My Racingstar Chapter Ten

Past 05:00 now and within the deep dark unusable sections of the lower parts of the PizzaPlex, was the sewer system that housed things most would not want to know of. Forgotten things. Childish things. Horrible memories. Unknown to some despite this, there were ways to access it from the upper sections of the family friendly building. However, in a certain part of it an almost silo like section, next to a U-shaped half-pace staircase that opened out into a small area on a slightly broken platform in parts lay a table with five chairs stacked around it.

On these five chairs, sat five peculiar looking S.T.A.F.F. Bots. These bots were dressed in a very distinct manner, seemingly human like in resemblance, all sitting around the table akin to a family, with a single lit candle in the middle.

With this eerie sight it looked like only a select few had used this particular setting and at this very moment, it was as quiet as a nightly graveyard, when then, like it had always been the norm, there was a voice emanating from a familiar source at the table

"Hello Darling... Kids... It's been a while... I can't... stay here for too long... I… wanted to see you all again... I don't know why... I just..." There was a moment of peace as the voice looked around. "It was like this when we all had dinner together... You were upset that I left the job and the kids... tried to block out our arguing, that had become our habit... But then... you left... You left me... I didn't believe it would happen. I thought we were inseparable... and we were... until... until… I... I wish you were here... I…" There was a heavy release of breath, "...What's become of us...?" The voice almost quivered at the end but controlled itself. "I don't know if I'll be back... I just... wanted to see you all... One last time..." There was then silence, as the bot talking fell limp, though right after, one bot in particular with its head seemingly removed, slightly twitched its fingers and then, just as if it were always the same, the five bots were alone and motionless forevermore.

"I just remembered something..." Freddy muttered as the company of five were still in their slow descent into goodness knows where.

"What?" Roxy dared to ask.

"A day or two ago, I remembered that some sort of work team had found a disturbance in a basement level of the facility. They kept it very private on what it was... It's been only a day and I remember seeing them walking towards your Raceway... I don't remember seeing them again after that..."

"And they haven't come back yet..." Monty murmured.

But with Gregory, it felt like he had heard that strange voice again as the elevator went down but he didn't know if his head was now just trying to play tricks on him since he'd been hearing it so much now. It was like a beating drum in his head. He hated that the elevator was giving him this sinking feeling.

A close sense of foreboding had taken over the air and the Glamrocks and Gregory had a close dread wash over them, as the doors opened and they took in the dark and dank area they now found themselves in.

"What in the name of…" Freddy didn't even finish his sentence as he was stunned as were the others into silence. This was unreal to them.

It was a darkened compressed cavern like area with similar looking rubble and metal appliances that they'd seen before they'd entered the elevator. However, as they closely paced onwards, they then came upon their left, a giant Freddy like mascot head and bow tie lodged into a small crevasse. An eye was missing from it and on it's left, was a scaffolding aluminium structure also embedded, crossed with wires in places in its area with a light station illuminating the whole spectacle.

Daring to move forward, they saw to their right and left, metal pipes and more of the broken metal towers decorated around the dank tunnel, with some sort of light decorations attached to wires above them that twisted and turned and led through the liner path.

Quickly noticing some familiar generators that he'd before around the PizzaPlex by shining his flash light on them, Gregory inspected the instruments, not stopped by the Glamrocks who were still taking in the whole area and also seeming to start rubbing their heads in slight discomfort.

Seeing a switch on the generator, the youth flipped it and with a hum from it's hull, the section he stood in, was now enveloped in more light and quickly seeing more of the same contraptions he swiftly turned those on too with help from the Glamrocks who had to bash a few to work once they saw they weren't dangerous briefly with the occasional flicker of sparks that dissipated from them.

There didn't seem to be an end in sight at first and as they ventured onwards, they saw a few poles sticking down from above that had holding chain clamps that would appear to have previously held something in place. Whatever was attached, now was gone.

But then, when they thought their journey was to be in perpetuity all five stopped and gazed upon where all the pipes and wires led to: A giant entrance shrouded in white hazed mist, that held a colourful sign above with meshed, warm red colours illuminated on all their shocked and unnerved faces.

"Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place…" Muttered Gregory, as he read the dirty worn title.

At last, they had came upon the abandoned and run-down Pizzeria. Echoing an original long forgotten restaurant.

"This is it…" Muttered Roxy, who had now found her voice after being silent with the others for so long.

"It doesn't look so abandoned with all this stuff out here. You'd think there'd be something guarding this place with how hidden it is." Monty remarked. Getting over his fear in the process, though still struggling with it.

"Did you guys feel it?" Freddy addressed his friends suddenly, who at first didn't know how to react but then their expressions turned to reason and they nodded back.

"It's still too clouded… I can't break through this vail…" Chica stammered.

"I remember… I hear what some guests have said about me… about us… Bad things happened in the past… With older models of us or counterparts…" Freddy's head fell in sadness but it rose when he got a comforting shoulder tap from Monty and Roxy walked over to him in understanding.

"Freddy, those were older models, those were not us man. They were flawed but… I'm sure they also had good intentions… maybe they just got lost along the way." The last part of the silver wolf's sentence went quieter, while Freddy went down to one knee and his expression was one of reluctance to the small boy before him.

"Gregory. You know we would never hurt anyone right…?" He asked earnestly.

The small child nodded back almost instantly. "No, Freddy, you wouldn't. You guys were forced to do things against what you wanted. I'm sorry this place has made you remember bad things." Gregory said sadly but luckily, Freddy felt better and stood up as Roxy addressed the youth.

"It's alright Greg. This is all just some twisted game here. She's probably inside waiting for us…" With that said, she looked at the others and they all nodded to each other and began what seemed like the long walk inside the broken and eerie complex. However, Roxanne's fear was starting to come more to the service with every step.

The entrance doors were double, painted red with brick layering on the outer structure, with an opened circuit breaker on the right which seemed to be crudely attached to all the wires and circuits powering the place they stood on the edge at. Gregory made sure to turn on the other generator to power the light around as they walked further in.

Coming now upon the entrance section, the Glamrocks slowly grabbed their faces once more, shaking them trying to get back moments they had forgotten. Flickering lights, ruined and manky walls and jumbled messes lay all around the walls and across the dirty chequered floor which flashed Gregory back to the game he had played an hour before.

The next entrance to the main room had glassed windows smashed with two prop pizzas proportioned on either side pointing slightly downwards. The youth quickly turned on the next generator placed on the left in the section as they were now in the party room.

It was a wide-open space, with a show stage to the left and red curtains ruined and left to hang, with pushed over tables and a few chairs that seemed untouched in places but still had withered seats. Darkness and shadows welcomed corners and parts of the dimly lit room even after the youth had turned on the generator in the area which also brought a curious and creepy sight on the left and in front.

A recharge station clung to the walls of the withered building along with red barricades set up in around a sort of hole in the ground a bit more aways. A pulley like contraption was held in place above it. Someone had been busy.

Gregory wanted to ask what this all meant but the Glamrocks were still silent. Admonished. However, Freddy's eyes then widened and fell in an instance. He had remembered.

"I know what this is... She brought me here before... Brought us..." As the Glamrock bear spoke, the other animatronics expressions looked traumatised of the memories.

"Bonnie... Bonnie was here too..." Monty muttered...

"This place... triggered something..." Chica clutched her head at the images in her head. She saw herself and the others… tearing through rubble…?

"We found ourselves for the first time even more…"

"Our sentience kicked in fully when we cleared the path…" Continued Monty.

"We… did not want to but we had no choice…," said Chica.

"Now, we have a choice. My friends are here. Not angry, not confused. We can protect you. WE ARE NOT US…" Freddy finished seriously.

With Roxy however, she could feel something in this place. A sleepless malice filled the room… concentrated nearby… Whatever this was she did not want to find out. She didn't want to be here anymore. Walking back a few paces, she turned to Gregory and quickly grabbed his hand while walking out the way they came in.

"Roxy, what's wrong?" The young man was perplexed at this sudden change in the Glamrock wolf.

"No. I don't like this. Not one bit. This is a trap we gotta get outta here and back to the elevator now!"

"But Roxy, this might be our only chance to find out what's going on!" Freddy's words stopped her but he was surprised when the silver wolf turned round in anger.

"I'm not letting Gregory get into anymore danger! This is big guys. Bigger than us. I don't think we can stop it... Our only chance is to get out safely." She stammered.

"I don't believe this. You Ms. Tough talk are gonna bail like that-"

"I'm not that brave Chi! Big surprise, I ain't made of stone! Been able to put it up 'till this point but I'm scared and I'm glad I can admit that now. I just... don't want to see anyone else get hurt after what's happened tonight..."

With regret for what she said Chica approached her friend and put her hand to her arm. "Roxy..." She said in an apologising tone. "I know how you feel. I'm scared too but we're strong when we stick together and Greg? He's no slouch either. Look at what he's done for us in these last few hours. You said it yourself remember?"

With those words Roxy's eyes shifted as she glanced at Gregory who nodded to her in reassurance. The silver wolf sighed as her thoughts calmed some. "I… I… Sorry guys... I went a bit crazy for a second. I didn't have any hope for a second there but I should have known better. We've made it this far and we've come through this together and we haven't fallen off yet… Let's finish this. Then get back to the elevator." She joked at the end which was met with all smiles.

"You're... not goin-gg anywhere... L-Least of all... to the elevaaaator..." A glitching voice suddenly spoke from the shadows.

The Glamrocks and Gregory looked all around but Roxy in particular was wide eyed from shock.

That voice… it was familiar…

"Penny… for your… thoughts Roxy…?" It spoke again and the silver wolf aghast.

"It can't be…" She uttered.

Slowly, the voice stepped out from the right side of the stage, as the Glamrocks formed a line in front of Gregory to keep him safe. "Stay behind us little guy. We've got this." Monty growled.

It was now in full view and the others joined Roxy in the shock of what they were looking at. It wasn't possible…

"Recogggnise… some-one yo..u kn..ow?" The metal skeletal robot stuttered and seemed to be chuckling through its glitched modulated voice.

"Roxy... it's you..." Chica uttered.

"My endo...?" Roxy said in an utterly struck tone.

"Right on the money... S-Sweetie..." A lighter twitching voice backed up from the left of the room and joined its ally in the light.

"Chica too?" Monty gasped.

"Not just her..."

"We're here too..." Two masculine filtered voices stepped out from the shadows.

"Freddy and Monty too?!" Roxy cried.

"Our endos..." Said Freddy who was surprised they were all talking independently from their main bodies.

"Not… q..uite b..ut get…ting there." The Roxy endo remarked as it stepped out of the blackness of the corners even more, followed by its fellow skeletal bots but soon it became apparent that they were not the only ones in the PizzaPlace.

"So... Roxy." Freddy gave a half-hearted glance at Glamrock wolf. "I guess we know where all the endos disappeared to..."

The entire back section of the party area was lined with Glamrock endos of all four of the titular mascots.

"Welcome… to… the… partyyy..." The Freddy endo who stepped out of the middle of the mass stated but then turned its eyes to someone in particular. "Leave Gregory." The boy in question shuddered at the fact the thing knew his name as did the Galmrocks who looked on in perplexity. "He's… prepared… a sp..ecial ha..pp..y fu..n tim..e ju..st fo..r -h-him." The endo finished and then turned its piercing glazed red eyes back at its counterpart. "Let's... star-rt handing ou..t pre..se..nts." Saying that the endos charged at the Glamrocks.

Barley having time to react but getting her bearings, Roxy's taken aback expression then formed into a small toothy smile, turning to a certain green gator.

"Monty." Roxy gave him a small grin. "Go crazy, man."

Monty's head went down after hearing that and he turned but when he looked back up there was a smirk plastered right on his face. "Rock. And. Roll!" He bellowed and he charged the middle of the robots and left a mess of rampage in his wake.

The other endos quickly dissipated to either side of the room from the fear of the green gator.

Noticing they'd bought a little time, Roxy quickly turned to Freddy and Chica. "Fred, Chi! You too! We need to keep them off Gregory!" The endos had now ran to attack the Glamrock gator. The big brawl had begun.

"Oh, dear. I'm not really used to violence but I'll try my best…" Freddy stated reluctantly and rushed into the tussle to join Monty.

The Glamrock chicken was also hesitant to join but Roxy quickly snapped her out of her trance. "Chi, they're not us. The white chump's just playing tricks on us. Trust me."

Chica's expression shifted but she slowly grinned. "I always wanted to try this HOLD YOUR EARS EVERBODY!" She squawked which the others did in quick succession and right after, she turned face forward and let out a bellowing scream which reverberated across the whole room, sending the endos packing to the other side as they crashed into the show stage, walls and a few even smacked right into the bathrooms. They would soon recover however.

"Atta girl." Roxy looked on proud as her best friend charged in to help her other two band mates and the silver wolf herself, quickly rushed over and knelt down at Gregory's side. "Greg, you just stay out of sight and keep still. You've helped us. Now it's time we helped you!" Saying that, the silver wolf leapt into the fight, punching her way through big hordes of endos that kept coming from the back areas.

The young man meanwhile, quickly hid beside the purple and orange generator but his curiosity was still aiming at the hole in the floor.

In the massive tussle that was going on, Roxy and Chica had been pushed to back-to-back, fighting off their own endos respectively.

"Guess we know what happened to the endos..." Said Roxy.

"What happens now that we've found the endos?" Chica dared to ask.

"The Glamrocks get torn to shreds!" A Roxy endo snarled and got into a crouched position before the inevitable strike attack. At the last second both Glamrocks ducked and the Roxanne endo went wide eyed crashing into the Chica endo as their live counterparts high fived while facing new opponents.

Shoulder tackling a Monty who tried to outmatch him in strength Freddy matched blows from another one of his endos while shoving another over a worn table. "How are you able to do this?! Let alone talk!" He asked while blocking a punch.

"You're… one to talk…!" The Freddy endo bit back but he had his daylights kicked out of him by a nearby Chica, who had quickly come to her friend's aid.

"Thanks Chica!" Freddy nodded.

"Don't mention it chief!" Chica said back but quickly resumed her attention to her own attackers.

"Chi! I have an idea! It's a long shot but there's some worn guitars in the corner of the stage there!" Monty shouted while picking up and chucking an endo at a group of them.

"Yeah?!" Chica said back while tripping another up and avoiding being violently tackled by a Roxy endo.

Monty motioned to one of the dirty amp speakers. "Plug in and go ham on the fuzz!"

"How do we know they work?!"

"We don't!"

A split second after those words were said, Chica's face lit up like stars in the night sky with a wide grin taking over her previous curious features and with a spring she sucker punched her endo in the mouth and quickly ran over to the stage while Monty covered her.

Quickly finding the nearby plug wires, she connected them to the withered electric and her expression turned to wonder when she heard noise emanating from the speakers. Noticing the overdrive, she smirked even more.

Spoke up Chica and got her bandmates to address her along with the endos. "It's rumble or wreck time." Saying that, the room was suddenly blaring with loud chords being shredded out from the Glamrock chicken's music fingers.

Endos either went flying from the loud chords or fell to their knees in pain, while the good counterparts covered their ears, while doing what they good to give a helping hand or kick more accurately. One such endo flew in Gregory's direction who ducked, as it smacked off the charge station behind him. He was quickly given a "Sorry Greg Greg!" From the Glamrock chicken which he returned with a thumbs up.

The amp being old however, suddenly showed its age, as the circuit inside overloaded and blew out. The Glamrock chicken though disappointed, didn't let it deter her and she picked up the small contraptions and threw them at a few endos who crashed onto the floor on the impact from it.

"Here!" Chica then threw the guitar to Monty and he quickly knew what to do. Smashing the piece on all who would dare approach him.

With the situation now fairing a bit better in the Glamrocks favour, Gregory quickly ducked again, as another endo was sent hurling through the worn wall behind him.

This sudden shift in positioning however, made aware to Gregory once more the hole located a bit aways from where he was. His curiosity was still peaked for wherever it led to.

But wait... That feeling... The haze... It felt so strong... So strong it felt like a stinging feeling in his head... What was below this ruined building.

With what would seem as fortune or unfortunate, Gregory got his wish as another endo was sent flying into his direction which made him roll out of the way but down and through the wide hole in the floor.

"Gregory!" Roxy saw what had transpired and quickly headbutting an Endo over a broken table rushed to the youth's aide and was relieved to find him unharmed a few ft. down. "You alright Greg?"

"Yeah, I'm alright." Dusting himself off, Gregory's expression quickly changed. "Roxy, you and the others keep these guys busy. I'm going to have a look at what's down here."

"Not by yourself you're not! I'm not letting you be alone again!"

"No, this is perfect. Whoever this is, you've drawn their attention with what's happening here. Which means I can finally find out what's happening."

"It's too dangerous... Gregory... I don't want you to leave us again... Leave... me again..." The silver wolf admitted.

"Please, trust me, Roxy. I'll be okay. With everything I've gone through tonight you should know I'm not easy to catch."

"You got that right..." She muttered. "Okay... just be careful and come right back up if there's anything dangerous, okay?"

Gregory gave a small salute and began his way downwards.

"Be safe." Quickly as she muttered that, Roxy's attention was drawn.

"Hey, Rox...! We interrupting?!" Shouted Chica who was laying on the table stopping an endo Monty from trying to bite her beak right off, who's attention was also aimed at Roxy in mild curiosity but quickly returned to its original objective, Freddy was also right next to her, trying to escape a bear hug from his own endo.

"Sorry Chi, be there in a jiffy!" Roxy was a wolf of her word, for in seconds she leapt and tackled the endo right to the ground without a sweat which also knocked the one holding Freddy and the Glamrock bear himself to the floor, who quickly recovered.

"What happened to Gregor!" Asked Monty who tail sweeped a Chica endo onto the floor and gently punched her lights out while quickly getting engaged with two others.

"He's getting answers. He'll be okay." But in saying that, Roxy was regretting those words already...

"They just keep coming!" Chica shouted noticing that some kept getting back up and others were coming from the stage and doors still.

"Keep going guys, their numbers are dwindling!" Freddy declared.

"We are legion!" Replied a creepy worn Freddy endo who charged his good version.

"And we're best friends!" Retorted the Glamrock bear, punching his broken counterpart right in the jaw.

"What... bear... says... dwindling..." Was the last words it spoke before a sound singled it powered down and the Glamrocks got to work on the rest.

In that moment, figures that had been biding their time, watched on at the brawl slowing down but then turned their attention to the place below the surface.

Platforms of wood and metal and props decorated the journey downwards for the youth, as Gregory carefully took his time working out where to place his foot and not fall through. The way down seemed awkward enough and any wrong step would most likely be his last.

As he past down a step ladder, the young man could feel his breath getting thin and his body getting heavier… What was this…

Feeling this, he saw that he had to make a small jump down onto a metal railing platform and carefully dangled his legs down and pushed off, he stumbled a tiny bit after landing but steadied himself.

Catching his breath and bearings he looked around at this new wide space. Wooden stacks and crates and metal barrel cannisters were laid all around but as he inspected it more, the boy felt eyes on him. There was something watching his every move but it wasn't coming out. Was that… breathing he could here…?

Gregory quickly moved from his spot and twisted back and forth, seeing if he could find out whatever it was that was hiding. He thought he saw a flash of some sort of white Freddy head in the shadows and red glaring eyes as he shifted his weight onto something.

That proved to be a fatal mistake unfortunately, with one wrong step, Gregory's feet touched something wooden that was hollow and unstable and after a creak or two, he felt himself falling through the floor. He let out a yelp which sadly could not be heard due to being so far down.

What broke his fall to his surprise, was a white mattress that was super comfy too. That was convenient. Quickly Gregory, looked around for any trace of the thing up above but nothing came. That was a relief. He escaped it for now.

Looking up at where he fell, Gregory felt a bit more uneasy that he had potentially trapped himself. "Roxy's gonna kill me for that..." He muttered. But this couldn't be the only way down. There had to be another way into this place.

Thank goodness his fall hadn't woken up that Freddy... thing or whatever it was.

Looking behind him however, his expression turned to horror when he saw the same initials and graffiti just like in a certain white rabbit's lair with an arcade game in the corner.

Vanny was here... Somewhere... Gregory now felt dread overcome completely but... he wouldn't let the woman get the drop in on him this time. This time he would get her.

Adjusting his position and walking forward, Gregory took in the even wider and unsettling nature of his new surroundings.

The place was the same as above, wrecked, ruined, damp, sloshy slushy and downright disgusting. At this point, he even wished he was in Vanny's lair.

There were two doors far to the side of each other with a vent in the upper left middle with tables on each side of the door and vent and a computer to match at the side of it, also with Freddy silhouetted touch buttons which matched the icons on the touch pad of Vanny's before.

Thick wires had fallen down from the broken, cracked ceiling that also held rippled tubes poking out at the top but knowing how big this entire place was including what was down here Gregory didn't know where those fit into all this.

Once more on the left and right corners there were recharge stations too. What were they doing down here? What did this mean? This couldn't be for Vanny, she was human… at least she appeared to be but… was she keeping something down here… or someone?

Gathering his courage Gregory walked to the right sight of the room and looked down the long and murky corridor. "You've made it this far Gregory… You can do this…" Giving a heavy breath, the youth put one foot in front of the other and began his way to whatever lay in this horrible place.

"[You are getting closer...]" What the?! The voice!

"(…Closer...? I don't understand… Who-What are you?)" Gregory tried to reply.

"[Do not fear it... Soon...]" The voice once again left his mind.

The voice... Was this it... Is this where it was...?

What was down here... Who was down here...?

This place had rotted for a long time and Gregory saw it everywhere.

Now making out of the right hallway, he could see room upon room upon room, connected through with much shorter corridors. Was this place a maze of some kind? But hold on… there was a humming. He thought he heard it when in the main room and in the hallway where he just came but thought it was his imagination.

It sounded deeper into the area than where he was. Gregory was almost tempted to go back. He had never felt this scared before in his life. This place felt like a living being... But gathering his wits once more he ventured onwards.

Was that a burning smell he was getting now…? He could see a sort of mist coming from one of the corridors but he couldn't make out what colour. The green pus of the rooms was making him feel sick.

Creeping into the rooms as the smell got stronger and the humming louder, Gregory found his destination.

There was this now coloured purple mist like substance, floating around a darkened recharge station, not progressing into any other rooms that were near it. It just stayed… but Gregory's heart stopped with what he saw as he grew closer to it.

He saw a silhouette of… something… inside and he couldn't even stop walking towards it.

That must have triggered something, for in seconds, he heard a sound of something powering down and a clicking noise of some sort which he followed the sound upwards but he screamed when he heard a loud bang of something hitting the generator in front of him.

And then… the pod opened… A metal hand of something clasped around the edge of the pod door.

Something sounded hollow… it was breathing… or at least something was trying to breathe.

"At last…" The pod opened even more and the metal claw began gripping even harder at the door to push it off, searing sounds of the spiked fingers tearing into the metal fabric almost bending them from the strength of the hand and so the station opened but not before letting the compressed air out. Gregory tried to walk back but his body, it was like he was frozen. He couldn't move.

The thing fully stepped out of the generator and began to take a long breath. Gregory was surprised he didn't throw up from either the look or the smell of whatever this was in front of him. It was seriously cringe inducing to look at and not in the normal way…

It looked like a very dead costumed olive bunny mixed in with animatronic parts. There was decomposed rotting flesh and metal parts almost hanging off the corpse especially at its left ear which seemed to be wires but the scariest thing of all, was the face attached to the ears of it. The bunny mask was ripped at the mouth to reveal a horrible meat, tendered lower face, with a wide mouth showing rotted teeth and the small purple dotted eyes above almost looked to break through the mask's sockets which now turned to look at Gregory, who shuddered.

So, this is what a feeling of being totally and utterly petrified felt like…

"I see I have company." The voice was very deep and gravelly with a hint of metal behind it… but it… almost… sounded... posh…?

"You must be Gregory."
