The following is the chat room conversation between user Dusker16 (Ceailean Crimis) and another user named Cherish (Suspected Criminal). Chat log has been typed out in its entirety.
Dusker16: "Cherish Innocence"
Cherish: Heard
Dusker16: We haven't heard from him in a while. When do you think he'll respond?
Cherish: Doesn't matter. We'll get it when we get it.
Dusker16: But I can't just sit here! There has to be something I can do!
Cherish: You'll have to be patient. I can't do anything from here either.
Dusker16: Ugh! He needs to hurry up! I need to find him!
Cherish: And what exactly will you do when you do find him?
Dusker16: …
Cherish: That's what I thought. And while you're here, there's something I need to speak to you about.
Dusker16: What?
Cherish: It's been the way you've been acting lately.
Dusker16: I've been acting the same.
Cherish: No you haven't. You've been craving a warpath ever since 3 months ago when we found out he could possibly still be alive.
Dusker16: And is that so unusual? You lost so much that day too!
Cherish: I chose that path and I knew the risks. That day was a huge string of bad luck for the both of us. No one could've seen what was coming.
Dusker16: Alain could've
Cherish: His circumstances were different. Plus, what could he have done to stop it on his own?
Dusker16: Tell the police? Tell someone?!
Cherish: The wool was pulled over his eyes. There was no way he would've known either.
Dusker16: Because enslaving Legendaries isn't a huge red flag already.
Cherish: It was all to save his friend, you know that.
Dusker16: Then what am I supposed to do?!
Cherish: As I said, be patient and wait.
Dusker16: Then how about this, my school year ends in February. I can head to Lumiose and get a starter pokemon. I could finally start getting out there and figure out things on my own!
Cherish: Don't you dare!
Dusker16: What?!
Cherish: You shouldn't be doing that, never at your age.
Dusker16: But I've proven myself! I can fight!
Cherish: People yes, but pokemon will be a whole different beast. Even the weakest ones will be tough for you yourself to put down.
Dusker16: That's why I'm getting the starter! I can have it fight for me!
Cherish: You don't understand anything yet kid! Pokemon are not tools to be used! And you wouldn't know the first thing about battling other pokemon in the first place.
Dusker16: But I've been training with Deerling!
Cherish: The real world is different, kid. Way more is gonna happen than just bashing the side of a tree constantly.
Dusker16: Please! I need to find him! I can take care of myself, whatever it takes!
Cherish: And that's what worries me. I've seen around town these last few years. You have a good life and you have new friends. You'd be so willing to throw that away? I can't let you do that. You deserve to have a childhood.
Dusker16: He needs to pay for taking away my old life! And since when did you care about stuff like that? I don't need you to look after me, so shut up about that.
Cherish: Then listen up kid, and listen good. If I found out that you try to leave for the sole purpose of finding him, I'll be there to stop you, personally.
