Champion of the Isles

The sun was shining brightly, and the air was salty with a hint of garbage in the air, as Luz, Eda, King, and Midori with Kohaku were standing on the shores of the beach near the Owl House, in front of a giant garbage slug, that died from an overdose of salt from sea water.

"Well you two? Did you ever in your life, think you'd see something as breathtaking as this?" Eda questioned.

"I don't like this." Luz stated.

"To be honest, I'm not sure what I was expecting exactly." Midori said, wearing a sleeveless zip up hoodie with red stripes on the shoulders.

"Yes, it doesn't get much more inspiring then the trash slug." Eda said.

"Well, you have fun with your garbage slug." Midori said, heading off with Kohaku following.

"Where are you going young man?" Eda asked.

"When I was practicing flying with my magic staff, I noticed a school in the area. So I'm gonna check it out and see if I can't get a tour of it. Maybe if I like it I'll enroll. Wanna join me Luz?" Midori asked, stopping at the edge of the beach.

"Why don't we see what Eda has to teach us about this first?" Luz asked. "Even if it is a bit disgusting."

"Oh come on you two, it's not every day you get to go to the dump and rummage through a garbage carcass." King said, laying down a towel to sunbathe.

"Eh nuts to the lot of you." Eda said, swinging a pic axe into the slug's dead eye.

"So Eda, I was sort of hoping we'd be able to learn something different with my apprenticeship today like, reading ancient scrolls, mixing potions, deciphering magic runes, you know, stuff like that."

"Ugh, sounds like a bunch of magic school stuff to me." Eda said, digging her way through the trash slug.

"Wait, magic school?" Luz asked. "As in cute uniforms, dangerous lessons, and spell casting classes?"

"Yep." Eda said. "In fact the school Midori spotted is Hexside School of Magic and Demonics, the school I used to go to. They're lame because they try to teach you how to use magic the, proper way. But magic isn't proper, it's wild and unpredictable, and that's what makes it beautiful. I never finished school, and look at me. Who wouldn't want to be where I am right now?"

"Literally anyone who hates digging through garbage." Midori said.

"Uh… here's a lesson for you. A good witch is always resourceful, like this." Eda said, taking Luz's hand and putting it in a pool of the slugs dead bodily fluids.

Luz rummaged around in the pool for a while, before pulling her hand out.

"Oh, a greasy slime ball." Luz said.

"Use your slime ball wisely." Eda stated, as if talking like a sage.

"Right, well this has been, gross. But I'm gonna go with Midori and check out the school." Luz said, pocketing the slime ball, and heading off with Midori and Kohaku. "Love you King, you little beach peach."

"Kohaku, return to the house, I'm not sure if you'd be welcomed at the school or not." Midori said, instructing the tiger.

"Ugh, if digging through garbage is what being a witch is all about, then I don't think I have the stomach for it." Luz said.

"You can do it." A girl's voice echoed through the air.

"Mysterious voice of encouragement?"

"No, I think that was her." Midori said, already having found the source of the voice.

There, through the bushes and on the path, was a young witchling in a green and lavender uniform sitting on a rock, while there was a cauldron in a wheelbarrow next to her. It looked as though she was giving herself a pep-talk.

"You can do this, so what if you get a bad grade. It doesn't reflect on your talents as a witch, and my parents are right, there are plenty of opportunities for me on this track. I can do this." She stated, before looking down as she noticed she'd stomped on a flower. "Oh no, little friend. I'm so sorry."

"Whoa, a witch girl." Luz said, as the witchling used magic to heal the flower.

"I think we should introduce ourselves, it feels kinda wrong to be watching her from the bushes." Midori said.

"Ooh, look." Luz said, as another witch girl, in a matching uniform, with green hair, came rolling on her wheelbarrow, sitting on her own cauldron, while reading a book before she stopped.

"Willow. Wow you're so unnoticeable, I almost rolled right into you." The second witch girl said, hopping down from the cauldron in her wheel barrow.

"Hi Amity." Willow said, getting to her feet.

"Shouldn't you get to class early to prep your…"

Amity stopped speaking as the cauldron in Willow's wheelbarrow, shook before toppling over and the contents spilled out.

"Oh Willow, you don't have anything to show do you?" Amity asked.

"Witch drama." Luz gasped in a whisper.

"Seriously, this doesn't feel right." Midori stated.

"This is why people call you, Half a Witch Willow." Amity said, before her own cauldron began to move and rumble. "Oh, looks like someone wants to say something to you." She smiled, removing the lid on her cauldron. "Abomination, rise." She ordered, before a creature made of purple sludge rose from the cauldron.

"You are… a star…" The abomination said, drawing a star on Willow's forehead.

"Aw, it's like mine." Amity said, tapping her 'top student' star badge. "Only smaller and meaningless. As top student, it's my duty to tell you to keep at it. Even you could get a passing grade someday. Abomination Cower." She ordered, as her creation retreated back into the cauldron. "See you in class Super Star." She smirked, walking off.

"Oh, see you in class Super Star." Willow said in a mocking tone, before wiping away the star on her forehead. "I hate when she does that. I hate making abominations, I hate getting bad grades. Ugh I can't stand this anymore." She exclaimed rather angrily, before her eyes began to glow green, and thorned vines began sprouting from the ground.

"Not good." Midori said, as some of the thrashing vines came towards them.

Midori proceeded to hit each of them with a lightning strike, wanting to avoid getting his skin pierced by the thorns, before Luz let out a yelp as she was dragged out into the open.

"Luz." Midori cried out, chasing after her, and freeing her from the vines. "Excuse me." He called to Willow. "But maybe do you think you could calm down a bit?" He asked, as he shielded Luz from the thorns.

"Oh my gosh." Willow gasped, calming down and pulling the vines away from them. "I am so sorry. Are either of you hurt?"

"I'm fine, the thorns only broke through a few layers of skin." Luz said.

"An' I'm fine, a few minor scratches." Midori said, before noticing Willows eyes were on Luz, specifically her ears.

"So, circley." Willow said, before Luz freaked out, and covered her ears. "Huh, you're human. This is incredible, a human on the boiling isles? How'd you get here, what are you doing here?" She asked, running around Luz and examining her, before the bell from the nearby school rang. "Uh, I'm sorry I can't stay. I have to go disappoint my teacher. It was nice to meet you human, you too sir." She said, sounding rather disappointed.

"Hold up." Midori said. "We're actually heading to Hexside, we wanna take a tour and maybe enroll."

"Wait, how old are you?" Willow asked.

"I'm fourteen, he's fourteen and a half." Luz said. "What you did with those plants was incredible."

"Thanks but, I'm not even supposed to be doing plant magic. My parents put me in the abomination track at school." Willow said. "I can lead the way there for you if you'd like."

"That'd be great." Midori said. "Plus, to save some time, I already collected up the abomination you made, back into the cauldron. I can wheel it to the school for you if you'd like."

"Thanks, that's appreciated." Willow said. "I'm Willow by the way."

"Luz Noceda."

"Midori Verde."

"So what does bring you to the Boiling Isles Luz?" Willow asked.

"It's a long story, but Midori actually has a purpose here, so we both came from the human realm with a purpose." Luz said.

"Wait, you came from the human realm?" Willow asked.

"Yep. Born and raised there." Midori said.

"But your ears aren't round like Luz's." Willow said. "An' you have animal ears and a tail."

"Not all humans are born with round ears. Some have pointed ears." Midori said. "But you're right about the other features I have. These came… actually the day we arrived on the Boiling Isles, almost a week ago."

"Oh, well you'll have to tell me about that sometime." Willow said as they reached the school. "Thanks for pushing the wheelbarrow for me."

"No problem. Happy to help." Midori smiled.

"Why don't you follow me through the halls. I can lead you to the receptionist desk on my way to class." Willow suggested.

"Sounds great, we'd really appreciate it." Luz said.

"Great, just gotta stop at my locker and grab a text book real quick." Willow said, as she began pushing the wheelbarrow herself.

"Might wanna wear this Luz." Midori said, using his staff, to make her a hat.

"Thanks." Luz smiled, putting it on and hiding her ears.

Reaching her locker, Luz and Midori couldn't help but admire how the school looked, and how the overall design was amazing.

"Willow, you would not believe humans." A new voice said, drawing Luz and Midori's attention back to Willow, to see a younger looking student, with a sky blue uniform, and black ethnicity, reading a magazine. (Sorry, I have no other ideas on how to describe Gus in his first appearance.)

"What, humans? I haven't seen any humans around." Willow said, sounding a bit panicked.

"Did you know that humans nail barbed wire, to their kids teeth? But why would they do that? Maybe, it's to make them magnetic."

"Actually little man, those are called braces, and it's for medical reasons." Midori said, looking over his shoulder. "They straighten out your teeth when they're crooked."

"Ah, who are you?" The kid asked, jumping back to hide next to Willow. "An' how do you know so much about humans?"

"Alright Augustus, I'm gonna let you in on a secret, but you have to be cool about it." Willow said.

"I can be spool, I mean cool." Augustus said, correcting himself.

"This is Midori and Luz. They're humans from the human realm." Willow said, as Luz lifted her hat to show him her ears. "Midori's ears are pointed, because he went through some sort of transformation after getting to our realm."

"Sup?"

"Hey there."

"No, no way." Augustus said.

"Most witches wouldn't be able to recognize a human right away. But Augustus is an expert." Willow said.

"Where are your gills?"

"Gills?" Midori asked. "Humans don't have gills. You sure he's an expert?"

"He's the president of the Human Appreciation Society." Willow stated.

"We knew an Augustus back home, we called him Gus."

"Gus, nickname, human nickname? Call me it." Gus said. "Wow, so cool." He smiled, before the bell rang. "Gotta go, I have spelling class next. See ya at lunch." He stated, pulling out a wand.

"Wow, an actual spelling class where you're taught how to use magic spells." Midori said.

"Sorry that I can't take you to Principal Bumps Office, I gotta get to class, but his office is just down that hall." Willow said, before heading off to her class.

"See ya Willow." Luz said as she and Midori went down the hall to Principal Bumps office. "I wish there was something we could have done to help her with her class."

"No need to worry, already taken care of." Midori snickered.

"What did you do, ya goober?" Luz asked.

"Nothing, all I really did was switch out the abomination core in her project, and charged it with my magic. She'll get a passing grade for sure this time." Midori said.

"You sure that won't have any repercussions along the way?" Luz asked.

"I'm positive it won't." Midori said, before knocking on the Principal's door.

"Come in."

Midori and Luz entered the office, wanting to make a good first impression with the Principal.

"May I help you?" The elderly demon asked.

"My name's Midori Verde, this is Luz Noceda. We were wondering if your school offered tours for potential enrollment?" Midori asked.

"Ah, splended. As a matter of fact, I am free right now." Bump said, leading them out and through the school. "I'm Principal Bump. So are you wishing to enroll your child?"

"Oh, Luz and I are not like that, and we're too young for kids." Midori blushed. "We're from the human realm, and we're somewhat able to do magic, but we'd like to be able to learn more. An' we thought, what better place to learn then at a school designed for teaching magic, am I right?"

"My apologies, I assumed you were just a pair of growth stunted adults, given how close you two seemed." Bump said. "Also, you are in better shape then most of my students. Do you play Grudgby?"

"No, but I'd be willing to try out for the team." Midori said.

"Excellent. I'm sure Boscha would love to have you as a teammate." Bump said. "She's the team captain, by the way."

"I figured."

"So as you can see, our school offers only the finest educational program, this side of the Isles." Bump said. "We tailor our classes to fit the needs of every student, for any track they've been placed in. Though some may struggle in their track. Take our Abomination Track for…"

Bump stopped, as the three of them looked through the window, Midori and Luz saw Willow standing at the front of the class, with her Abomination, looking more defined and realistic then the one Amity produced, and was speaking, juggling, and even writing poetry on the chalk board.

"Oh my, Ms. Park techniques in the Abomination track have really jumped from what they were last week. The pep-talk I gave her the other day must have worked." Bump said. "She was one of our lacking students in the track. But now it seems like she's greatly improved. Shall we go in and see what this class is all about?"

"If it's alright, we wouldn't want to intrude on the class." Luz said.

"Nonsense." Bump smiled, before entering the classroom.

"Oh, Principal Bump, what an unexpected surprise. What can I do for you?" The Abomination Track teacher, a small demon being carried by an abomination, asked as it turned him to the door.

"Greetings everyone. I am simply here giving a tour to two potential students." Bump said, Luz and Midori coming in. "Why don't you introduce yourselves?"

"Hi everyone, I'm Luz Noceda."

"An' I'm Midori Verde."

"Splended. Why don't you give us a demonstration on what magic you are capable of." The teacher asked.

"Well… would this do as a demonstration?" Midori asked, holding his hands together and creating a bridge of lightning between the palms.

"Oh my, you didn't use a circle." Bump said.

"It's just some lightning my body generated. No big deal." Midori said.

"Remarkable. Normally a spell has to be cast by drawing a circle in the air, but this… this is very impressive, and highly unorthodoxed." The astounded Principal said, before the bell screamed.

"That's all for class today children. Willow, you get an A+. An' the place of top student."

"What?" Amity asked, before the teacher took the badge and put it on Willow's cowl.

"Oh uh… thanks I guess." Willow said with a nervous smile.

"You two feel free to look around the school, I have some other stuff I need to take care of as Principal." Bump said.

"Thanks Principal Bump." Luz said.

"So, want me to show you around the rest of the school?" Willow asked coming to their sides with her cauldron.

"That'd be great, but first, let's get some lunch." Midori said.

"Right." Willow giggled.

When they started making their way to the cafeteria, the trio were stopped by Amity getting in their way.

"How did… you were just inside the classroom." Luz stated.

"How'd you do that?" Amity asked. "Last time I saw you, your Abomination was nothing but mush."

"To be honest Amity, I don't even know myself." Willow said.

"You cheated somehow, that's what. I've got my eye on you Park, that badge is mine." Amity said.

"Oh boy. Here she goes again, treating everything like a competition." Willow sighed, before noticing her cauldron shaking and acting up.

"Oh no." Midori said, before putting his hand on the cauldron, stopping it from rattling.

"What's going on with my Abomination?" Willow asked.

"It sensed malicious intent from Amity, and acted accordingly, thinking you were in danger. Though I managed to calm it down for the most part." Midori said. "If Amity is hostile towards you again, I'm not sure it'll remain this calm the next time it happens."

"I'll worry about that later. Come on, let's meet up with Gus in the mess hall." Willow said. "Lunch is on me."

"I would rescind that offer if I were you." Luz said. "Ever since his transformation, Midori's had the appetite of a griffin."

"I'll just pay for my own lunch." Midori said.

~Undisclosed Location~

Darkness, that's all Teth Adam could see, feel, and hear. It had been close to twenty years, since he'd been sealed away again by the same Wizard who sealed him away, five thousand years ago. In this prison of his, he found no peace of mind, and only grew angrier as time passed on. However in the last few days, he's felt a spark of magic, magic that belonged to the Wizard. It was young, fresh, and full of life, meaning the Wizard managed to choose a new champion, after five thousand years.

Struggling within the confines of his imprisonment, he sent out a wave of magic energy, his aim for it, to connect with the new Champion's magic, so he could use this Champion to break free of his prison.

~Cafeteria~

"Willow, I heard the great news." Gus said. "You finally got a passing grade in class. Congrats."

"Thanks, but I'm not all too sure what had happened." Willow said, sitting at the table with Midori and Luz joining them. "It wasn't even worth a D this morning, but in class when I told it to rise, it's as if I was witnessing the birth of a deity made of Abomination goo."

"Still, you must have done something right." Gus stated.

"She did." Midori said. "She met us."

"What are you talking about?"

"Midori replaced the Abomination's core with a newer, better one, and used his magic to keep it together, and power it up a bit." Luz said.

"What? How, when?" Willow asked.

"Who was the one who wheeled the cauldron to school?" Midori asked. "Look Willow, I know you're wanting to make your parents proud, but please listen when I see, try asking Bump to switch to the Plant Track. If you need someone to do what I did to get a passing grade, then what should that tell you about the track you're in."

"I don't know, I get what you're saying, but what if Amity hears us?" Willow asked.

"I heard you." Amity said, jumping on their table. "So you had someone cheat for you. Well I'm gonna grab this Abomination's core and report you to Principal Bump." She stated, reaching into the cauldron.

Rummaging her hand around the Abomination goo, Amity was adamant about what she intended to do, missing when a pulse of magic came from the ground and hit the cauldron. Midori's head throbbed, sensing this magic, and quickly grabbed Amity and pulled her away, right before a blade made of Abomination goo came out and sliced down the center of the table, splitting it in half.

"What the hell?" Amity asked, as Midori put her down.

"This isn't mine of Willow's doing." Midori said, as they backed away from the table, before he pulled Luz and Amity into a bear hug and turned his back to the cauldron, while Willow made a barrier of thorned vines that she wrapped around herself and Gus like a shield, just as the cauldron exploded, and the Abomination was free, but it looked different. Hissing as he pulled a shard of cauldron from his shoulder, Midori turned back to the Abomination, and his eyes widened. He'd seen plenty of images from the newspaper clips to know, the abomination took on the form of Black Adam.

"Midori, is that…" Luz asked, putting pressure on .

"Yep, that's Teth Adam. The first Champion of the Wizards of Shaz." Midori said. "Or at least his lookalike."

"Why are you two spouting off about fairy tales and myths right now?" Amity asked. "That Abomination is out of control."

"No its not." Midori said. "It's being controlled by the one it's impersonating."

"Midori, you gonna do your thing?" Luz asked.

"What do you think?" Midori asked. "Shazam!"

With a bolt of lightning striking him through the ceiling, Midori took on his Champion form, with his staff in hand.

"I'll hold onto your staff for you." Luz said.

"Thanks Luz." Midori said, putting it in her hands, before she was pulled to the ground.

"Damn… this is heavy." She wheezed out, trying to lift it. "No, my weak nerd arms, their curse strikes again."

Charging at the Black Abomination, Midori slammed his fist into its face, and knocked it back, forcing it to step back as it reformed its head.

(Cue Music… Another one bites the dust: Queen)

"This thing's strong. With Black Adam's magic empowering it, there's no telling what it's capable of." Midori stated, with a smirk. "Good, this wouldn't be any fun if it were too easy."

"What's gotten into him?" Gus asked. "How'd he transform like that, and why's he smiling that this is gonna be a challenge?"

"M-Midori's always enjoyed a good fight. But ever since being chosen to be the Champion and inheritor of the Wizard Shazam's powers, he's been finding it kinda difficult to find someone capable of keeping up with him." Luz said, still trying to lift the staff.

"Come on big guy, I gave you power, now I'm gonna take it away." Midori said, charging at the Black Abomination.

The Black Abomination charged at Midori, letting out a roar of anger before they slammed their fists into each others, creating a shockwave that knocked any students near the fight, off their feet.

Swinging his other fist, Midori faked the throw and ducked under the Black Abomination, before twisting its arm and giving it a shoulder throw, slamming it on the ground, before he looked up at the students who were in awe of the fight.

"Run!" He exclaimed, before the Black Abomination picked itself up, and struck him with a double hit to the ears, causing ringing to echo in his ears, and disorient him.

"Luz." Willow called to the human girl.

"I can't lift it." Luz said.

"Let me help." Willow said, grabbing the staff and lifting it off the ground.

"Whoa, you are strong."

"Pushing a cauldron in a wheelbarrow for years at a time has its benefits, but this thing is still heavy." Willow said. "Now come on, let's move."

"This way." Gus said, leading them out of the cafeteria.

"There they are Principal Bump." Amity said, bringing the Principal to them.

"Amity tells me your Abomination is going out of control due to cheating?" Bump asked.

"Not what's happening, but the Abomination is out of control." Luz said as they ran past him.

Bump looked in the direction they were running from, and saw Midori with the Black Abomination in a choke hold, before it elbowed him in the face, and ran towards the Principal.

"I command you to stop." Bump said, only for the Abomination to ignore him, and run past the school director. "What the?"

"Damn it all, it's after the staff." Midori cursed, running past Bump after the Abomination.

In the halls, Willow, Gus, and Luz made a sharp turn to the left, with the Black Abomination chasing after them, before it slipped and slammed into the wall. That hardly slowed it down however, as it reconstructed itself around its core, and continued to give chase.

"Why's it chasing us?" Gus asked.

"I don't know. Maybe if we split up, we'll find out." Luz said. "Gus, you go left, Willow and I will go right."

With the three splitting up, the Black Abomination chased after Willow and Luz, leaving Gus alone.

"Why is it coming after us?" Willow asked.

"I think I have a good idea for an answer." Luz said, spotting the gem of the staff glowing. "It's after the staff."

"Why?"

"It probably needs it to free the real Teth Adam."

"I'm gonna need an explanation when this is all over." Willow stated.

"Let's just say, some of your legends, were more then just lore." Luz said, as Black Abomination was practically on them.

"I don't think so." Midori said, tackling the rogue abomination. "Our dance isn't over yet."

Black Abomination picked itself up, before it ran at Midori, and pinned him to the wall. It was clear that it had the strength to keep up, and since it wasn't a living human or demon, it's stamina far surpassed that of Atlas.

(End Song…)

"This isn't good." Luz said, as she and Willow were hiding behind a pillar. "We have to keep that thing from killing Midori."

"This is awful. I don't know what to do. Amity's right, if Midori hadn't tried to help me with seeing what I had to do and just talked with Principal Bump none of this would be happening." Willow said. "I'm just, Half a Witch Willow."

"You're Full Witch Willow, and you're great." Luz stated. "An' someone once told me, great witches, are resourceful." She said, rummaging through her pocket and pulling out everything in it.

"That's it." Willow said, plucking the latest thing to be added to it.

"You mean that greasy slime ball?" Luz asked.

"Luz, it's a seed." Willow stated. "Thank goodness you had it on you, now we can help Midori."

"Yeah, thank goodness someone told me to hold on to it." Luz smiled.

"Hey Abomination." Willow called out, placing the seed on the ground, and drawing a magic circle over it. "You want this? Come and get it." She said, holding out the staff.

Black Abomination turned to Willow and began charging at her, but was stopped when a jungle of vines grew from the seed and wrapped themselves around the Abomination, holding it tight. But it was clear to see they weren't gonna last.

"Midori, these vines won't hold for long, destroy its core now." Luz called to Midori.

"Right." Midori choked out in a hoarse voice, before getting to his feet and running at the Abomination.

Ramming his hand through the Abomination from behind, Midori pierced its chest as he ran it through, with a glowing stone in his hand and crushed it to dust. With its core destroyed, the Abomination returned to its base ingredients in a puddle on the ground.

"Children is everyone… oh my." Bump said, as he and Amity ran into the scene, only to see the lush jungle like appearance of the main hall, and the beauty if gave off, before looking to Willow, just as she stopped using her magic. "Where is the Abomination?"

"Taken care of." Midori said. "Shazam!"

Returning to normal, Midori cracked his neck, and hissed as he felt pain radiating his shoulder.

"Seems your injury didn't heal when you went into battle mode." Luz said, running to his side.

"Young man, I would like an explanation please. Why did you help Willow cheat?" Bump asked. "What was the point of it?"

"I wasn't trying to get Willow to start relying on me for getting passing grades, I wanted her to see that if it took what I did for her to get a passing grade, then maybe it'd be better for her to talk with you, and try applying for a different track." Midori said. "Things weren't supposed to get out of hand like this, and I'm sorry."

"I see." Bump said.

"Ahem." Amity cleared her throat, tapping her foot patiently. "I believe you have something of mine."

"Right. I'm sorry Amity, I honestly had no idea Midori had did what he did until he told me in the cafeteria." Willow said, walking up to Amity, and holding out the star badge.

Before Amity could take it back, Bump closed Willow's hand over it with a gentle smile.

"Ms. Park, I can honestly say that I understand why this young man, did what he did. An' though it may not have played out like he had wanted it to, I believe he managed to achieve his goal." Bump said, snapping his fingers, and Willows uniform turning green. "As of this moment, you're not only transferred from the Abomination Track, to the Plant Track, but you are top student of the Plant Track as well. Ms. Blight, I'll be sure to get you a replacement badge, as you are still top student of the Abomination Track, however the bill for repairs will be sent to your parents."

"What, but why are you doing that?"

"If I understand correctly from what you told me when you reported the incident to me, you got a little violent in the cafeteria when confronting Ms. Park and her associates, thus triggering this incident. Therefore the blame for this chaos rests on your shoulders." Bump stated.

"But I…"

"End of discussion Ms. Blight." Bump said. "As for you two. You're banned from Hexside Grounds, until further notice."

"Understandable sir." Luz said.

"Just one thing Principal Bump?" Midori asked. "Could I come back to help clean up the mess? I kinda feel like it's the least I can do."

Bump thought over on this for a while, before he came to a decision.

"Very well, upon the condition I assign someone to supervise your work, you may return to clean up this mess." Bump said.

"Thanks Principal Bump." Midori said, giving him a bow.

"But, to be sure you never forget you're banned from the school." Bump snapped his fingers, and two posters, one of Midori in his Champion form, and one of Luz, appeared in front of them. "Take these with you. I must say though, I never expected my school would be visited by a human."

"Wait, my hat, where'd it go?" Luz asked, covering her ears when she saw the photo of her was without her hat.

"It fell off when Midori's staff pulled you to the ground." Willow said, putting the staff in Midori's hands.

"Eda is gonna love this." Midori sighed, before he hissed in pain after slumping his shoulders. "Can I get some medical attention though? Please?"

~A/N~

Black Abomination, a play on titles as the Abomination took on the form of Black Adam. I feel some people may try to play the racist card against me when reading this chapter, so I thought I'd make it clear, that's not what this is. It's happened in the past, so I just wanted to get that out there, and stop anyone thinking of trolling me with the racist card.
