CHAPTER ONE

"I can't wait to move to Raccoon City!" Sarah said excitedly. Kaydie glanced at her. "I'm not." "Why not?" Sarah asked. Kaydie shrugged. "I just don't wanna move. I was happy in Alabama." Sarah leaned back in her seat. "I wasn't, it was too boring. Maybe when we move to Raccoon City we'll get some excitement."

Kaydie didn't say anything. She looked out the window at the passing trees, water, and once in awhile farm animals. "Mom will this place be desolate and boring?" She asked. Her mom glanced back at her from the passenger seat. "No, it shouldn't be. There's gonna be more to do here than in Mobile." Sarah smirked over at her. "Told ya."

"Oh shush," Kaydie said.

LATER...

"This is our new home?" Kaydie asked, gaping at the small, brick house. "Uh huh," her mom replied, lugging two suitcases. Sarah stood beside her. "This house is nice. I won't mind living here." She said.

"I do!" Kaydie exclaimed. "Our house was bigger in Mobile. This one is the size of a small trailer!"

"Oh get used to it!" Sarah said, shaking her head. She walked into the house carrying her large bag filled with mostly video games and game consoles. Kaydie made a face at her retreating back. Her dad walked up with two huge bags, and stopped beside his daughter. "Cheer up sport," he said. "You'll get used to it, it's not that bad." He walked into the house. "Uh yeah right," Kaydie muttered. Reluctantly she grabbed her two small bags and headed inside.

LATER AGAIN...

Kaydie sat watchin tv on the couch when Sarah walked in.

"Oh my gosh! oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!" Sarah yelled, jumping up and down excitedly. Kaydie merely glanced at her and continued watching Ghost Hunters.

"Kaydie, guess what!" Sarah cried, running over to her. Kaydie shrugged, eyes still glued to the tv. Sarah glared at her. "Hello, are you listening?" Kaydie nodded. "Okay, well, i was wondering around in the woods, when i saw these S.T.A.R.S cop people heading towards this huge mansion. Wanna go check it out?" Kaydie shook her head. "Why not?" Sarah cried, clearly disappointed.

"Because, I'm watchin Ghost Hunters. And this is the episode where Steve drops the waterproof latern into the pool..." She didn't get to finish her sentence because Sarah grabbed her hand and yanked her off the couch. "Come on, you can watch Steve drop laterns into water later. Right now, we're gonna check out the mansion with the S.T.A.R.S."

Kaydie tried to pull her hand free, but Sarah fifty times stronger than her. "Sarah stop! We're probably not even supposed to be lurking around in the woods anyway!"

Sarah shrugged carelessly. "Who cares. Come on, don't tell mom or dad, i just wanna see what they're investigating."

"Fine. But we're only gonna watch em for a minute got it?" Kaydie asked irritably. Sarah nodded.

NOTE: I know it sucked, but i do not give a damn. Read and review anyway. Tell me how bad it sucked.
