Welcome to the fourth time I made this series, but lets hope this will be the final version. I really hope so because this series means a lot to me. It is inspired by Mr. Chaos' own Pokemon Master Series of course, you are a great inspiration my friend.

Anyway I hope you all enjoy! Please leave a comment!

Green eyes looked warily as a head poke around the corner. Looking back and forth, the small figure ran down the hall, black curls flying in the air. The small pale hand wrapped around the handle and pulled open the door, quickly running in before closing it.

She jumps hearing a shushing sound and she smiles nervously at the older woman glaring at her from the desk. Shoulders slumping in relief, Aria Lily Potter sighs before she pushes herself off the door and heads deeper into the library of her Primary. Rubbing her arm in pain she looks at the books, neatly placed in their shelves before she smiles, pulling out the one she was looking for.

Sitting down at one of the many tables she opens the book and flipping to the right page she begins to read.

Long ago, when all regions were one and once was known as Ransei, eight powerful beings ruled the land. Each terrorizing the ancient world, controling both Pokemon and Humans with an iron fist. Each being controlled power derived from fire, sky, moon, thunder, earth, mountain, wind and water.

One by one the eight demons were defeated by the Deathly Hallows, the Legendary Heroes of Ancient Ransei. With the help of their Pokemon and the power of Aura to banish the beings to another realm.

"Banish huh?" Aria thought as she turned a page to see a photo of a mural found in an abandoned castle that some theorize was a place that belonged to these ancient beings that were said to be like Pokemon, but not. "Just like I am,"

Aria has lived in Little Surrey since she was one years old, living with her Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia and Cousin Dudley. Little Surrey was in the farthest corner of Galar, even farther than Postwick was. Hardly anyone knew of it because of its lack of Trainers, being one of the few towns in a region that didn't want anything to do with Pokemon. "That last Trainer who came from Little Surrey was mum," Aria thought, running her thumb over a picture of what looked like a dragon, "At least that was what I get from Aunt Petunia's rantings about her. How she left the city to join the rest of the freaks of the world playing pretend with their little monsters," she grips the book tighter in her hands "If things go well, hopefully I'll be the next,"

Unknown to her relatives is that Aria plans to get out of Surrey around the time she becomes 11. In Galar once children turn 11, if they do well on the Licensing Exams they can gain a starter and leave home, going on a Journey. Aria didn't know what she wanted to do, she doubted she got a high score to get sponsored for the Gym Challenge. Surrey, whose hatred for Pokemon was in every person in the small town, had very few books on Pokemon, just enough to get the Albion League off their backs.

"Hopefully I did well enough for the standard license," There were four types of licenses in Galar for Pokemon Training. The Basic License, which is what almost everyone got. They had a limit of six Pokemon they could catch and only six Pokemon, they couldn't even send a spare to a family member. It gives you a 5% discount at the Pokemart and Pokecenter, which wasn't free as most people thought it was.

The next level was the Standard, which ups the limit to ten but you have to have a place to send them and you can only carry six with you. The discount was 20%. Aria was at least hoping to score high enough to get that license.

Then there was the Advance License, giving 50% off at both Pokecenter and Pokemart and all sorts of privileges, like access to state of the art Day-Care Centers in the Region to place the Pokemon you catch past your limit…but the last license is what everyone wanted to have. The Sponsor License which gives you access to the resources of a Regional Professor, a Regional Starter and a free catch limit as long as you allow the Professor to study the Pokemon you catch. It also gives you a 80% discount at the Pokemart and free services paid by the League for the Pokecenter.

"But really only legacy children or those who really stand out in the exams get those licenses. Those who gain the Sponsor License either join the gym challenge or go to Hogwarts," a loud bang pulled Aria from her thoughts and she sees the Headmistress, Mrs. Polkiss, the mother of one of Dudley's friends.

"Potter!" she snaps looking, staring at her with anger in her brown eyes, and Aria could see that she was looking frazzled, "My office! Now!" Aria blinks in confusion, wondering what she did now but closes her book gently before she places it back on the shelf. Being quiet she follows the Headmistress down the hall, she ignores the snickers of her fellow students, who were all pointing, wondering what freaky Potter did this time.

"I'm telling you! She will not be going!" Aria blinks hearing her Uncle Vernon's voice as Headmistress Polkiss opens the door to her office, revealing her Uncle's purple face as he angrily glares but for the first time she sees it not being pointed at her. Her aunt Petunia, so skinny that sometimes Aria wonders how she could even stand without breaking her bones. Her face was pale and she was clutching Uncle Vernon's hand tightly, fear was shining in her eyes.

"You have no choice in the matter," Aria's gaze was pulled away from her Aunt and Uncle to the woman who spoke. Her green eyes widened at the very tall lady before her. She had black hair that was combed back into a tight bun. She was wearing an emerald green trouser suit with a white lab coat over it. Her yellow eyes behind a pair of square spectacles narrow at them as her lips thin in a frown, "The Albion League made sure you understand that when you gained Guardianship over Miss. Potter that when she became of age that she will be granted her rightful place in Hogwarts,"

"Wait what?" Aria sputters, eyes widen as all three turn to her, "My rightful place at Hogwarts? What..why would the Albion League would want me to go to Hogwarts?!"

The woman's eyes widened slightly at her, before they became moist, tears appearing before the corner of her eyes. Her frown became more pronounced before blinking back the tears, turning her head back to Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia, "Does she not know anything about her standing in Galar society? The League was told that she was having lessons with Pettigrew…"

"I don't know who that is," Aria remarks, crossing her arms, "Like i don't know who you are either," it was taking years of learning to control her temper that she doesn't snap at the woman who was making her confused at every word she said.

The woman coughs, and straightens up, "Forgive me Miss. Potter, I've just not expected this much trouble. My name is Professor Minvera McGonagall, Deputy Headmistress and Professor of Pokemon Bonding," she holds out her hand, "I'm here on behalf of Hogwarts and the Albion League because you haven't been answering your invitation to Hogwarts and the fact that the League found the email sent by this school with your finished licensing exams,"

Before Aria could say anything Aunt Petunia sputters, "License Exams? When…we said we didn't want her taking any classes about those freakish beasts," she turns her gaze to Headmistress Polkiss who opens her mouth to argue when Aria scoffs.

"I self study," Aria rolls her eyes at the angry look her relatives gave her, "You really think I want to stay here another six years when I have the chance to get out of this place early?"

"After everything we've done for you? We raised you since you were a baby, putting up with your abnormal freakish self. I never wanted you in my home but for Petunia I put up with it in hopes we could make you normal. But here we are learning that you're throwing all of that away to be with some freakish animals?" Aria turns to her uncle whose face was now turning purple in rage, "The food off our table? The clothes you are wearing, because I'll tell you this girl, if you leave you are never welcome back,"

"Vernon," Aunt Petunia hisses fearfully, her blue eyes looking at Professor McGonagall fearfully, "But he is right, Aria," blinking at the actual use of her name she turns to her Aunt who was sneering, "The world out there…its is what got your mother, my sister killed. She passed those dread exams and got a high enough score for the Sponsor License and she decided to go to that school along with that boy. Coming home with those beasts and acting as if the world is her oyster and she could do whatever she wants without real hard work," Aunt Petunia shakes her head in disgust. Aria sighs, staring at her with a deadpan look, she heard this many times, it was one of the reasons why she wanted to be a Trainer. Her Aunt and Uncle scorn those who dedicated their lives to Pokemon. .

Aria smiles at her, green eyes cold, "And if I do die then at least I die free and away from you. I won't be dying from starvation from the little food that Dudley doesn't scarf down. I won't be dying from the fools that ignored the bruises and the way you two scream at me in public. Degrading me, denying me a chance to be acknowledged. Saying that I'm unworthy and worthless, that I will end up like my parents? Good then," she ignores the way her Aunt Petunia flinched, taking a deep breath as she looks to Professor McGonagall, "So where do I sign up?"

Aria clutches onto her small bag of meager belongings, ignoring how her arm throbbed in pain. Her Uncle Vernon had taken displeasure of her choice and had grabbed her arm tightly, telling her that she was not going anywhere and that she should be grateful that she was even getting a chance to go to Stonewall.

Professor McGonagall luckily pulled him off, before angrily telling him that the League will be sending Aurors to them to figure everything out and that as of right now their Guardianship over Aria was voided. She then took Aria back to the Dursleys to grab her belongings, nose flaring when saw the young Potter not going up the stairs but to the small cupboard underneath.

Looking at the Professor, she quietly follows her onto the train, trying to hide her awe. This was the first time she had ever been on a train let alone even step foot in Whinging Station. She sits down in the leather seat, marveling on how soft it felt before she turns her gaze to Professor McGonagall who gives a slight cough. "Well, you must have a lot of questions?"

Aria nods her head, "Yes… why does the League want me to go to Hogwarts? I know that my exam results wouldn't be high enough for the Sponsor License,"

Professor McGonagall sighs, "Miss. Potter… What do you know about your father?"

Aria narrows her eyes at this as the train shakes a bit before it begins to move down the track. She shrugs her shoulders, "All Aunt Petunia would say about him is that he's one of the reasons that mum died…"

Professor McGonagall sighs, closing her eyes, "Miss Potter…your father, and his father before him..all Potters since the founding of the Albion League have been the final Gym Leaders of the Gym Challenge,"

Aria's eyes widen, staring at her in shock, before she dryly gulps, "W-what?"

The Potters of Penwimble have been Gym Leaders since the dawn of the Albion League," Professor McGongall explained with a small smile, "Master of Ghost types they were, which was no wonder that your father was a prankster haven been raised beside them," Aria watches as the Professor pulls out a green with a tartan design phone out of her pocket. Flicking her finger against the screen she turns it, allowing Aria to see the picture.

Standing before a willow tree was a man with messy black curls styled in a crew cut, a large grin on his face which was half hidden behind a white skull like mask. He was wearing a long purple jacket that ended at his knees with a red collared sweater and black jeans. Floating next to him was a Pokemon that resembled a cyclops from one of her books. It was mostly black with its head being a light gray with a single red and yellow eye. On the front of its torso were two almond-shaped markings resembling eyes and underneath it was a yellow marking resembling a mouth.

"His ace," Professor McGonagall smiles, "A Dusknoir named Hypnos. They were both menaces off and on the field. James was like every other Potter who was heir to the Gym, gaining a whole team of Ghost Pokemon…it took him a while to really grow serious in his role but he did…he would have been a great Leader if he," Aria looks up seeing the Professor's eyes being slightly red.

Professor McGonagall sighs, "Forgive me Miss Potter, I didn't expect that I would have to explain this to you," to Aria's surprise a napkin floated over to her and she jumps seeing a pale gray feline Pokemon sitting on the table, suddenly appearing out of thin air. Aria couldn't help but stare at them with awe in her eyes, while having read about Pokemon she had never seen them before.

Professor McGonagall smiles, thanking Espurr as she takes the napkin and dabs at her eyes, "Before you were born, Galar has been in a civil war for ten years. A group of people calling themselves Team Ouroboros. They were a collection of people who all thought that people who didn't come from established trainer families had no right to hold a Pokeball, let alone own one. Rubbish all of it, most of them were just people who wanted an excuse for their cruelty, people who wanted a leader who could show them more forms of cruelty. While others joined for the ideals of 'purification' and shared glory," she sighs, softly petting Espurr who purrs, "It was dark times Miss. Potter, very dark times. You couldn't trust strangers, couldn't get friendly with them since you wouldn't know if they were a Team Ouroboros Grunt…the Leader was slowly taking over…"

"Who was this leader?" Aria asks but blinks as Professor McGonagall shivers.

"I'm sorry Miss. Potter… It is very strange for someone to ask who the leader was…everyone in the world knows who he is and even though he is gone, people are still scared. We called him, You-Know-Who..but to his followers…he was known as…Voldemort," Espurr hisses at the name, her purple eyes glowing as Professor McGonagall trembles, This man…no this monster was the Leader of Team Ouroboros and was taking over..by the time you were born the only safe place left was Hogwarts..even by th the Albion League was speculated to have been taken over by him.. The only hope the Region had was the Order of Ho-Oh, which your parents were a part of and was one of the few people who defied You-Know-Who themselves. Three times in fact."

Professor McGonagall sighs, running her fingers through Espurr's fur, "That defiance was what many think was the cause of You-Know-Who's obsession with killing them. At least one of them," Professor McGongall smiles, "Many think its because your parents even though young were strong, smart and so much in love…they just had a baby girl who was destined to be the new future of House Potter…your mother was a prodigy in Pokemon showing that everything Team Ouroboros cry out was wrong..but whatever the reason, You-Know-Who began to target them. Even more so than before, in fear for your life they went into hiding, in one of the safe houses that the Potters had that no one but a few knew about," Professor McGonagall then closes her eyes, "Unfortunately one of the few people turned out to be a traitor…on Hallows' Night, ten years ago…your father tried to stop him from what little we know..but You-Know-Who's Bane was too strong…he then went after you and your mother…Lily…she stood against them, standing in front of you to protect you…commanding her Pokemon to fight the Banes..and she won," Aria eyes widen as Professor McGonagall smirks, "Your mother won Aria..even though it costed her life and her teams…she won, protecting you and bringing him down,"

She gently takes her phone out of Aria's hand and once again flicking her finger across the screen changes the picture before showing it to her. Aria stares with wide eyes as the young woman who was sitting on the stairs, her long red hair falling to her mid back and familiar green eyes shining in happiness. She was wearing a leather black sleeveless vest with a white tank top with long red fingerless gloves with blue jeans. Sitting next to her was a bipedal fox Pokemon covered in a coat of long fur resembling a cloak and was holding a stick with its tip set alight.

"With You-Know-Who gone and you surviving with only the scar on your face," Aria's hand went to the scar in question, figuring the black mark that marred her face. It began at the left side of her forehead, at the hairline which she covers with her bangs. It curved downwards almost like a crescent moon before branching off like it was lightning, three of them going across her eye before ending at her cheek. "It brought hope to the Region, it brought a wave of chaos to Team Ouroboros. Who without their leader was soon taken down without mercy…at least some of them,"

Aria looks at her in confusion, seeing anger on her face, and guilt, "While many were captured and imprisoned, some were released after giving away information while many others claimed that they were threaten with their lives and families..and giving some money also help," she sighs, "But the war is over. And it was thanks to your parents," Professor McGonagall smiles, "That is why to the people of Galar they are known as the Saviors and you as the only survivor is known as the Girl-Who-Lived,"

Aria was silent, staring at her knees, "I hated them. All my life I hated them, blaming them for dying and leaving me with Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon. All everyone in Surrey would say was that they were drunks and got killed by a wild Pokemon. I knew mum was a trainer…so I thought she did something stupid," she looks up tears streaming down her eyes, "I've been cursing them all this time, and they died..and…and they died trying to protect me," her voice cracks, her throat hurting and she broke down into a sob.

She felt arms wrapped around her and felt a purr rumbling against her stomach. Aria cries out as Professor McGonagall just holds her. Allowing the girl who finally learn the truth rom the years of lies. To mourn for the lost of her parents, knowing that the titles mean nothing to the young girl who lost her family.

"But hopefully not her childhood,"

So if you read the last version then you know who the demon beings in While I will not have gods and goddess beside the Legendaries I will have them. Because I want to do something different. Anyway I hope you all enjoy Aria who is very much a Slytherin here.
