Summary:
A simple sentence breaks the long relationship of 3 years. What has caused this to happen? What has gone wrong in their relationship? All he knows is that she must have her r e a s o n s...But when the reason is out; its more than just sadness and tears. It's heart breaking.
Chapter 1: When It Ends.
He could still smell the scent that was lingering in the air. Her scent. Their scent. The scent of his stupidity included. It was only minutes ago that she was still within his grasp, within his control, it was until he had mentioned him yes him...But then again even if he didn't mention the particular him their relationship would be shattered anyways. He closed his eyes and tried to remember the sweet and innocent voice she possessed.
"I would die for that hair Sesshoumaru..."
"If I were you I would run out the office while I still had a chance."
"Sometimes screaming your head off or swearing at Jaken REALLY works."
"Black coffee...How heck do you drink that stuff?"
"I think...I like you."
"Remember when I said I liked you? Pay me no mind!"
"Let's be together."
"I-I want to break up."
His eyes shot open at the last thought. Yes, they were over now. Each going their own ways. Each building a new path for themselves. The only strings that held them with each other are now broken. No turning back now. But then again...He could always find another one like her. Couldn't he?
You can only treasure the past, witness thepresent and prepare for the future...
