My New World
When I lost you
I lost a lot
But I have gained much more
I have a new family
I have a new grasp on life
I am whole again
I have two loving fathers
And a loving girlfriend
They have filled that void in my heart
I have found a new treasure
I am no longer lost in this world
I am no longer cold
I am out of the darkness
I have found new light
Once again I feel safe and warm
I am free from my despair
I have finally moved on
I will always miss you dad
But I will no longer morn your death
I now see that you never left
You will always be with me
So long as I remember
All the memories
You will be in my heart forever
