"RISE! ALUCARD!" Lucifer commanded. At first nothing happened before an explosion was heard as Alucard's dark laughter echoed off the walls of the prisons. The damned souls within the prison all started to scream in pain and torment as Alucard absorbed them into himself. "Heheheheheh…. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"

His very laughter was deafening as the angels, archangels, as well as the Hellguard themselves all shook with fear and terror. Uriel clenched her chest. "N-no….. they wouldn't. They wouldn't dare release that MONSTER AGAIN?!"

Michael looked down off of Heaven to the depths of Hell to see the red streaks of lightning, the darkness coming from Hell being overbearing. Gabriel sighed softly from his imprisoned state. "Now you see what you have done Michael? You've left Lucifer with no choice but to unleash Alucard. There's no Schrödinger to make him disappear, no Father Alexander to fight against him. If he enters the battlefield, he will kill everyone and only Lucifer and Father can stop him."

Michael had a pale look on his face before it came back to full. "No matter. There's no way they can get up here. I've closed down all the portals and they don't have the wings to get up here. Even Lucifer cannot arrive here anymore because of Father's prevention matters." Gabriel shook his head. "There is always a way, even you know that."

Newgate dropped the hammer he was using as the intense feeling of dread hit him. "By all that is….. where were you keeping him Lucifer?" He muttered to himself. 'Hell is terrified, I can feel it in her very air. If this is just the presence being released….. I haven't felt a terror like this since Xebec first recruited all of us.'

Alucard rolled his shoulders. "So Lucifer, how the fuck did Charlie get kidnapped in the first place? I thought you had like, a bajillion guards watching her."

Lucifer frowned. "You know that hotel idea I told you about that she had?" There was silence between the two. After a few minutes, Alucard spoke up. "She was kidnapped from the hotel?" "She was kidnapped from the hotel." Alucard took a sharp inhale, sounding like he was trying to suppress his anger. "Is there someone down here that was involved with it?" "Two actually. Their names are- "" Don't care, going for a walk, will kill them when I find them." Lucifer was stunned. "A-at least let me tell you who they are!" Alucard turned to start walking. "Fine, make it quick. I haven't been out of that prison since the Nazis returned in 1999."

Lucifer handed him two pictures. "One of them is Valentino, the moth one. The other- "" Holy shit is that the Von Eldritches?" "Y-yes? Anyways, the Von Eldritch family was behind causing mass chaos to let Valentino and Heaven attack Charlie directly. Seviathan has coming forward and let me know that he had no involvement in kidnapping Charlie or any of the attacks."

Lucifer stared Alucard down. "I want you to kill that whole family, minus Seviathan of course. The Von Eldritch has been a plague for too long and I want them eradicated. As for Valentino, take your time in hunting his ass down. He has gone into hiding, so he will be tough to track down. Torture him, make him relieve every single nightmare that he's had both here and in the living world. Make him remember whose he's fucking with."

Alucard grinned and started chuckling. "Do you still have my guns?" Lucifer nodded, opening up a briefcase he pulled out from his suit. "Polished, cleaned, and equipped with the finest angelic silver and demon metals that we could find to make the bullets. These are the first set of ammunition that Whitebeard had managed to create." "That old bastard is still alive?" Alucard asked. "He's older than my undead ass."

"Indeed." Lucifer stated with a frown. "Anyways, once that's all been taking care of, we are going to have a war meeting to figure out how to deal with Heaven. Father wouldn't have let this attack happen, so he's most likely indisposed for the time being."

Alucard shrugged. "Fine with me. I'll be on my way, taking a walk." The way he said made the denizens of Hell shiver in fear, despite the fact that the nearest place of civilization was miles away.

Days later

Newgate slammed his hand on the table. Here he was sitting with Lucifer and Lilith, Belphegor the ruler of Sloth, Scorpius the temporary seat of Wrath, Mammon the king of greed, Beelzebub the mistress of gluttony, and Asmodeus, the king of lust. The reason for his anger was that Mammon, Belphegor and Asmodeus were all arguing over stupid shit.

"Enough!" Newgate shouted. "While we're here bickering on paltry politics and economics Heaven is planning Charlotte's execution!" Lucifer clenched his fists in anger as Lilith tried to hold back tears. Scorpius matched Newgate's anger with his own. "Then what the hell are we doing standing here for?! Let's head up, tear some chicken wings off and beat the ever living shit out of them!"

Belphegor crossed his arms, the AI ruler of Sloth looked on. "You damn barbarian. Obviously if we haven't done that, there's no easy way into Heaven. Knowing Michael as much as we do now, he's probably shut off all teleport access to Heaven."

Newgate frowned as they all started arguing again, this time in trying to figure out how to get to Heaven. "Lucifer, what's the tallest peak on Earth?" He asked suddenly, much to the confusion of everyone. "There's two…. Mount Everest, and if you believe the legends that the humans created, Mount Olympus. Everest's peak is almost nine thousand miles above the sea, but why are you asking for geography lessons?"

Newgate had a serious expression. "Heaven may have prevented all portal access into Heaven, but not to Earth." Lucifer stared at him in shock, realizing his plan. "Damn it Newgate, you can't jump that high! You wouldn't even be close!" The others looked shocked at what Newgate's plan was before Newgate smirked. "There's a bit of truth in legends. They told about a pirated named Blackbeard named Edward Teach did they not? They didn't know that the story was based on two separate people, me and Teach. Mount Olympus is real, I can feel it. I'm going to climb it and leap from there to reach Heaven. From there, I'll be able to open the portals to let us all through."

Lucifer stared at him in anger. "Do you really think you can even get to Earth? Any of us that could open portals to the living world is fine, an imp here and there, maybe some succubi, but you? Heaven will on you in no time!" Newgate smirked before someone kicked the doors in.

Alucard came in with four severed heads, those of Leviathan, Bethesda and Helsa von Eldritch, along with Valentino's. "I get what the old man's saying. Send me to Earth to cause a bit of chaos while he climbs Mount Olympus. It's foolproof."

Newgate nodded. "Akainu, and by extension Michael, expects me to head up there myself as I have never gotten along with any of you, sans Lucifer and Lilith. Besides….." Newgate smirked and looked at Lucifer. "Remember my deal with God?" Lucifer's eyes widened before he started laughing. He laughed hard as the others looked at him in fear, as if he had finally snapped. "Oh fuck I forgot about that deal!"

Asmodeus raised an eyebrow. "Um…. Would you mind filling us in then?" "Newgate made a brilliant ass deal with Father before he came down to Hell! He made a deal that in exchange of Portgas D. Ace and Gol D. Roger to be reunited in Heaven, that he would take their place in Hell. What Michael seems to have forgotten is that part of that deal stated that Newgate's crew, the Whitebeard pirates, would all be welcomed into Heaven as well."

They all looked shocked as Newgate smirked and Alucard chuckled. "I'm not a muscle head. I have always planned five steps ahead of my enemies and the only reason I fell was because Sengoku was always a master strategist himself. Akainu will have asked, and Archangel Michael of course commissioned, that the gates of Heaven be reshaped into Marineford, my greatest defeat."

Newgate laid out a blueprint, an old drawn sketch, of Marineford with all the defense that he remembered. "Walls, cannons, whatever heroes and heroic creatures that they could find will be defending it. It was originally a sea, but the clouds will be much different." He smirked softly. "I'll be taking Oars with me. He'll climb Mount Olympus, dragging my ship on my back. Alastor, Angel Dust, Vaggie, Henroin's men, as well as the rest of the hotel staff will be in the ship."

He stared at the remaining six sins. "None of you will be able to come with me at first since it'll draw too big of an attention. Since we're emptying Hell for this, the other Overlords will come as well. I just need to have one word with a very special fellow before I leave. Someone that your Fizz looks up to Asmodeus."

Asmodeus looked confused before his eyes lit up in realization. "The man who inspired all clowns everywhere?" Newgate nodded his head. "Captain Buggy, the only member of Roger's crew that held prominent power and was sent to Hell."

Greed ring

Newgate arrived at a big circus tent. He walked through the tent flaps before he spotted who he was looking for. The sight of the blue hair under the captain's hat, as well as the clown make-up and the red nose. "Buggy." He said lowly, still being loud with his size as the aforenamed Buggy jumped. "S-s-s-Shirohige!" He turned and was on his knees. "Enough with the begging Buggy." He looked down seriously at the clown.

"You've heard the news right?" Buggy gulped. "C-Charlotte Morningstar's been kidnapped by Heaven right?" "Buggy…. They're going to replicate Marineford." Buggy's eyes narrowed in seriousness before he uncorked a bottle of rum and drank it. He sighed softly. "30 years." Newgate raised an eyebrow but let him continue. "I lived for 30 years after that moment. I've always held regret that I never took it all seriously. I had armament, observation haki, and did nothing with it. I made it all a joke, but seeing that Roger had a son, and I let that son die, it haunted me for the rest of my life."

He threw the bottle as he grabbed his captain's coat, arming himself to the teeth with all kinds of blades. He stared up at Newgate with a new purpose. "I am not about to let that shit happen again. Count me in Shirohige."

Newgate nodded. "My ship is waiting outside. We're going to go up to Heaven via Mount Olympus." Buggy chuckled mirthlessly. "Olympians gonna be okay with that?" He said in a joking manner before they left the tent. Outside was Buggy's employees, as well as his old crew. "Men! Newgate has asked for my help again, much like he did many years ago! Things will be different. We are going to be the stars of this show! We're going to take the fight to Heaven, give them the biggest middle finger that they've ever seen, and save Princess Charlotte Morningstar!"

"Buggy!" "All hail Captain Buggy-sama!" were the shouts of Buggy's crew before they all filled into the Moby Dick. The ship was refurbished to be able to land on the clouds in front of Heaven without issue. "One last person to convince then, but where is he…" Newgate said softly.

"Oars!" Newgate yelled out, looking for Oars the first, Little Oars Jr.'s ancestor. He was looking through Wrath before he heard a quake that wasn't by him. "Who dares call for Oars? Oars the Continent-Puller?!" Newgate looked up at the giant of giants, twice as large as Oars Jr. "I am Edward Newgate, your descendant Little Oars Jr. sailed under my flag as the captain of the Little pirates. I need your help!" He yelled to the giant. "Of what do you need my help for little Yonko?" "I need you to pull my ship up a mountain and launch it as hard as you can into the sky so that we can reach Heaven! If you do so, I can reunite you with your descendants!"

Oars rubbed his chin in thought. "I have not met my descendant, Little Oars Jr. nor have I seen my children in a very long time. I will help you."

Later

"Okay, one issue with your plan Newgate." Lucifer stated, staring at the Emperor. "The Olympians will notice and try to stop you just for daring to climb Mount Olympus! It won't work!" Lucifer yelled as Newgate had Buggy and his crew, the Hotel crew, IMP, and his closest associates loaded into the Moby Dick.

"They'll strike you down before you can even reach the halfway mark!" Lucifer yelled as Newgate stopped and turned to face Lucifer. "They are using your daughter to get to me, because I didn't fall in line with their way of thinking. They brought an old enemy, screwed up the commandants laid in place by your father, the Lord Almighty, just to spite me. They're not afraid of what you can do to them, they are afraid of the possibility of what I, Edward Newgate, can do. After Roger and Rocks, I was, and still am, the strongest man in the world."

"That may be but-" "No maybe, it is!" Newgate stared down at Lucifer, having reverted to the age of his prime and towered over Lucifer. "They see you as the boogeyman Lucifer while I am the true terror. I am terror because I brought hope and a semblance of peace when I roamed the seas. No pirate or marine dared to disrupt the lands under my protection, nor did they ever try to pick a fight where they didn't have more numbers than I."

Lucifer stared angrily at Newgate as Newgate didn't budge. "Today, the day of Charlie's execution, is the same day that Ace was executed 600 years ago. I am not letting it happen again. I will concede that my plan may not work, hence why the few giants that Oars could find here in Hell will attack Olympus to distract them while Oars and I will get to Heaven."

Lucifer frowned softly and rubbed his arm in anxiousness. After a few minutes, he nodded. "Get up there, and summon us in. Hell may have started the engagement millennia ago, but Heaven has started a war they won't win." Newgate nodded. "Send in Alucard."

Earth, Great Britain

An older woman was seen in her room with a young woman with a ghastly red arm made of… blood and whatever else. Alucard appeared in the room, sitting in the rocking chair as the woman closed the book. "It's been awhile Alucard." She stated softly as the young girl looked surprised. "M-Master?"

Alucard chuckled softly. "Had to do a bit of soul searching and well, Lucifer called instead." His amusement stopped there as he frowned softly. "Integra, you've grown to such a beautiful woman, and you, my little Seras." He ruffled the tomboy's hair with a fond smile.

"This….. this isn't a social call is it Alucard?" Integra said knowingly, hands together with fingers crossed. Alucard shook his head. "No. Heaven has done the unforgiveable, they have abducted Lucifer's daughter and Hell is going to war with them. I am to cause as much trouble as I can here on Earth, which knowing me, trouble comes knocking and looking for a hookup."

Integra nodded as Seras frowned softly. "We have but a few moments before Iscariot arrives to deal with you then." "Baby you know they'll try." He said in amusement as Integra chuckled softly. "Alucard." She stated softly. "I know I don't have full command over you anymore but bring them hell. When the time comes, I hereby give you full access to release the Cromwell Invocation on you." Alucard grinned softly. "Christ I've missed you. Well, ta-ta for now. I'm off for a walk."

Integra sighed as he disappeared. "Even when I don't have to deal with him, he still gives me a headache."

Heaven

Two angelic vanguards brought Charlie out to the execution platform in chains, the young daughter of Lucifer looking worse for wear with the rough treatment. She was forced on her knees as Michael stood, presiding over the execution. "Ladies and gentlemen of Heaven! Monsters of Hell!" He shouted, the cameras being shown to everyone throughout Heaven and Hell. "We have come here for the execution of Charlotte Morningstar, as per the sins of her father Lucifer Morningstar and the sins of the former Yonko, Edward Newgate!"

There was a choir of applause from the guards of Heaven. "We have sources that the monsters of Hell are going to attempt to rescue the bitch princess here, and thus the plethora of guards as well as angels and archangels gathered here!"

An angel gilded in golden armor and fiery wings. "Saint Michael! Hell has released Alucard on Earth! He is slaughtering our Iscariot members!" Michael frowned softly. "Imperius, take a platoon and deal with him. Take the nail and cross with you, Alucard won't stand a chance against it." Imperius nodded and saluted, flying off.

"And that's the response of Hell! To be the monsters they always were and meant to be!" There was a small, unnoticeable rumble as he talked. "They send the greatest monster in their arsenal to Earth, to kill innocent civilians and prove just how guilty they are!" A more noticeable rumble was felt as some were nervous.

"Lucifer is a coward! All the fallen angels are disgraces! Edward Newgate is a fool for not coming to his rightful place here in Heaven!" Michael yelled before the rumble was felt by all at the gates of Heaven, shaped of course to be Marineford.

"Saint Michael! There's an attack on Mount Olympus!" Uriel landed down beside him, her face covered by a helm. "What of it Archangel Uriel? The Olympians can handle it." Charlie looked down before the next words brought hope to her heart. "Edward Newgate is with them!" "WHAT?!"

Newgate was stood atop of Oars' shoulder. "Go brethren of Oars! Climb the mountain!" He held onto Oars' shoulder as the giants climbed Mount Olympus and with a flash of lightning, stood the battle-ready Olympians at the peak. "These monsters dare climb our sacred mountain?" Zeus (Young Zeus from God of War, everyone else looks like their God of War 2/3 counterpart) stated in amusement before throwing a lightning bolt towards Oars.

Newgate narrowed his eyes at seeing the bolt coming. "Brace yourselves!" He sent his fist forward and met the lightning bolt head on, a crack and breaking being heard as Newgate deflected it from them. Zeus's eyes widened in anger. "Kill them, destroy them!"

An unfamiliar presence joined them as another giant figure followed them. "Gaia! Who are they and why are they here? This is our fight is it not!" The voice commanded. "Kratos, I do not know, but the Titans will take the help that is offered!" "ZEUS! Your son has returned! I bring forth the destruction of Olympus!"

Zeus grit his teeth. "Not again… Focus on the giants and the Titans! We will not let Olympus fall!" Newgate yelled to him. "Zeus! I only need to reach the Heavens, stay out of my way!"

"No mortal will ever climb Mount Olympus!" He stated arrogantly. "I will deal with the both of you!"

Newgate scowled. "Oars, keep climbing! Stranger, I do not know who you are, but I will let you deal with the Olympians as you see fit!" After a half hour of climbing, Oars and Gaia reached the peak. Kratos landed on the shrine to fight Zeus as Newgate stood on Oars' shoulder. "To think I'd have to deal with two petulant mortals, one my own son. I will have a lot to clean up." "You cannot hide behind the skirts of Athena anymore, father." "IMPUDENT CHILD!" Zeus roared as he channeled his power into the Master Bolt and blasted Gaia and Kratos off the mountain. "You're next." He stated, looking at Oars and Newgate. He charged up another blast as Newgate looked in worry.

"Oars, toss me!" Oars quickly grabbed Newgate as Zeus blasted Oars with the Master Bolt and Oars threw Newgate up past the heavens the Olympians had known.

Michael chuckled softly, seeing Oars falling off the mountain. "And there goes the last hope of Hell in stopping the execution. Charlotte Morningstar will be executed in fifteen minutes!" Charlie gasped softly, looking down in sadness as her uncle had failed.

Meanwhile, Newgate had landed on one of the lowest clouds in Heaven. The gates were still out of sight as he jumped from one cloud to another. 'Hang on there Charlie, I'm coming. I won't let a repeat of Ace's death happen to you!'

Akainu sat as the lone admiral with a smirk on his face. "Pathetic old fool, I told you then that you should've retired. Even now, you thought you could've won." There was a hooded figure who sat beside him as he raised an eyebrow. "Thought that Newgate killed you." The older voice then spoke. "Shattered my arm, but Heaven's engineers fixed my arm up after they rescued me."

Charlie looked at the angel executioners, of course they picked eradicators. "This isn't right!" She called out. "This isn't justice! I just wanted to help! I wanted to redeem my people so that they could still come to Heaven, that's what Heaven believes in! Resolving your sins and redemption!" Michael smacked her across the face with a backhand. "Lies, convoluted lies from the spawn of Lucifer! We know exactly what you wanted to happen! Redeem your fellows, bring them up here to Heaven and cause more chaos!"

Charlie sniffled. "I-it's the truth!" Michael went to backhand her again before a dark presence erupted and could be felt by everyone in Marineford. "You touch her again, and I'll rip your arm off Michael!" Newgate soon erupted from the clouds, far from the main gates of Heaven, in a wide almost battlefield like area. "P-pops!" Charlie shouted with tears in her eyes.

Newgate stood on the clouds, Murakumogiri in hand, glaring darkly at the reminder of his greatest failure. Michael clenched his jaw. "Impossible! No living man or demon has ever reached Heaven!" Newgate chuckled. "You forget who I am. I am Edward Newgate, the last Yonko. The man who has stood the test of time, fought Gol D. Roger time and time again, the Strongest man in the World. I. AM. WHITEBEARD!" He roared out as a blue and golden angelic streak was seen flying overhead.

"Wait.. t-that's" Akainu meanwhile glared at it. "Traitors…. Even here…." The streak landed beside Newgate as his form came to be. "Glad to see you Marco." Newgate smiled as the Hellguard all clenched their teeth in anger. "Like I'd ever fight against you Pops-yoi."

"Now then… let's introduce some of our friends." Newgate said with a smirk before placing Murakumogiri, blade first, into the ground and brought his fists close to his chest. Akainu stood up and his fists became magma. "Like I'd let you summon them here! Meteor Volcano!" He shot his magma fists into the sky.

"Marco, barrier!" "Right pops!" Marco flew up into the air and weaved his phoenix flames into a protective barrier. "Phoenix Barrier!" Akainu scowled as Newgate's hands turned red and black compared to his normal white when he used his devil fruit. Newgate grinned before slamming his fists out to the side. 'Reality Tear!' The sky around him begin to crack and Newgate's side of the battlefield started to turn red.

Soon after, instead of cracks and rumbling that people were accustomed to with Whitebeard, a warping sound was heard as a portal opened up behind him. Several more portals started to form around his side of the battlefield, a large one appearing above him as the Moby Dick came down from it. From the portal behind him, out walked the leaders of Hell: Lucifer, Lilith, Belphegor, Asmodeus, Beelzebub, Mammon and Azazel. AN: (Journey to the Light was updated to factor in that Azazel is the leader of Wrath now, not Scorpius)

Michael clenched his teeth as he saw the swarms of demons coming through the portals. Charlie meanwhile had tears in her eyes at seeing Hell united in a common cause, saving her. Vaggie stepped out onto the deck of the Moby Dick, her eye narrowed. "We're coming to save you hon."

Newgate grabbed Murakumogiri from the ground as he glared at Heaven's forces. "I was fine with leaving you people alone, even after that one." He pointed the blade end of Mura at Akainu. "Left a message at my office step. I can tolerate quite a great deal of things, but when you kidnap a child who just wanted to help both Heaven and Hell, and force her execution, that's where I draw the line. To top it all off, you do this on the most sacred day to me. The day of my first death, and the death of my son Ace."

His eyes narrowed dangerously. "That is something I cannot forgive or let go. So Heaven, you've brought this war upon yourselves!"
