girlfriend. We were close, like sisters." Angel looked about to cry.

"So, he's finally gotten over me?"

She knew in an instant. "April?"
