It's kind of about Kingdom Hearts II. It's sort of looking back on when things were lighter.This is pretty much half-poem, half-song. Also, I know some of the lines don't rhyme, I was experimenting around. It's probably not in traditional "poem format" or anything. I hope you enjoy it, and please, PLEASE review. Remember when the path was so clear?
There was right and wrong
Everything led straight forward
We only needed to be strong
Far away island
Pure careless blue
Simplest sunlight
Shone brightly on you
Once in your memories
Now only in dreams
Now we're not ever
Simple as we seem
After all of the darkness I thought it was over
I thought that light would be alone
Can it ever
Can it ever be locked away?
Leaving only day
Far away island
Is it still there?
Will I ever again
Breathe it's perfect clear air?
Is the ocean's spray
Ever as pure
As it was yesterday?
It makes all my memories seem so... away
