12:00 AM

Mary Schmidt wakes up to hear the phone ring on the seventh and final night of her first week. Already prepared for her last chance for survival, Mary immediately wheeled her chair to the phone and answered the call. After a few moments of the phone beeping and static, Fredbearina laughs seductively through the phone, but not making Mary flinch as she's aware of the dangers she's in.

"Well, well, well. It looks like you've decided to come back after all! Very courageous of you, Mary!" Fredbearina spoke to her.

"Yeah, well, I decided it wouldn't feel right to complete this week. Besides, I get some more overtime once this week is over. So, the joke is on you, Fredbearina. After everything, getting through this week will be immensely satisfying." Mary sternly told Fredbearina.

"Oh, I bet it will. Because we played with our prey long enough, we can't contain ourselves any longer. So, unless you have the endurance to go on for one more night, I'd say your fate is finally sealed, along with everyone else's involving Charles Afton himself, once we're done with you..." Fredbearina growls viciously.

"Whatever you say, bitch..." Mary spat back before hanging up the phone.

And so, the final night begins, with Mary putting up the camera to see the cameras making lustful faces at her, but barely fazing Mary. Bonney would charge at the front door, only for Mary to be speedy enough to close it in time, forcing Bonney to leave early in frustration. Chyka would try to charge at the right door, but the same thing happened to her, with Mary closing the door on time.

Mary's energy and adrenaline levels are far beyond what she was given the previous night. She knows her life is done when she makes even the slightest mistake. All the blood and sweat that boiled within her would always be present throughout this final night, especially when Foxy attempts to tackle Mary through the left door. Knowing how satisfying this victory would be for Mary, her constant effort in a straightforward job makes her muscles burn in anticipation.

1:00 AM

Foxy ran to the left door only for it to close on her, making the animatronic girl growl in frustration. Mary smirked at her before hearing the phone ringing again. Shocked at hearing the phone ring again, Mary opened the left door again and rushed over to the phone, grabbing it and answering the call. After a few moments of static, a voice would appear on the phone.

"Mary! Are you there?!" Ernie Smith yelled.

"Why are you calling me?!" Mary yelled into the phone.

"Listen, I know this doesn't sound smart. But I'm heading back to the Cabaret after what happened to the Tape-Recorder Guy. I never knew who that guy was, but I knew he was important to this company. I'm going back in one hour! Just hang in there in the meantime!" Ernie explains his plan.

"You better! I can't deal with all this one more night!" Mary yelled before hanging up the phone.

Mary closes the door using her flashlight to avoid using the door lights. Bonney and Chyka appeared at both doors, resulting in Mary closing the two doors. Both girls laughed at Mary's body glistening with sweat from being on adrenaline.

"You must be having the workout of your life, darkling.~" Bonney chuckled.

"Do you feel like your lungs are bursting?~" Chyka asked Mary mockingly.

"Girls, I'll have you know I've been doing track and field! Don't you fucking mock me!" Mary yelled in defiance.

Both animatronic girls laugh like vampires before walking away from doors and corridors. Mary would growl in rage as she watched Freddrina and Fredbearina stick their tongues at her mockingly.

2:00 AM

Mary would continue to defend herself nonstop as Foxy charged at the door, only to smack her whole body against it, making her react with frustration. Mary gave a smug smile to her as she walked away angrily. Looking at the cameras, Bonnie and Chyka were talking about something Mary couldn't hear from the lack of audio. Frustrated with the chaos around her, she calls Ernie's phone number. And after a few moments, Ernie answers her call.

"Mary, are you okay?!" Ernie Smith asked her worriedly.

"I'm fine! What's taking you so long?! You said you'd be here in the hour!" Mary yelled at him.

"Damn it, I know! I'm trying to get to the Cabaret, but all these police cars are driving around, slowing me down at almost every turn!" Ernie Smith replied, telling her his situation.

"Do you think it's about the Tape-Recorder guy not coming back from work?" Mary asked.

"Probably! Or they're probably driving around to the Cabaret you're in. The one that Charles Afton mysteriously disappeared! Either way, I can't go around driving at my usual speed!" Ernie responded.

"You better find some way to-!" Mary gets cut off by the lights flickering off and on.

"Mary, are you there?!" Ernie yelled into the phone.

"OH, GOD! THE POWER!" Mary screamed in horror.

"Open the doors immediately! I don't think anyone told you, but since the new generator is only temporary, and what model it is, if you leave the doors closed, the power of the building will-!" The phone line gets cut off from the power outage.

The worst of Mary's worries had come to pass again as she huddled into a corner in utter terror. Mary couldn't remember the time before the power outage, so she could only wait until 6 AM and not move a muscle. Sweating from the adrenaline rushing through her veins, she silenced her breathing to slow her heart as time passed.

3:00 AM

The clicking of the clock on the wall was all Mary would hear during the next hour. Tensions were at an all-time high for her survival on the 7th night. Mustering up her courage little by little, she moved ever so slowly at the clock to see 3 AM, making her smile with hope. But she couldn't help but wonder if the animatronic girls thought she'd left or couldn't be seen if her body wasn't moving about. Either way, her progress was flowing smoothly.

Until the worst happened yet again.

Mary jumped in horror to see Fredbearina and Springbonney appear playing the Moonlight Sonata music as their faces lit up. Mary wasn't sure what to do at first, but clenching her fist tightly, she brought one item she could use in situations like this.

"NO! NEVER!" Mary screamed in fury as she threw a flashbang grenade at them.

The flashbang grenade detonated, blinding Fredbearina and Springbonney, excluding Mary, who closed her eyes and covered her ears to nullify the grenade's effects. She runs past Fredbearina and into the lobby, where she sees Bonney for a split second before hiding under one of the tables. Covering her mouth to silence her short breathing, she would continue to wait the night out until 6 AM.

Mary could barely hear the animatronic girls giggling and roaming around the Cabaret. Seeing everything playing out in her favor, Mary would smile in victory. However, when she heard one of the animatronic girls get near the table she'd hidden under, she looked on in horror to see Bonney slowly revealing herself under the sheets, smiling like a yandere at Mary.

Mary screamed as she ran away as Bonney tried to grab her leg. The animatronic girl sees her past them and into the basement. Unfortunately, she would slip on a water puddle, making her fall over while hitting her neck over one of the pipes, making her body flop down to the ground. Mary slowly loses consciousness as the pain in her neck and the force on her brain take massive effect. She uttered one final groan before blacking out.

4:00 AM

"Mary, I'm coming inside the basement. Just don't panic, okay?"

Mary would hear those words that would wake her from unconsciousness. She lifted her head to see what appeared to be Fredbearina's head in the darkness. She reacted quickly by sliding in and breaking Fredbearina's ankles, causing a scream in agony. However, when her vision and hearing cleared, she reacted in horror as she didn't hurt Fredbearina but the person trying to help her. Ernie Smith. She covered her mouth as she hid under a desk she narrowly found.

"Oh my god, dude! Is that you!?" Mary yelled in horror.

"What are you doing wearing a Fredbearina head at a time like this?!" Mary berated him.

"AGH! Well, it was a disguise until you broke my fucking ankles! Mary, you must help me under that desk before they know I'm here!" Ernie Smith pleaded with her.

"I ain't fucking helping you! I'm sorry! Maybe you can crawl in!" Mary yelled at him.

"I would if I could, but as I said, you broke my fucking ankles! You need to help me immediately!" Ernie pleaded.

"I ain't going to do crap! I can't believe no one learned about Mr. Afton's real self until we all know! Now grab yourself a fucking wheelchair and wheel yourself in!" Mary spat back, chastising everyone involved with Charles Afton.

"Look, everyone and I have been trying to help you expose Charles!" Ernie replied, trying to persuade Mary to help him.

While Mary and Ernie argued, Fredbearina, Springbonney, and the other animatronic girls slowly walked down the staircase leading to the basement. Fredbearina gestured the girls to hold their position as she leaned her head onto the door to hear Mary and Ernie arguing. Fredbearina turned to the animatronic girls, grinning like a jackal, signaling them they were inside the basement.

"Then you threw a fucking flashbang grenade at the expensive animatronic girls! And now, you broke my ankles when I came here to save you?!" Ernie berated Mary about her actions.

"It's not like I want you to die or anyone here! We're in a Life or Death situation here, so depending on who you are or what your background is as a person, you have to save yourself and slash, or someone else for that matter! In this case, it's a situation where you need to save yourself at all costs! You do know where I'm getting at, right?" Mary brings up the morality of Life or Death moments in people's lives.

"I know where you're getting at, okay?! The point is, I've spent all the youth I had left working for something I was so passionate about, and now after everything we've known, I can't take that burden of working for someone that was a serial killer!" Ernie yelled in agony, complaining about his problems.

"Oh boo-fucking-hoo! Well, the only reason I ever came here was to get paid good money, as I have nothing to live for since I lived in a fucking orphanage. And boy-oh-boy! Best career choice ever made!" Mary remarked aggressively.

Then, the Moonlight Sonata song was heard.

"MARY! FREDBEARINA'S HERE! PULL ME INSIDE NOW!" Ernie screamed in horror.

"I'll tell your kids you were brave, Ernie!" Mary says her farewell to Ernie.

"I DON'T HAVE ANY KIDS, MARY! FOR FUCK'S SAKE, GET ME IN THERE RIGHT NOW!" Ernie screamed and pleaded with Mary to save him.

"Not going to happen, Ernie!" Mary refused.

"NO! NO! NO! COME ON, GALS! I PROMISE I'LL MAKE IT UP TO YOU! I SWEAR-!" Ernie pleaded for the animatronic girls to spare him.

But the animatronic girls giggled like yandere girls as Ernie screamed in horror before getting sat on by Fredbearina, becoming muffled. Mary could only watch in horror as she covered her mouth and watched Ernie Smith get raped by the animatronic girls in his final moments before suffocating to death. Mary, taking everything in, looked away from Ernie's fresh corpse as she heard Fredbearina and the animatronic girls drag Ernie's corpse away from the basement.

Realizing she still had her watch, Mary looked at the time.

5:00 AM

Mary would sigh as she clasps her hands to gather, ready to have a prayer.

"Dear God... Get me out of here, please..." Mary pleaded with Him.

"You have sent to decide our fates between Ernie and me, and You chose Ernie's fate instead of mine... I thank you for that." Mary pleaded with God, genuinely thanking him for her survival.

Mary paused as she heard a loud bang before continuing her prayer.

"Please, God... I have made a promise to dedicate my life to something special. Something, if only you give me a chance..." Mary pleaded.

"I just need some sign that I can make it out of here alive!" Mary prayed.

Then, a miracle occurred as the building's power reactivated, making Mary see the light for the first time in a fateful night.

Mary couldn't help but bask in the light for all its worth as her chances of survival were finally given to her. Despite basking in the light, Mary would genuinely dedicate herself to cleaning up the mess Charles Afton had made one day. Having been exposed to such chaos in one long week, Mary would continue to bask in the light for all the worth it could offer.

6:00 AM

Mary would sigh in utter relief as she crawled out from the desk, out of the building, and out of the Cabaret, thankfully with the animatronic girls deactivated.

Although the truth had been revealed over the tragic deaths of Charles Afton's family and Eric Emily, and Charles himself being a serial killer, the Fredbearina Cabarets and Family Diners remain open, once again, due to no safety hazards in any of the buildings. This was a bittersweet ending to the mysteries of the Vanishings of '83 and '87. This may be the closure everyone needs, but not deserved.

The nightguards of Fredbearina's Cabaret in all locations moved to the Dayshift the week after their nightshifts, including Mary Schmidt, who was the only person to tell the tale of Charles Afton's true self. The new owner of the location Mary would work in would give extra benefits to her, and the employees that chose to continue working at Fredbearina's Cabaret and all owners in other locations would soon do the same.

But despite all of this... The damage to the name of Fredbearina's isn't so easily fixed... And the animatronic girls started to change...

Bad Ending...
