Disclaimer: They belong to JK. I just play with them because I have no life. Sue me if you will but that just means you have no life, either.
It was an eternity of waiting,
And too soon coming,
The contact.
Her mouth,
Soft and cool,
He'd remembered that.
Slow and tender,
Is the exchange,
Lips moving against each other.
A rhythm like the waves,
Lapping the shore,
One after another.
Hands traveled to her waist,
Pulled her close,
And there they stayed.
Arms snaked around his neck,
And locked themselves,
That way.
She rose up,
On her tiptoes,
She just had to get closer.
Her lips pressed urgently,
He knows she's scared,
He knows her.
The passion escalated,
Took on a new life,
Frantic, heated.
Clumsy, desperate,
Wanted,
Needed.
Intense,
Loving, sensuous,
Bittersweet.
Shaking and clinging,
To each other,
The truth they meet.
This is not,
As it started,
A kiss to say good-bye.
It's a kiss that says,
They never want,
To see that time.
AN: I don't know that I like this one all that much. I managed not to repeat the word "kiss" a zillion times though, for which I give myself a pat on the back, though "lips" was in there more then I would have liked. Anyway, please review, it means a lot.
