I don't own Gundam SEED or Destiny-and I don't wish I did, probably will be too much stress for me to manage anyways
Love Comes With a Price
There once was a story about a princess and her lover. The princess was beautiful, but had a temper no one could keep up with. Her lover was kind…yet he could never decide what he wanted in life…He loved the princess..But..He couldn't decide if he should stay with her for the rest of his life. Though he stayed by the princess's side..His heart was longing for something more, where his morals would be tested-where there was adventure and maybe someone else for him? The young man was tired-tired of living a quiet life in a peaceful nation. He wanted an exciting life full of things to do. And then the time came, but as you know freedom comes with a price…
And the price was war.
He left his lover…and joined an enemy ship of the land in which he lived. To the land his princess was waging a war against. Through the war he made new friends, new allies, new stories to tell, and, a new love. But then it was time for them to settle down. So the young man, his green eyes full of happiness brought a farm and he and his new love settled down.
Through the first year in which they lived together, the young man was happy. Then the second year came and the man felt there was something missing in his life. Finally, in the third year, the man had dreams that haunted him. Every night he dreamt of a girl with amber orbs filled with vividness, and indescribable feelings. He dreamed that he lived happily with her, and on the day that he left her. Her heart died, and her golden eyes lost all the feelings within, except one feeling, and that was sadness. Then in the summer of the third year the young man made a decision.
'I'm tired of planting plants for others to eat, when I am heartsick. I still remember the girl with the golden eyes, her fair skin, and the prettiest yellow daisy hair. I will go back to her, and be reunited. For now I truly love her-and know what love is and the one I love is her, not Meyrin.'
So the man left leaving his peaceful red-haired wife sleeping in a cool summer night. And he took a ship back to the land he loved. From living in the peaceful countryside, news doesn't travel fast there. And when he went on the ship he found that war was still going on between his lover's country and the one he came from. Though he was worried about the princess, he didn't expect anything bad to happen to her.
He was wrong. The princess on the 4th of June died to enemy fire and the castle in which she and her subjects lived was set on fire. And they were literally baked alive. The man…his heart broken, returned to the farm in the countryside.and lead a peaceful life. He never loved his wife, and never forgot the amber-eyed beauty he fell in love with. But sometimes you can't win in life.
For there is fate, but then there is something else that influences humans, and lets them live by their desires, and do the things they want-corrupt or good. Freedom is what that is, but freedom is what comes with a price.
Yes I know sad and weird story…. I don't care if you flame me or not…. I type short reviews for everything on because I don't have enough time on the Internet. Don't blame me for that, its also one of the reasons I don't debate with people, and sometimes the reason why my reviews don't make sense. I'm planning one story, which will not be a one-shot. But that depends on if I have enough time to squeeze it in between my AP classes (they suck, but they help you in the future). Dx Oh yes….for all of you that haven't figured out the characters in the story. The princess is Cagalli, the man Athrun, and Athrun's wife Meyrin. And who said all stories had happy endings:p
