In the year 2030, 52-year old Ted moved around the house, picking up, putting away books, jackets and athletic equipment. Ted looked up at the big hallway clock, soon his guest would arrive. Ted glanced around, quickly congratulating himself at being able to straighten up the obvious chaos of a kid filled house. Ted's old friend, Robin, was invited for dinner. This was a major event because Robin was not in town that often so when she came to spend time with him and his two kids, Luke and Penny, meant fun, laughter, and just a little bit of joy. His thoughts were interrupted by the doorbell, the outline of a figure carrying shopping bags and an oversized stuffed bear filled the doorway.

It was like a thunderbolt, from the quiet of an afternoon family home where the kids were out at activities, to total chaos and noise. Video game noise came from the den, hot pots emptied of food sat empty steaming in the sink, and Robin moving towards the the table to have a seat with a can of seltzer in her hand,

"Kids have a seat!",shouted Ted.

Without a word, Luke and Penny, "the kids", looked at each other, shrugged, and walked from the den and sat next to and across from Robin

"So, are we going to be listening to another story?",asked Robin with a smirk on her face.

"Yes, are you going to talk more about Mom?", asked Luke.

Ted responded with a laugh,

"Well, what are we actually talking about then?",asked Robin.

Ted looked over at her,

"Robin, do you remember Dunder Mifflin?",asked Ted.

He opened the broccoli bowl and passed it to Penny. Penny helped herself and passed it to Robin.

"Whats Dunder Mifflin?", asked Penny.

Everyone looked expectantly at Ted. Then, looked up to see that Robin was laughing hysterically,

"Aunt Robin, what's so funny?",asked Penny.

"Oh Penny.. it was a...wild journey back then...",smiled Robin.

"What happened?, asked Luke.

"Well, you'll find out after I'll tell you this story.", said Ted.

Penny, Luke and Robin all stopped talking and turned their heads towards Ted,

"Kids, let me tell you the story of how me and your Aunt Robin were involved with Dunder Mifflin...", began Ted.
