Chapter 16: Major Updates
[Los Santos]
Hangman Avenue
Naruto awoke that Wednesday to a rush of information going through him thanks to the System. Updates were apparently made to the System, a lot of them. Naruto could not exactly read all what the changes were as they were in binary, but he figured he (along with Isaribi) would find out soon enough. He noticed his map updated with new mission markers and other things for him to explore.
He looked at the clock on the night seeing it was five thirty in the morning and he cursed under his breath. No doubt this was because of the System. Here he was fully rested and up too early for his liking. Then he noticed the prompt from the System saying to check his email.
He rolled his eyes and went to his computer finding a few new messages in his email in a new folder he realized the System likely created for him (and probably Isaribi). He found three messages. The first one was an invite to an online shop, Paulo Paradise, which specialized in 1980s fashion. There was a coupon for 30% off his first purchase.
"Interesting." Naruto said before noticing a message…from Kaguya.
[Naruto, if you're getting this. I wanted to let you know that to space a few things out in the system. Clothing shops containing clothing items from different updates have been marked on your map. By the way, you have your third to make your duo a trio. Sorry I had woken you up early, but I compensated by giving you a full-night's rest. Have fun, my dear descendant, and don't expect me to call for a long while.]
And the moment Naruto finished looking at it, it vanished…deleting itself. Naruto wondered who the third one was. Was it someone he knew already or someone new? Whoever it was would find him and Isaribi soon enough. He moved on through the others seeing more online shops for various things, locations on the map that offered services, or something of the sort. The last email got him laughing.
'Join the up and coming gang, The Los Santos Saints!'
That first line was all he could read before he clicked off of it. Naruto knew some Spanish, and it was clear whoever wrote this…was a moron. But what had Naruto's attention was the prompt from the System about it, the email was going to lead to a string of missions. He'd look into it later, he thought.
He showered before getting dressed for the day with a black ProLaps t-shirt under an open red-orange Hawaiian shirt, a pair of orange plaid bermudas, and his orange and black sneakers. He went out to the backyard to do some exercise. He was already doing several push-ups when he heard a car roll up on his driveway. Footsteps on the side path got Naruto on his feet.
"Naruto, here I was a part of the cult and fleeing it." Yara said, coming into view as Naruto was mildly surprised by her new appearance. "And I got saved by a descendant of an actual deity and got a 'blessing' from said deity."
For one, her skin was completely clear of the scars she had and her eyes were a shade of gray. Instead of the pixie haircut, she now had burgundy hair kept in a low loose ponytail with rather large bangs falling onto her forehead on either side along with two shoulder-length sidelocks framing her face. Naruto could clearly see that she went from a B-cup to an E-cup bust. Her athletic build was a bit more pronounced as Naruto shook his head.
Yara now wore a black t-shirt under a brown leather jacket, a pair of cream baggy cargo pants, a black belt with a silver tribal design buckle, white (and black) hi-top sneakers, a pair of small gold hoop earrings, a silver twin brow piercing over her right brow, a pair of brown fingerless gloves.
"So you visited the Eclipse Medical Tower for 'plastic surgery'?" Naruto asked, already knowing the answer. "Among other places."
"Yeah, I figured I'd give it a go. 3,000 seemed reasonable, and I went in finding how much I could alter myself. I wanted to change up my appearance to hide from the Seraphites…and because I felt I wanted to rebuild myself. It looks like I always looked this way." Yara said confidently.
"So you went and turned yourself to look like Revy from Black Lagoon?" Naruto asked.
"Who?" Yara asked as Naruto sighed.
"Never mind. I'll explain lat-"
He heard Isaribi's FMJ roll up as Isaribi arrived in a white soiree suit with a violet shirt, a pair of bluish-purple contour shades, and black wingtips.
"You really caved and went shopping?" Naruto joked.
"Oh bite me, I rock this look." Isaribi said before looking at Yara. "Who-Yara?!"
"In the flesh." Yara said as Isaribi eyed the obvious chance.
"Fuck me, they don't even look like implants." Isaribi said. "You look pretty close to Revy from Black Lagoon."
"Perks of being a 'protagonist'." Yara said as Isaribi sighed.
"Yeah, I heard about that. I also brought breakfast burritos…because I was coming over to talk about that…and something else." Isaribi said.
The trio went inside and it would turn to a laughing fit when discussing the wannabe Saints.
"I'm going to do some digging on this. Considering the planned meeting space is near Los Santos University…probably students or former." Isaribi said. "But not today…"
"I was thinking of having a pool party." Naruto said.
"I am so dow-"
Isaribi's phone went off to see it was Madrazo calling to which she answered to hear he sounds a mix of panicked and pissed off. She put it on speakerphone for the others.
"Calm down, Mr. Madrazo. I can't help you if you're screaming." Isaribi said stoically.
"I'm sorry, but it seems one of my men was robbed of some sensitive information by a crooked cop. That cop is selling that information to the Professionals. They're meeting to do business at the La Puerta Apartments construction site in Little Seoul. Eliminate the cop, secure the evidence, and wipe out that pocket of Professionals." Mr. Madrazo said plainly. "Once you get the evidence, deliver it to one of my guys waiting in Caesar's Auto Park in the same neighborhood where you'll be paid. Get this done before the morning is over."
"Before you hang up, the duo I was a part of has grown to a main trio." Isaribi said. "I'll give you the number later. Same terms apply."
[ Crooked Cop / Gang Attack ]
He hung up on her as Isaribi went to Naruto's room saying she was going to borrow the wardrobe to change. If there was one convenience that Yara found in the System was being able to access your wardrobe from any safehouse that you or your teammates had. Isaribi came out in a black tank top under a white Liberty Penetrators jersey, gray track pants with black side stripes, a black belt with a simple steel buckle, her fingerless gloves, a blue bandana tied around her head, and a pair of ice white hi-top sneakers.
Naruto simply swapped his bermudas for jeans and got on his fingerless gloves. The three each got a green bandana around their mouths. As the three left, Yara gestured to the car she came in, a white Declasse Asea.
"I'll drive. I need the practice." Yara said as they got in.
She was eager to go through her first real mission.

The construction site of La Puerta Apartments was rather empty this morning as the group of Professionals were laying in wait for the cop with their information to show up.
"She's late." One of them said.
"It's not seven o'clock yet." Another said annoyed with the first one. "Be patient."

The trio had arrived all ready for action and splitting up. Naruto and Isaribi would handle the Professionals while Yara would be on lookout for the cop. The two entered the building in the midst of construction, guns out. It would be during this, the players got a prompt from the System of a new feature. One that got all excited as Naruto grabbed a Professionals mook making him up his gun to which Naruto got to collect the ammo for her. He forced the poor mook to make him his human shield. Switching his Micro SMG, he fired as a few more mooks sparking the start to the fight.
Isaribi kept several of them away from her Carbine Rifle before Naruto threw his human shield before blowing his face off with his Pump Shotgun.
"I'm going to have a lot of fun doing this!" Naruto said, cocking his shotgun. "Come and get some!"
Yara was laying in wait in the car before her minimap let her know her target was coming up on her police bike. Yara revved the car and used it to accidentally hit her with it. The officer was on the ground holding her shoulder cursing a storm as Yara got out.
"You asshole! Can you even drive?" The officer screeched.
BLAM!
"Not really." Yara said after blowing the cop's face off with her shotgun.
Yara snatched the evidence which up and vanished from her hands with the System saying she had the evidence. She shrugged and moved to help her friends. Naruto dodged a shot before running his katana through the mook's stomach before kicking him off the blade. Isaribi shoved a grenade in the mouth of one before throwing him at his friends before firing a pistol shot at the back of his head, blowing them all up.
Yara dodged a swipe of a mook with a combat landing before headbutting the mook. She jumped up on her landing several mounted punches before forcing her into the ground where the mook was finished off with her own weapon to the neck.
"Ok, these 'takedowns' are kind of fun." Yara thought before snatching up the fallen cash.
Yara took advantage of the already killed mooks to take up their guns and ammo, obtaining a SMG, a Carbine Rifle, and Sniper Rifle. The trio were down to the final five mooks to which one of them had a minigun…the other a rocket launcher.
"I want that gun!" Yara said excitedly. "I want that gun!"
She sunk back into the building to scale up as Naruto and Isaribi were dodging rockets. Being that they did not have many rockets to fire back, the two were on the defensive, wanting the Professionals to focus on them while Yara got into position. Isaribi had hurled the last of her pipe bombs to keep them back. Yara had to admit, a sniper rifle's scope made it easier to line her shot…and the System made it a breeze to mark her mark.
A bullet ripped through the guy with the minigun from above as Yara loaded her next bullet.
"They got a snip-ACK!"
Naruto emptied a pistol clip before Isaribi fired a rocket into the last of them, sealing the victory for Tidal Fox.
[Music Ends]
[Gang Attack Complete! +$2500, 2 Crates, +RP]
It was nice that they got a base pay for those now, and the three were also glad to see they got crates to which they found them in a black Vapid Speedo where there was a glowing marquee under it.
"So I guess we'll split up. Two can deal with Madrazo and the other can take the van to the warehouse. Naruto, you should do it." Isaribi said as Naruto nodded.
The three snatched up the rest of the fallen cash before Yara happily took up her new murder machine, admiring it in the morning light. Then she saw a black Pegassi Bati 801RR/Custom bike. Yara immediately got on the bike before putting on a slick black helmet. Isaribi got back to the Asea.
"We'll meet back at the warehouse." Naruto said getting in the van. "Then, we can all head up to my place. May as well have that pool party a bit early before Fu and the others."
"Isaribi, torch the Asea and take the Fugitive. I want that car for myself." Yara requested.
Isaribi nodded and soon enough, all three left the area. With their leaving, a familiar classic Cheetah arrived at the scene to see a bunch of bodies including the dead cop.
"Couldn't have happened to a better person." Yugito muttered as she got out.
She found what she was looking for in the wreckage of a Contender, a case with information. Information would have blown her cover had it happened into that cop's hands. She did not know how the Professionals had found out, but she was going to need to find a way to interrupt their operations. Her mind drifted back to the words of those had said around her, using 'contractors' to do the dirty work for you. She thought back to Naruto…and had an idea as she was leaving the place.

With Isaribi and Yara
The parking garage was barely inhabited as per usual. Oddly enough, Martin Madrazo was there himself with one of his henchmen. Yara produced the case to which he snatched out of her hands.
"Who's-"
"Our third. This is Lillian." Isaribi said. "Seeing you already have the means to pay me and him. I figured she's come in person."
"Ok then. It's all there. " Madrazo said, looking inside the case. "I'll transfer your payments. But I'll have to give your new fish, cash."
[Mission Complete! +$5000 +RP]
After getting their payments, the two took their leave with Isaribi having a sneaking suspicion that the dirt was evidence of an affair or something.
"Isaribi, could you help me to get a second apartment? I really could use another place." Yara remarked.
"Got an area in mind and a budget?" Isaribi asked.
"150 grand. I stole that much from the cult before I left…accidentally. The System told me to check my bag and realized I had snatched one of their cash carrier bags to pack my shit before I left." Yara explained. "As for an area…West Vinewood."

Naruto sat within the warehouse listening to some music rapping some of the lyrics before seeing a blip on his mini-map.
"Yara got a place, now?" Naruto said, looking at the spot. "0184 Milton Drive. Hmm…I'll get her a housewarming gift later."
It was not before long that Yara and Isaribi would arrive in the Fugitive before getting out. The three had pulled their bandanas down to where it was over their necks.
"So this is our warehouse." Yara said before seeing the crates. "And those are the first to be a part of it."
"I wanted to wait so we could open them up together. See what's inside and maybe skim off the top." Naruto said before opening the first one.
Inside was…various brands of alcohol and Redwood Cigarettes and Cigars. Naruto simply took a box that had a pack of wine for the pool party before closing it to go on to the next one. The next one was full of animal products.
"Oh those poor elephants." Yara said sympathetically before closing it.
The three would load the crates on the shelves before getting a reminder from the System to visit their office soon.
"Maybe after the pool party." Naruto joked.
"Speaking of that, I'll need to buy a bikini." Isaribi said as Yara raised an eyebrow. "To go swimming?"
"Oh right…I just do it naked." Yara said. "Speaking of…"
"Let me make a phone call." Naruto said before calling up Lamar.
"What's good, homie?" Lamar remarked.
"Lamar, what you-"
"I'd talk, but I want to get out the hood for a day. A cop was sniffing around for you." Lamar said as Naruto's eyes hardened before asking for a description. "Blonde lady…kinda Asian…kinda white, a nice pair of-"
"The same officer I saved." Naruto said as Lamar confirmed.
"What did she want?" Naruto asked.
"Had a letter in a sealed envelope. Give me a roll of twenties to give it to you! Fu took the envelope as she suggested I should make myself scarce. She and Mirabel were on their way to the beach." Lamar said.
"Thanks, L. Take it easy." Naruto said before hanging up as Isaribi was looking through some 'menus' and 'status windows.' "Isaribi, what are you doing?"
"Looking some stuff over, apparently Yara counts as an associate to our organization. Speaking of our organization, we got new options to customize it and our office." Isaribi said as Naruto called Fu, putting it on speaker.
"Hey Fu…I…"
"Yo, Naruto. I got something for you…but I'll tell you about that in person. I'm going down by the beach at Bikini Universe to buy a new swimsuit for myself…and get one for Mirabel." Fu said.
"I'll meet you there." Isaribi said, looking at her mini-map. "I need a new suit myself…Naruto's having a pool party at his new place."
"Pool, you say? Well then forget the beach." Fu said excitedly.
"I'll lead you there myself." Isaribi said before getting back in the car. "Yara, let's go. I'll drive."
Yara got in as they left the warehouse leaving Naruto to hang up and call a cab to get back to his place. He found the cooler, loaded the liquor in there, and hauled it out back. He had changed to just the orange plaid Bermudas before plopping down on a lawn chair.

The Vespucci Beach Sidewalk was a grand promenade full of vendors and people, especially in the summertime. Isaribi and Yara were walking down it to meet up with Mirabel and Fu.
"So I really need a swimsuit for th-"
"Considering he'll have guests other than you, yes. Also, you'll need one for the beach. Not like you go around streaking in public beaches." Isaribi remarked before coming up to Vespucci Movie Masks. "But maybe you should get a mask of your own."
"I'll do that later." Yara said as Fu and Mirabel came up.
"Hey gir-who dis?" Fu said, turning to Yara.
"That's Lillian." Isaribi said as Fu and Mirabel balked.
"The fuck? Who worked you over to look like a wannabe Revy?" Fu asked. "Because it looks all natural."
"Eclipse Medical Center. I got a new look to make sure that certain people from my past can't find me." Yara said.
"Well they're not going to find you." Mirabel said.
The four went into Bikini Universe which had an assortment of beachwear awaited them. To Yara and Isaribi's, the System had marked all the items that the two could get as 'free'. The System noted this was because of a prior update. Essentially, the System would foot the bill for them shopping…but only for an eight item a day limit.
"So Fu, what do think of this one pi-"
"No. Girl, you're not going to turn heads if you wear that. I got something for you to wear…this." Fu said, revealing a black cross over high cut out bikini. "A two piece that functions like a one piece."
"What are you even wearing?" Mirabel said before showing her choice, a white bandeau bikini. "Oh…that's really cute. I'm just a bit unsure."
"Mirabel, you need to have some confidence in yourself and pride in your good looks." Fu said. "You'll look banging in it. Besides, it's just Naruto's pool, we're going to."
"Well, I'll try it, just for a test run." Mirabel said.
"I'll cover your swimsuits." Yara offered.
"Girl, you are a lifesaver." Fu said, rushing over.
Mirabel noticed a Parrot Print Hawaiian shirt on a rack in her size and she took it off along with a pair of green Perseus flip-flops. With Isaribi and Yara having paid for everyone, the group headed up to Naruto's home at the crossroads of a hill.
"Damn, Naruto. He seriously upgraded." Fu said getting out of Mirabel's car. "How much did this even cost?"
"Apparently, 150k." Isaribi said as Fu balked.
They went around to find Naruto chilling while the nearby boombox was tuned to Radio Los Santos.
"About time…all these drinks are getting cold." Naruto joked.
"Hold up, that's Marlowe Noir. Where did you…these bottles cost a fortune. Where did you even get these?" She asked.
"I'd tell you, but I'd have to silence you." Naruto joked. "But nah, jacked it from The Professionals."
"Well don't drink them all…we're going to change." Isaribi said, opening the back door. "Ladies."
Naruto constantly watched them go before Fu tossed him the letter from Yugito. The girls left to change as Naruto opened up that letter.
'It is time I pay you back your saving my neck. I have work for you. Call this number if you're interested.'
And there was a phone number which the System automatically put in his phone for him, not that he complained. He was curious, after all. He put the letter away as the girls came out. Isaribi wore a cascade-blue two piece that clung to her body. Yara opted for an orange striped bikini with the bottom not exactly covering the reddish-black curls poking out. He definitely noticed the imprint of barbell piercings in her bikini top. Fu came in a white bandeau bikini which suited up.
"Come on, Maribel. The water's cold!" Fu said diving in.
Out came Maribel in that black cross over high cut out bikini with green flip-flops and floppy straw hat. Naruto had her eyes on her taking in the sight given she was not in her dress. It surprised her that despite the thickness, her core was firm and her legs could be compared to a runner. She certainly looked agile and she could feel her eyes on him.
"So is every member of your family hot…" Naruto said without thinking as Fu snickered.
Mirabel was red in the face.
"Yes, but they don't exactly have an issue with their eyes or their nose." Mirabel said sheepishly.
"I wouldn't worry about the glasses. You could just get that fixed at the Eclipse Medical Center. As for your nose, I don't exactly see an issue with it at all." Yara said as Naruto was pouring drinks.
"It's just a bit bigger compared to my sist-"
"To be honest, that's not really dissuading me." Isaribi said with a chuckle as she took a glass of wine from Naruto. "I'd still smash. Then I'd work my way up the chain."
"True that." Naruto said clinking glasses with her.
"So how's Tidal Fox coming along?" Fu asked.
"Good, the warehouse has seen its first two crates." Naruto remarked. "Still haven't checked out our office, though. You?"
"School's coming along. About to be out of there by the end of this summer." Fu mused. "I'm helping Mirabel do some shopping and settling in. But what was that letter about?"
"Potential for work." Naruto said as Fu raised eyebrows. "But let's just enjoy today. I know I already am."
Fu got out of the water and plopped herself right on Naruto's lap with a grin on her face. Naruto did not speak, but he simply smacked Fu's behind. Both had wanted this and now was shaping to be a good time.
"Maybe get a room, you two." Mirabel said, clearing her throat. "I do want to enjoy the pool."
Naruto's solution? Take Fu inside and have her lithe body against sliding glass from behind. Maribel's eye twitched at this as Isaribi bit her lip. Naruto hurriedly yanked down Fu's bikini bottoms. He eased his shift stick into her tight hole of hers, getting her to moan. It feels…absolutely amazing. He jackhammered her against the sliding door.
Mirabel rolled her eyes trying to pay attention to her phone, but sneaking peeks as she could not unhear the wet slapping sounds of flesh. Her thighs were wrapped around his waist as her bikini bottom was dangling off of her leg.
"You know, maybe I should give Fu a try when I have the chance." Isaribi mused as she watched on.
Yara was blatantly fingering herself as she watched Naruto and Fu go at it. Fu squealed as he stretched her with her body getting used to him. Her chest stuttered against him, lungs heaving as she panted and concentrated on drawing the necessary air to survive.
"Naruto, don't you dare stop." Fu said before nibbling on his neck.
"I got no intention of doing that!" Naruto growled out as he went faster.
Fu had climaxed first squirting on the glass, her body shook as he pulled out. She stumbled right outside before plopping out in Naruto's lawn chair.
"I'm not usually that much of a lightweight. It's just…been a while, you know?" Fu said sheepishly.
Yara wanted to jump to the call, Mirabel jumped into the pool to hide her slight nosebleed, but it was Isaribi who got up. She removed her top before getting on her knees in front of Naruto with a knowing look.
"Let me show you how I take care of my partner." Isaribi said, stroking Naruto's shaft a bit. "You'll probably have more fun doing this with Yara. But maybe Yara will learn something."
Isaribi got Naruto's pole settled between her breasts before moving them up and down on him. "Told you getting the swimsuits was pointless. We weren't even wearing them long." Yara said.
"You still needed them." Isaribi remarked. "Besides Mirabel is wearing hers."
"And I'd rather keep mine on." Mirabel said sheepishly on her phone. "Because I want to take a picture to put up on my LifeInvader. I'm just making sure the location isn't tagged."
Fu took Mirabel's phone to help get the right shot and Isaribi handed Mirabel a glass of the wine before putting a bottle on the little table next to Mirabel's chair. Fu lined the shot before taking the photo as Mirabel had a glass in hand.
"Oh, that's just perfect." Mirabel said with a wide grin.

Things were tense in Casa Madrigal given the absence of Mirabel as several younger siblings missed her presence. Alma knew her daughter definitely was giving her the glares, but Alma really was not intimidated by her. Alma, herself, was not in a decent mood though given her shipment of liquor was stolen by the Professionals. She was sorely tempted to pay the pittance to get it from them only to hear the group that had it was attacked.
The family was making themselves busy around the house only for Dolores to chime that Mirabel had updated her LifeInvader.
"Wait a damn minute, that's Marlowe Noir she's drinking!" Alma said, ignoring that her granddaughter posted a bikini selfie.
"Oh that's just cold." Luisa said with a chuckle as Alma glared at her.
"At least your granddaughter is happy…and certainly healthy. Is it weird I thought she wasn't as built?" Julieta said as her husband shrugged.
Luisa snickered and Alma turned to her asking if she knew about this. Luisa smirked and requested fifty dollars for the information.
"I could repay you in bullets." Alma warned.
"But then you'd have a dead body, blood on the floor, and no information." Luisa shot back. "And who said you'll get me unscathed."
Alma got the fifty dollar bill out of her pocket as Luisa took it from her.
"Mirabel's not just directing me when she's helping me. She actively helps me with tasks and she's my spotter. Aside from me and my gift of strength, I would say physically…Maribel is up in being one of the stronger ones." Luisa said as Isabella spat out her drink.
"¿Ese friki regordete? ¡Nos está tomando el pelo!" Isabella argued.
"Nope." Luisa said before getting her jacket and leaving the house.
Isabela was fuming as the plants around the house had a faint glow on them before fading.
"That has to be Photoshop, Dolores!" Isabella yelled as Dolores winced.
"Lower your voice." Dolores said, rubbing her ears. "I am right here."
Dolores went to her computer and did a run through before telling Isabela that there was no Photoshopping involved in this picture.
"Isabela probably is jealous." Camilo said before turning into a copy of sister from the photograph. "Insecure, much?"
Yes, he was kicked between the legs by Isabela, but seeing her lose her cool was completely worth the pain.
