Mega walked through the hotel hall surveying his headquarters. He personally made a daily inspection as to ensure that the premises were well secured. Two officer's were bringing in a young woman for processing. "When we get done with all the paper work why don't we go back to my place sweets?" An officer by the name of Delta said as he pulled a lock of the girl's hair.

A memory from a walk through a few days ago flashed in his mind. Walking past "The Lounge" as his people like to call it, he heard his name being brought up in conversation by Delta.

"Sure Mega's a computer genius but what's all that if it can't even get you laid."

"The guy's not afraid of anything…. But girls!" The continued to laugh and elaborate on his lack of 'lady friends'.

They saw the lack of women in his life as a weakness, not a strength. 'I am not weak.'

The girl shrieked and swiftly kicked him in the shin. "Don't touch me you freak!." Delta raised his hand to slap her. Mega cleared his throat loudly. Both officers froze. Delta tightened his grip on the girl. "Sir, we were uh, found this Mall Rat trying to leave the city."

"Put her in holding and I'll deal with her myself.

"You're gel? A mallrat, correct?"

Gel nodded.

"Do you think it wise for a young lady, like yourself, to be leaving the city by herself?" Mega waleked further into the room. Gel pushed her nose into the air.

" I can take care of myself, besides once i caught up with Lex he would have proctected me."

"Caught up with Lex where?"

"I'm not sure. He left the city last night. I thought I would fine him. He couldn't have gotten far."

" You should be punished for trying to leave without a permit. I suppose we could give you a go in Jack's new punishment game."

"please, don't! I won't ever do it again."

"but the problem is that you have already done it. But suppose we could make a deal."

"What kind of deal?"

'Stay here with us."

"With you? Eeew! Never!"

Mega sighed. "I'll give you some time think it over."

The next morning mega stepped into Gel's cell. Gell moved from her culed position on the floor and sat up.

"Before you give me you, decision I want you to have this." He handed her a small chest. She unhooked the latches and lifted the lid. Her hand flew to her mouth and stifled a scream.

"This is impossible! This is all unopened MAC makeup. Where did you find this? Is there more?"

"Much more." Out of his pocket he pulled out a small jewelery box. Opening it revealed a sliver tennis bracelet. After mega fastened it around her wrist gel sat a few moments admiring it before she replied.

"And all I have to do is stay here?"

"Fortunately you have already decided to stay. You try to leave the premises and that bracelet with send an electric shock, strong enough to knock you out for thirty minutes."
