Rory and Jess were lying in bed just holding each other. Enjoying each others company.
"When's the last time you cried" asked Rory, Jess jumped slightly from the sudden sound of her voice.
"I don't remember" lied Jess, he knew the exact time he last cried.
"Oh ok" answered Rory, Jess could her the sadness and disappointment in her voice and knew that he should just tell her.
"I was 6" Jess began and Rory didn't say anything knowing that he just had to get it all out, "My mom took me to the zoo, I remember that it was the only day in a long time that she wasn't getting drunk with her boyfriends, we had the best time we talked like we never have before and we were really getting along I thought that it could be this way forever" Jess said with a little sadness in his voice, but he went on "Then we got back to the apartment and one of her boyfriends were there and they started getting drunk, that night I cried myself to sleep, the next morning I woke up and found my mom passed out on the kitchen floor, that was the day I knew that I had to start hiding my feelings and I built the wall and nobody got threw that wall, but you" finished Jess.
"Thank you" was all that Rory could say.
"I love you Rory" said Jess
"I love you too Jess" answered Rory
They held each other closer and fell asleep in each others arms.
