After graduating from college, and at least twenty more dates, the male asparagus decided to finally propose to the female…and she said yes. The wedding took place in spring of 82', in an outdoor venue near the local church.
"Dan!" Lisa exclaimed, peeking out from one of the windows in the church. "He's finally here ladies!"
Lisa, as per the typical bride in this era, wore a wedding dress that was extremely puffy around the sleeves, made from a nice, shimmery, tulle that shone almost rainbow-like in the light.
"--Lisa close the window!" A tomato bridesmaid exclaimed. "I just found the veil!"
"I'll give you a hand!" A scallion bridesmaid positioned the veil over Lisa's head, covering it with the lace.
Daniel adjusted his bow tie and walked out towards the front of the church with his mother. Once he was at the front, the doors opened and Lisa walked inside the church with her father, to the "Bridal March" by Mendhelsson.
Once the vows were exchanged, Lisa and Daniel shared a passionate kiss, since they were now married, their families and friends (including Bob, Larry, and others who would soon become part of the Veggietales cast) applauded and cheered.
