Chapter 1, The Son of Monster Lord
START!
Hellgondo.
The island is so barren, so dark, and literally not suitable for any human to live.
Dark clouds hang above said island almost every single day, striking thunder indiscriminately toward any poor monster girl unlucky enough to get hit.
Of course, while most monster girls in this world aren't strong enough that they would probably die from a single thunder strike, the monster girls that call Hellgondo their home are strong enough to shrug off the thunder as easily as breathing.
They're monsters among monsters.
The elite of the monster lord's army.
And in the middle of this island, a huge, ominous castle stood.
"Fumu, fumu, the sky looks terrible again today"
From the castle's entrance, a little girl clad in kimono came out, her mouth hidden behind the fan she was holding. Atop her golden hair, a pair of fox-like ears twitched a few times as in the sky, thunders rumbled angrily.
Behind her, nine golden tails waving around uncaringly.
It's been nine days since the sky became more and more ominous… more ominous than normal human-killing thunder that is.
Some of the elite guards even found themselves injured after they got hit by straying thunders.

Without any care in the world, the nine-tailed girl began to play with her fan while her eyes showed a rather mysterious glow.
The elite guards of the monster lord's army were hurt by this phenomenon, and if the angel were to hear this news, they could become daring enough to send some of their armies in the hope to kill the monsters within Hellgondo.
The Hellgondo army doesn't want that.
And the monster lord herself doesn't want that.
That is why the monster lord has ordered the four heavenly knights to stay within the castle until the storm subsides just in case the angel army dares to come.
Clear the storm?
How can they do such a thing?
The storm is the defensive magic created by the first monster lord herself and cannot be cleared that easily by most monsters, including the current monster lord.
"Well, I honestly could clear the storm. But it will break the storm forever"
The fox girl said carefreely.
Tamamo-no-Mae, one of the four heavenly knights and one of the oldest monster girls in history, considering she has lived for five generations of monster lords.
She's strong, easily the strongest among all living monster girls, actually.
"… But, I'm out of stock of dried tofu"
Tamamo said regretfully after she let out a small sigh of disappointment.
Though just as she thinking like this, the sky above her began to converge into one spiraling point.

Looking up, Tamamo-no-Mae's ears flatten against her head, seeing so many thunders converging. And the worst of all, the spiral seems to point itself at her.
"… Oh shit"
BAAAAAMMMMM!

"Fucking thunder! Who the hell controlled it!"
Among the four heavenly knights, Tamamo is proud to call herself the one with the most durability and vitality if compared with the other three.
She's a mountain-given shape, or so the others called her.
"Ouch… That fucking hurt!"
No… not really.
But she felt the sting, something that even the heavenly thunder from a high-ranked Angel cannot do, that alone is enough for her to say 'hurt' after she got hit.
Of course, the moment some of the dust cleared, there was no hint of any scratch on her attire or her body. Though in annoyance, Tamamo waved her hand holding her fan, totally clearing the remaining dust.
After the thunder struck, the ground around her has been destroyed, leaving nothing but a large crater.
And in the middle of this crater, is something that could make Tamamo-no-Mae, a millennium years old monster widen her eyes in shock.
A human boy.
"What the…"
Calmly, but still, with a small amount of wariness, Tamamo walked until she was standing beside the unconscious boy about four years old. And were it not for her millennium years amount of experience, she would've taken the conclusion that the boy is her descendant almost immediately.
He has golden hair just like her.
He smells like a fox.
And he even has three pairs of whiskers on his cheeks, left and right respectively.
So yeah, she would've claimed him as her own descendant were it not for his slightly wrong scent.
Yes, he smelled like a fox, but something about it also smells weird…
Oh yeah, he's also nude. But considering he appeared from out of nowhere, carried by a clap of thunder, she would've found it weird if he was not in the nude.
"W-Who are you…"
A pair of the most beautiful eyes opened as the boy under her opened his eyes. Confusion, hurt, and curiosity dance in his gem-like eyes, showing nothing but pure honesty, like a pair of windows to his very soul.
"My name is Tamamo-no-mae. Are you alright, little one?"
Gently, Tamamo knelt down and put her right hand over his chest, trying to revitalize the boy by channeling some of her energy into his body.
As this happens, a golden aura gently dances around her body.
"M-Mnn, I'm a little better now, fox lady"
Snort
Without any shame whatsoever, Tamamo snorted a little, amused by her call given by this tiny human. Though inwardly, she's kind of surprised by the amount of energy his body can take from her.
It is as if there's a black hole inside his stomach, one that could eat anything, even energy.
"What's your name, little one? and how are you here?"
Despite her inward thinking, Tamamo is still kind toward the boy. Yes, humans are enemies to a monster like her, however, those humans are the humans that prayed and slaved themselves toward the goddess, Ilias.
This human in front of her is nothing but an adult baby, innocence can be seen in his eyes alone.
"Naruto… I…"
Before the boy, Naruto can say anything, his eyes closed once more as he fell into unconsciousness.
Sigh
Disappointed, Tamamo in the end decides to enlarge and wraps all of her tails around the boy, engulfing him in softness so he can rest better and won't be seen by other guards or heavenly knights.
She doesn't want any rumor to circulate before any fact is known.
A human boy, about four years old appears after a large thunderstruck, which alone spoke just how mysterious his origin is.
For now, let's speak with the monster lord.
-Later-
"The thunder has calmed down, is it your doing, Tamamo?"
Within the throne room, a large and regal throne could be seen. And sitting on it, an equally regal monster girl can be seen, staring down at Tamamo-no-Mae with a pair of questioning eyes, seeing the millennium years old girl having all of her nine tails bundled behind her.
"Fufu, while I would love to take the credit, no, it wasn't me. The thunders were converging and struck me, after that, the sky calmed down by itself, my dear monster lord, Alipheese the fifteen"
The monster lord, Alipheese is a large lamia, with her body from the waist up is that of a beautiful and regal-looking woman with light purple skin with marks on some parts of her body while from the waist down is that of a huge, snake tail, with the coloration of brownish red.
From her waist to her head alone, Alipheese easily dwarfs most, if not all humans while her tail is about ten times that size.
"I see… so, for what reason you've come here?"
"Well, after I was struck by that thunder, it left a crater…" Alipheese merely nodded, considering the thunder was converging, it wasn't really a surprise that such a strike would have left a crater or two, no problem, no problem "… and in the middle of the crater, I found him"
It was then that Tamamo unfurled her tails, showing the monster lord what… who is resting inside the bundle of tails.
Widening her eyes, Alipheese slithered toward Tamamo's direction, so fast that it took her less than a second to appear behind the fox girl, finger curiously poking at the unconscious boy a few times.
"Is he…"
"Yes, my lord. He's a human"
That sentence turn Alipheese speechless, finger stopped poking at the boy so she could lock her eyes with Tamamo that has turned around. Behind the fox girl, all of her tails furled themselves once again, caging the unconscious boy in the comfort of the softness of her furs.
"But… how?"
Let's forget about the fact that Hellgondo is the farthest and deadliest island, for now, the fact is, even the very air within Hellgondo itself is very poisonous for a human.
One sniff alone is deadly for any human, more so a child like him.
But he looked fine, without any breathing problem whatsoever.
"I don't know. I mean, he was carried by a thunder strong enough to hurt me a little, so I doubt a poison can kill him"
"… Let me carry him"
Hearing the request from the monster lord, Tamamo blinked a few times. But already known the woman since she was born, Tamamo knows Alipheese won't do anything harmful to the child.
Calmly and gently, all nine tails unfurled once again, showing the boy's figure.
And with motherly gentleness, Alipheese took the boy and start cradling him in her arms while cooing gently.
'Oh, how I miss this feeling~'
With an expression of a loving mother, Alipheese started slithering around, all the while cradling the boy in her arms with nothing but gentleness.
Behind her, Tamamo-no-Mae watched with a rather confused expression on her face, though, a small part of her dreading those pair of eyes of Alipheese.
Whatever the monster lord is currently thinking, it is not good…
"Your majesty…"
"Yosh, I decided! I'm going to adopt this cutie pie! Tamamo, call the other heavenly knights! I'm going to introduce them to my new son!"
Oh shit.

This is what Tamamo thought as she walks around the council to search for other heavenly knight members.
She should have known better.
Alipheese, all the way from Alipheese the tenth to Alipheese the fourteen was very weak when it comes to cute things, she should have known that the fifteen has the same weakness.
Fastening her fan's movement, Tamano's eyebrows become furrowed.
For a monster lord to adopt a human boy as a son. This is so stupid.

Now, Tamamo doesn't have any problem with the boy himself. But the other monsters won't be as kind as her, more so someone with human-hating tendencies like the slime Queen.
When it comes to humans, no one is crueler than the slime Queen, Erubetie.
If the boy is adopted by the monster lord, Alipheese, his life in the castle won't be easy. Considering Erubetie is one of the four Heavenly Knights and some of her people are elite guards within the castle.
"Grrr… stupid Alipheese"
Slapped the fan against her palm, Tamamo growled lightly.
She should have carried the boy to the human city under her rule, Yamatai the moment she found him.
Alas, the monster lord has stated her decree.
Fuck it!
-One year later-
"Big sis! Stop cheating!"
To Alipheese Fateburn the fifteen, there is no regret for Naruto's adoption to her family.
Yes, some of her people were adamant that she should kill him instead of taking him into the Fateburn family, considering he is a human and all.
But she slammed all of their complaints with one thing and nothing else.
Power.
The moment her people dared to say that she should kill a boy about four years old in age, she slapped the handrest of her throne and raised her aura to its highest point, which pinned her council members to the ground.
Surprisingly, Erubetie the slime queen was not among the people who raised complaints.
"He's but a child… I'm not stupid enough to hate a chid who know nothing about his race stupidities. But of course, the moment he show me his true color, I'll kill him"
It was daring of Erubetie to say that to her face, but nonetheless, Alipheese was grateful that the Slime Queen won't create any problem for her son, Naruto Fateburn.
"Hah! what are you going to do, weakling~?"
Gently, Alipheese let out a sigh but a small smile as she saw Naruto tackle his big sister (her birth daughter) to the ground and start to wrestle with each other.
They may look like a cat and mouse at first sight, but Naruto and Alice have bonded so deep that the two cannot be apart from each other even for a day.
With Alice being three years older than him, Naruto was quick to accept his role as a little brother, with Alice doing the same, accepting her role as a loving big sister toward Naruto.
"Hahahahaha, Mommy! Help! Ahahaha!"
A minute passed, and Naruto is now bound by Alice's long tail from neck to feet, where she quickly start to tickle the sole of his feet, thus his laughter.
"No~ don't help him mother, Naruto said he can defeat me yesterday. I'll show him today who dominate who now, hora hora~ laugh more Naruto"
"Now now, enough playing for today, my children"
Slithered until she was standing near the two, Alipheese was quick to take the two from the carpet and carries Naruto with her right hand and Alice with her left hand.
Though, despite already separated, Alice's tail is still wrapping itself around Naruto's hand unconsciously, which the boy also unconsciously hugs into his chest. Both can be seen as signs of their closeness with each other.
Seeing this, a warm smile appears on Alipheese's face.
"But moooom~ I was going to defeat Naruto just now"
"N-Nonesense! I was going to use my escape tecnique too just now!"
"Hush now, my adorable children. You two can continue to play tomorrow, okay?"
Before the two can start to argue once again, Alipheese elevates both of them so they can put their faces on the side of her neck, left and right respectively.
"Hmp!"
"Hmph!"
Of course, the two pouted at her action, but Alipheese smile merely enlarge the moment she senses this.
Her children are just so adorable~

The moment Alipheese arrives in her bedroom, Naruto is already fallen asleep while clutching onto her dress like the child he is.

Alice herself is also getting sleepy, and just like Naruto, the girl's hands are also clutching onto her dress in an act so she won't fall, though, unlike Naruto, her tail has winded itself around Naruto's torso a little bit tighter than before.
Fufufu, so cute.
It is fortunate that despite being a human, Naruto's body is strong enough that any non-serious act from Alice won't do anything harmful to him.
As softly as possible, Alipheese put her two children on her very large bed. Gently, Alipheese climbs the bed and scoops the two into her embrace, spooning them into a motherly embrace.
"Mom… I love you"
Sleepily, Alice said something heartwarming to her, something that make her smile.
"I love you too sweeatie. What about Naruto, do you love him too?"
"Of course…"
Embraced by her little brother and her mother, Alice snuggles deeper and digs her face into Naruto's spiky, but soft hair.
Her eyes are fluttering, a sign of her going to sleep soon.
"As the next monster lord, I'm going to train hard to become the strongest monster there is. And when I do, I'll marry him and protect him, spend our time to travel the world, then… then we're going to eat so many food… then… we will return and tell you about our travel, mom"

After Alice said her promise, she sleep with a peaceful expression on her face.
Unknown to her, Alipheese is having a happy and proud look on her face, though small tears can be seen in her eyes.
"Good night and sleep well, my lovely children"
Leaning her face a little bit, Alipheese kissed her children's cheeks with nothing but love and then close her own eyes to get a few hours of rest.
Most humans outside Hellgondo are very mistrustful toward monster girls.
But Alice's dream is to travel the world, to eat delicious food across the world with Naruto.
Not world domination.
Nor defeating Ilias.
Such a peaceful and happy dream her daughter has. As a mother, of course, she would give all of her support to her one and only daughter.
-Two years later-
"Come! Show me more power, Naruto! You need to be able to dish out more power than this if you really want to become your so-called monster emperor!"
Clank!
Bam!
As two blades clashed with each other and cracked said blades, Naruto wasted no time to jump and kicked his adversary across the cheek, not enough to throw her, but good enough that she was forced to snap her face to the right for a bit.
On her face is a happy grin.
"Good! That's what I mean! Continue!"
Green blurs are all anyone could see as Naruto's adversary punched the seven years old boy without mercy after she threw away the broken blade, so quick that the boy wasn't able to dodge and block everything.
Despite this, Naruto himself still has his determined face despite the pain his body feels, something that makes the woman attacking him grin even wider.
"Opening!"
The moment one green fist stretched a little bit too much, Naruto side-stepped and grabbed the said hand. And using his own momentum, his right foot struck the woman's chin using a straight kick, this time forcing the woman to look up to the sky, her grin widening.
But of course, for someone like her, Granberia of the heavenly knights, this much is far from enough.
And thus, the two continue to beat up each other.

A few meters away from them, Alipheese is watching the match with a pair of keen eyes and a proud smile on her face.
Standing behind her is the rest of the four Heavenly Knights. Erubetie the Queen of slime, Tamamo-no-Mae the nine-tailed fox, and Alma Elma, the Queen of Succubus.
"Ufufu, look at that. To think our resident muscle head could smile like that. It seem today is the day Granberia will fully turn"
Alma Elma, the Succubus Queen said sultrily, her tongue licking her lips sexily while staring at Naruto with his serious face, though she winced when the boy got his face punched roughly by the Dragonoid Heavenly Knight.
Anyway…
Turning, or turn in some cases.
It started as a joke actually. You see, the day Naruto was adopted by the Fateburn family, most high-ranked monsters vehemently refused the monster lord's decision, which was stopped by the woman in question.
Of course, the body may give up, but the mind scream otherwise.
Deep in their hearts, most high-ranked monsters (including the servants in the castle) refuse to acknowledge Naruto as a member of the Fateburn family simply because he is a human.
Turning is a joke.
It was a joke stated by a guard to a maid because said maid that had previously refused to acknowledge Naruto suddenly began to accept him the next day.
But years passed, and the joke started to become reality.
Naruto is very, very unlike most humans.
He is kind, loving, accepting, forgiving, and many more. Surprisingly, he seems to always know how to change his personality to suit the preference of the monster he's talking to. It is as if he is an angel stated within the holy bible book, a perfect kindness without flaw.
Angels under Ilias? No, they're just hypocrites calling themselves angels.
Of course, the most important personality is one. It is the fact that Naruto never, ever look at any of them with fear in his eyes, something that no humans ever did, except the legendary Hero.
Thus, one by one, the monsters under Alipheese start to change their perception when it comes to Naruto. And slowly, they began to accept him… thus, turning.
"Of course, she is but a muscle head. Giving her a good beating is enough to turn her, that's how simple Granberia's mind is"
Coldly, uncaringly, and very emotionlessly, Erubetie, the Queen of the slime race stated. Her two hands snugly wrap under her breasts dripping with sticky blue slimes as her cold eyes stare at Naruto… more specifically, the blood dripping from the side of his head.
The only reason Naruto wasn't able to 'turn' Granberia is simply that he was too young to learn to fight at the time.
"Ara? You said that, but wasn't it you that turn first among the four heavenly knights?"
"…"
Erubetie ignored the statement said by Alma Elma, at the same time, she also ignored Tamamo that currently looking at her with a knowing look and a jumping eyebrow, teasing her.
So annoying.
"I'm not. My stand point is still the same, I shall regard Naruto like I do toward anyone else. However, if there come a day he show me his sinful human side, I'll punish him"

Emotionlessly, the slime Queen grasped the boy by the head and pulled him roughly into her blue body, locking and caging him inside the sea of blue slime that is her body.
The boy, experienced enough to know that there's no way out once his body is fully submerged pouted, though, despite his pout, he still let out a small smile and waved his hand toward Granberia while mouthing…
Let's fight again tomorrow
Knowing that the boy cannot talk while being submerged inside the living slime, Granberia merely gave her her own nod, a large, toothy grin on her face.
"Ah, look at that…"
From her seat, Alipheese the fifteen wiped a small tear of pride from her eyes.
"… Seven years old, and he's already getting the adoration of all of my heavenly knights. I don't know whether I should feel proud of him or feel sad because my daughter has so many rivals"
Behind the monster lord, Tamamo-no-Mae rolled her eyes.
Adoration, yeah right.
The boy is still too young and unripe. And while indeed he's good husband material for the future, Tamamo knows just how quick a person can change.
To her, Naruto is someone that she could call kin, nothing less and nothing more, a healthy adoration if she can say.
The other three, she's not that sure.
Granberia seems to see Naruto as a fellow warrior and nothing more, also a healthy adoration.
Erubetie seems to be slightly over possessive and overprotective toward Naruto for some reason, but except that, nothing, so it also can be called a healthy adoration (somewhat).
Now, as for the last…
Turning her head to the side, Tamamo could see Alma Elma's eyes locking toward the remain of Naruto's clothes that was ripped after his fight with the dragon, a blush on her cheeks.
This doesn't look like a healthy adoration.
"I'm going to take care of this mess"
Before the Succubus Queen can do anything strange, Tamamo-no-Mae stomped on the ground, flipping the whole battleground and literally making the earth swallow any mess on top of the ground.
By the time she finished, she's pretty sure Alma Elma was whispering something that sounded like bitch from her place.
Oh well… the Succubus Queen is the one that represents the wind among the four heavenly knights, the freedom to do anything, and while it sounds good, it actually isn't.
She's playing around too much, simple as that.
-A year later-
Four years have passed within the blink of an eye.
And currently, Naruto is studying in the library while sitting on the lap of his dearest mother, blush on his cheek because she's pampering him despite she should be in the throne room for a meeting.
"Mom, your vassals already waiting for an hour by now, you know?"
Being eight years old, Naruto no longer calls the woman 'mommy', too old to be so childish.
Though of course, never too old to be pampered by his own mother.
That was what the woman said, not him.
"Fufufu~ that is not a problem, I'll go in another hour or so"
"Uuu"
Ever since his big sister Alice reached ten years old (an adult by monster standard) the girl began to get tsundere and trying her best to be a 'mature adult'.
Which meant, she refused to get pampered by her mother anymore.
Thus, leaving Naruto as his dearest mother's only target. And while he does love her and doesn't mind getting pampered by her, sometimes, it is just… too embarrassing.
Suffocating?
No, no matter how hard and heavy his mother loves him, Naruto will never think of her love as suffocating.
"How about this my son, you go with me to the throne room. In that way, you could learn how some of my vassals behaves"
That… was an interesting offer.
For all intent, while most of the high-ranking monsters within the monster lord castle already accept him, including the four heavenly knights that come once a month, he is yet to see his dearest mother's vassals that live outside the Hellgondo.
"Mnn, I'd like that, Mom"
"Good~ let's go then. And do learn how to discent someone's smile, okay? I'm pretty sure one stupid woman will try to get you by acting like a good monster"
"Yes, I understand"
"Kyaaaa~ you're so adorable~!"
-Sometimes in the same year-
"Eru…. I'm cold"
Naruto said as he is sitting under a rather but still powerful waterfall in the nude.
He's trying to learn how to properly use the water state.
You see, while it was true that his Mother only let him train his body when he reached seven years old. When it comes to magic, he actually already studying it ever since he and Erubetie became friends.
That was when he was five years old or so.
Anyway…
Magic was pretty easy to learn, however, the highest state of magic, which is to infuse his body with the state of the very element itself is very hard.
"I told you already Naruto, ignore the cold and keep your focus to any other things that happening around you. And close your eyes"
The cold, uncaring voice of Erubetie can be heard as she sat in front of him on a throne of slime she made.
Her eyes watch his every movement like a parent hawk watching their hatchling.
For all intent, Erubetie, the Heavenly knight of water is angry. She is angry because despite she has known the boy the longest, he seems to have little talent when it comes to water state and water magic arts.
And the worst of all, his talent lay in the stupid wind magic arts.
At the same time, she's also happy because this also means she can teach him much longer than the other Heavenly Knights, more than that stupid Heavenly Knight that represents wind.
… she doesn't want that stupid Alma Elma to get any chance to corrupt him.
"Enough, let's stop today"
She said after she saw Naruto shivering from the cold.
"Bu-…"
"Enough is enough. Your body cannot be forced to learn anything when it is weak, let's go to my chamber. I will brew you some hot chocolate"
After Naruto heard what his friend said, he smiled brightly and jumped from his previous position, hands immediately wraps around his friend's long and sticky leg, clinging to her.
For a small second, Erubetie's cold red eyes looked down on him. but seeing no fear and distrust within his orbs, the Queen of Slime decides to turn her focus forward and walk, followed by an oblivious boy clinging onto her leg.
'You're too trusting Naruto… but I guess that's fine too'
A new project.
I has a pretty clear and good idea about this story, so probably gonna start about this one for a few weeks.
