These words defined a new area,with all might as it's pillar of justice and peace. Because of him japan prospered in a golden age of heroes where no matter what happened you could always have hope there would be someone to save you. Inspiring more and more individuals to seek the same future.
Quirks. A true phenomenon of nature,when a baby started glowing one day and was soon followed by more and more people being born with supernatural powers,fascinating but still limited.

The television is turned off as a misty man is cleaning cups on a well kept but shady bar before pouring a drink to a blue haired scrawny man.
"These news are always the same. Heroes and all might all the time,it just pisses me off" He's about to grip his cup but the mksty man grabs it first

"Not another glass this week" He says giving it back when he calms down
Near them a TV lights up
"Hehe don't worry Tomura,soon the heroes will have their downfall" A deep voice says through it

"After a lot of hard work our next creation won't fail. Say hello tomura to your new brother" On the TV appears a image of a large tank and inside was a boy with pink hair.
"What the-. is that a nomu?"
"Hehehe. no,it's better." the boy opens his eyes
"Say hello to Kirby. The true bane of all might!"
