I have been requested to name the Demogorgon that took Will either Ellie or Gab. I picked Gab.
Ellie is the one in the first chapter that ate Peter/Vecna
Prompt: Will was supposed to go missing, right? Jane didn't take any chances.
The Party was excited! They had THE Jane Hopper over for a campaign! Uh, sister? Alternate younger self? (Jane brought 11 with her and then left in a rush wishing 11 to have fun!)
11 was eager to learn, but Jane seemed tense earlier.
It was as Mike whipped out the Demogorgon did the group realize why. Mike became flooded with regret as they scrambled to find the D20.
The cheer died as they remembered what was in her book.
Will was supposed to be kidnapped by the original Demogorgon (The lights flickered on and off as one in the Upside Down patrolled wherever their voices were. It was the first friendly one that ate Peter. Jane affectionately named it Ellie. She wasn't taking any chances.)

There was a second set of lights flickering in a path towards them.
Dual screeching.
Something coming out of the walls.
The lights got brighter and brighter as Nancy ran to the basement. Only to be blinded briefly as the kids vanished.
Screaming, Nancy grabbed her gun, Walkie, and gear. Bolting to the car, she called Steve and Jonathan, then Hopper and Joyce heard the call and Hopper set off to find Jane.

Jane waited on Mirkwood where she guessed Will was first attacked.
Her Walkie flared to life.
If you were down the road, you'd hear a scream. "THEY WHAT!?"

In the Upside Down, the Party grew terrified. The creatures may come and go from Hawkins, but Jade made it very clear that the Upside Down was off limits.
No shit!
If the two adult Demogorgon's duking it out in the creepy version of their basement wasn't their first clue, they didn't know what was!
They ran for it.
So much ash and lightning. And then Will spotted it up above.
The Mind Flayer. Just a massive stormcloud shooting red lightning in the night sky!
Jane drew a picture of its spider-like appearance from Will's future-drawing from when Vecna controlled it. Yeah, it's even more terrifying in person!
A crash from inside reminded them of why they should be running.
Meanwhile, 11 is finally understanding why she had to go through all that training with Jane and Papa. She's not ready for this!
Soon, there were Demobats after them.
"Oh come ON!" Dustin whined. (For some reason, he heard a guitar riff echoing in the distance.)
"Run!" Lucas tugged a scared 11 behind him.
Demobats, and a few Demodogs started chasing them, like a tasty meal.
But then, they stopped and bowed their heads as someone aimed several flashlights in their direction.
"Will!" Joyce, Jonathan, Nancy and Steve ran up to them and pulled them into a hug as Hopper and various officers aimed at the creatures.
Jane herself walked towards them with her arm raised and blood dripping down her nose. Wiping it, she smiled at them. "Go."
Joyce wasted no time and herded the kids with her back where they came from. Steve, Nancy and Jonathan stood guard around the kids.
"Gab. Why did you take them? I told you. NOT. Food!" Jane demanded the Demogorgon as the other subdued it from behind and screamed in its face.
Silence. Low growling and hissing
"They're NOT food!"
The kids gulped. They were almost on the menu… Joyce hugged Will tighter.
Jane raised the other hand behind her, a Gate tore itself open in the middle of the street. The adults wasted no time in hacking their way through with machete's. Jane walked backwards as she felt Hopper behind her and prepared to catch her on the other side.
