I don't own this two Franchises. I only own this fanfic.

In a world similar to our own, 80% of the population (and rising) have developed extraordinary abilities that overshadow the other 20% that have sadly remained 'normal'. In a society that has adapted to these abilities, even those that have near-useless ones are more prized than those without. From 'Emitter-types' to 'Mutation-types', these strange powers can range from giving you animal-like features, shooting elements from the tips of your fingers, and even transforming yourself into an everyday object.

Yet, what are these innate powers called, you may ask?

They're 'Quirks'.

A freckled boy was sitting on a mat with his other classmates admiring how the other kids were showing off their quirks. The teacher called a blond-haired boy to the front to show off the quirk that he had awakened yesterday.

"Hey, everyone! Check this out!" He raised his hand in the air, before an explosive (*BOOM*) exploded out from them; shaking the classroom and dazzling all within. "My quirk is 'Explosion'!"

He laughed proudly in front of everyone; who immediately showered the boy with admiration, cheers, and compliments. With each compliment he heard, his laugh only continued to get louder and louder.

This loud braggart is Katsuki Bakugo or Kacchan (to him), his best friend ever since they were… well, babies. Izuku was staring at him wondering when is it his time to get a quirk.

"Now, everyone! Please clap their hands for Katsuki." The teacher told the rest of the class, which everyone did except for one.

"Midoriya, why aren't you clapping hands for Katsuki?" The teacher demanded, snapping Izuku from his daydreaming.

"Huh I was-."

"There's no need to be jealous of my awesome quirk Izuku." Kacchan teased.

"I wasn't!"

"Sure, you weren't." Kacchan rolled his eyes. "You were probably wishing it was you up here instead, huh?"

"I bet Midoriya will have a lame, weak quirk!" A blond/pink-haired girl said smirking at Izuku gaining laughs from the classroom at the joke.

"Quiet, Miss Mia!" The teacher said silencing everyone. "I'm sure Midoriya will have a truly wonderful quirk."

"Or not!" A random boy said, which made everyone go into a loud uproar again. All except Bakugo, who began looking at Izuku with malice.

'Who do you think you are to steal MY moment?!' He clenched his fist. Micro explosions sparked from Bakugo's hands, yet no one could hear it over their cacophonous laughter. Yet, one word did escape his mouth with bitter intent. "Midoriya…"

After climbing off the school bus he immediately ran up to his apartment and burst through the front door. Upon seeing his mother cooking in the kitchen he desperately grappled onto her leg.

"I-izuku, s-stop, I almost spilled our dinner."

"When will I get my quirk? When will we get to the quirk doctor?!"

"Where did this come from?" His mother panicked while balancing the teetering pot and paying attention to Izuku at the same time. Yet, he continued to shake his mother asking for an answer and causing some soup to spill onto the floor.

"Because everyone in my class has already gotten their quirks and it's already past the expected year of me awakening one!" Tears dribbled down his puffy cheeks as his grip tightened on his mother's skirt.

"Izuku… there's no need to cry." She put the soup spoon in the pot and picked Izuku up to her eye level. "First thing tomorrow morning, we will go straight to the Quirk doctor and sort everything out."

"O-ok" Izuku wiped his tears.

"See? There's no need to worry." She hugged him. "Now, why don't you go put your backpack away while I add some finishing touches to the soup."

"We're having soup for dinner?" Izuku said.

"Mhm. It's good for the soul to eat soup on a cold, dreary day." She said looking out the window, before seeing water droplets patter against the glass. "Look, it's already beginning to rain. Go put away your stuff and I'll have the table set by the time you're back."

She puts him down. "Now, go." She then lightly pushed him toward his room.

After Izuku put his bag down and changed out of his filthy clothes to something new. He went down stares and ate his soup alongside his mother watching a movie. Izuku afterward got ready for bed before he went into his bed. He prayed that he has an awesome quirk.

Night quickly passed in the blink of an eye for Izuku, who was only too eager to crash into his mother's room. "Mom! Mom! Wake up, it's time to go to the Quirk doctor!" Izuku said waking his mother up.

"Allllllright… Izuku. Go get ready then…." Inko stood up from bed scratching her hair. Looking around tiredly, she yawned as she began looking for her slippers.

"Ok!" Izuku rushed to the bathroom — brushed his teeth, showered, and changed into new clothes in 3 minutes flat. It would have normally taken 20 minutes, but this is no normal day, is it?

"I'm ready, mom!" Izuku then burst through his mother's room again, full of haste. "Let's go!"

"Izuku I still need to get ready so you need to wait." Inko said walking past Izuku.

"Mooooom! Can't you just skip that?" Izuku asked.

"No."

After his mother got ready, the two hurried to the Quirk doctor's clinic. However, while the drive was surprisingly short, the long wait came from two children being scheduled before Izuku. One of which being faintly familiar…

Anyhow, his patience was certainly being tested. He couldn't help but excitedly mutter to himself about what his quirk would be. At this point, he didn't even care whether it'd be lame or not. He just needed… something… anything… to fit in (and prove he could still be a Hero!).

His incoherent rambling was not making him any new friends, though, as it freaked out the other nearby parents. Combined with how sporadically he bounced up and down, it made him look like he had some unstable 'Sugar Rush' quirk.

Thankfully, the minutes passed relatively quickly until it was his turn to see the quirk doctor.

"Ah, Mrs. Midoriya and Izuku Midoriya! Please come in." The doctor said as they walked into his office and took the seats opposite of him. "Now, How may I be of service?"

"Mmm Izuku have been wondering when will he get his quirk because everyone else in his class already got their quirks before their Birthdays. So, could you tell us when and what will it be?"

" Of course. First, I need to do a private test. Sorry Mrs. Midoriya, it won't take long." The doctor smiled. "Mister Izuku, please come with me to the lab."

Minutes later, Izuku and the Doctor came back in and returned to their seats.

"First, may I have clarification on what your and your husband's quirks are?" The doctor asked after a period of silence.

"My quirk is a Class 1 version of 'Levitation'. I can only levitate somewhat light objects such as pebbles or bricks. My husband can breathe fire from his mouth." Inko explained before looking at the man in confusion. "But… Why are you asking? Our quirks are registered in our database."

"Based on our tests, Izuku will… develop two quirks related to you and your husband's. It's inconclusive for now, but they could perhaps be a stronger version of your quirks… or weaker. Only time will tell, unfortunately." Doctor said.

Izuku was shaking with amazement. 'Two quirks…'

"Two quirks!" Inko almost fainted from shock there and then. Who would have thought her son would be so blessed?

"Yes, it's rare for something like that to happen. Very rare." The doctor said solemnly.

"…Only time will tell, though? Does that mean you don't know when he will get it?"

"No, while most quirks do reveal themselves at birth or puberty… others have been known to appear under certain… circumstances."

"L-like what?" Inko asked with rising worry.

"Extreme feeling of stress, rage, or love."

"Oh!" Inko responded.

"Since that is that you all can go now were done. Other patients waiting." The doctor said while leading them out with his mother proudly holding his hand.

Izuku was still daydreaming about his quirk but what snapped him out is seeing the girl who made fun of him sitting on a chair outside the Doctor's office with her parents.

"Mia…" Izuku said shockingly.

"What are you looking at, you quirkless moron." The same Blond and pink-haired girl from his class then stuck her tongue out at him.

"But you-... I..." He was caught completely off guard. Apparently, the girl who made fun of him for not having a quirk doesn't have one too.

If that's not the case… then what could she possibly be doing here?

This right here is a idea I had of Izuku having a Psychic quirk and fire quirk from his parents. Now you maybe wondering why would this be a pokemon crossover since I didn't see any pokemon. Well there isn't any pokemon. Izuku would be using pokemon moves.

it be low level movez he start of with.

I was thinking his first fire type move should be Ember. I don't know for physic. Review on what you think.
