"Gabriella?" Troy stood in her living room, looking anxious.
"Yes?"
"I know that we're both too young for marriage, children and that, but I want to feel like I made a commitment."
"Troy I know you're committed, nothing else matters."
He shook his head. "I want to make it official. We're gonna be a family."
"Troy, what did you do?"
He grinned and moved his hands from behind his back. Held in them was a golden retriever puppy.
She ran toward him and held up the puppy, who licked her nose. She grinned, and held it in the crook of her arm.
"I thought we would name her Sadie," He said, looking down at her.
She cooed, "Our little baby," Sadie looked at her, tongue lolling. Yes, she'd like that.
