Hiccup and Snotlout were working through purgatory with the newest companion Luna so that they could face the Demon King.

"I never would have guessed that the door to the world that my beloved was sent off to was at the Demon King's feet this entire time," said Luna.

"So Luna, don't suppose you know how long the Demon King's been here?" Snotlout asked.

"Not exactly, but he's been acting as he pleases for a long time, even before I was born," she said.

"Well, he was sealed 3,000 years ago in the present world time, so it was much longer here," said Hiccup.

"When I was searching for Toothless, I also challenged the Demon King countless times, but I was continuously defeated. The current standing is 120,118 to 0."

"Man, you're stubborn as hell," Snotlout noted.

"I will never give up, especially knowing that laying eyes upon my beloved is just around the corner."

"I can see why your, Toothless' girlfriend," Hiccup smiled.

"So, Hiccup, how did you and Meliodas meet?" Snotlout asked curiously.

"Oh, it was way before the First Holy War; back then, there were numerous clashes between the Angel and Demon Clans raging across the land. Naturally, the other races were caught in the middle wasn't so bad for the fairies and giants, but tumours were far more numerous and far weaker. My people, the Dragonborn, did what we could to protect them, but we could be everywhere at once, and our numbers were dwindling.

It was then, during the heat of battle, that both Angel Ruby and Meliodas met on the battlefield. It was love at first sight with those two, and they brought out the best of one another. I saw this as a chance to end the conflict, the union between the doors of the Supreme Deity and the son of the Demon King, so I did everything in my power to foster that light of hope. Sadly their parents didn't see it that way, and you know what happened to us."

"At least you were doing something more than I can save anyone else," said Snotlout.

"To be honest, I don't know who had it worse during the Holy War; it was rough on both sides. Though probably even rougher for Meliodas' younger brother, Zeldris."

"He doesn't seem the type to be bothered by things like emotion."

"He has hardened his heart for good reason, but Estarossa is quite the opposite."

"Estarossa?" Snotlout stared. "You mean that bastard that killed you!"

"Yeah, he's the second born."

"I'm shocked; you don't expect him to be anyone's younger brother."

"Meliodas was once known as the next Demon King candidate, and he led the Ten Commandments, but he told me how much he hated it. It was just too much for him to handle, and he always believed the quarrel with the Angel Clan was stupid, but he continued fighting them as the leader of the Demon Clan.

Zeldris, on the other hand, both feared and idolised him at the same time. He has always been serious and straightforward, and he continued to fight for the Demon Clan. To be honest, I never understood why he worked so desperately hard.

That all changed once Meliodas and Ruby met; he finally understood the joys of one's loved ones and the desire to protect them. You see, Meliodas wasn't the only one with a secret forbidden love."

3,000 years ago, Zeldris had snuck away into a vast forest and made sure that he wasn't followed.

"Zel," said a calm, gentle voice.

"Gelda," said Zeldris turning towards a beautiful vampire with long golden-blonde hair, which matched her bright yellow dress that was tied into a long ponytail.

"Come here," she said, calling Zeldris into a hug.

"What's gotten into you all of a sudden?" Zeldris asked.

"Shh," she said, placing a finger over his lips. She looked overhead and saw a few demons flying over the forest. "It's dangerous. We'll be in big trouble with your father sees you here like this."

"You're being dramatic, Gelda."

"You don't understand anything at all, huh? You're the proud Prince of the Demon Clan, Zel, and I'm just a member of the Vampire Clan who lives and serves under them."

"That doesn't matter at all."

"Zel…"

"You don't have to worry; if anything were to happen, you can count on me to protect you," Zeldris promised.

"Thanks for that, though I would never ask that if you," she said, and Zeldris looked down at his feet. "Still, that is me so much joy."

They then embraced one another once again.

'While most of the Demon Clan was busy stirring up conflict with other Clans. Zeldris chose to fight off his own volition as a merciless coldhearted execution to protect his love. On the other hand, me, Ruby and Meliodas vowed to end this war, thereby betraying their respective Clans. I drastically underestimated the animosity between the two clans because of my foolish pride in being a peacekeeper. More than that, I also underestimated how much grief it would cause Zeldris.'

When Meliodas betrayed his clan and killed two of the Commandments, that left a massive power vacuum. Seizing this opportunity, the vampire king chose this moment to rise up against the Demon Clan. In the Demon, King had summoned Zeldris to stamp out this rebellion, but more than that, wipe the Vampire Clan from existence.

"The Vampire Clan, executed?" Zeldris gasped.

"That is correct," said the Demon King. "As you know, Meliodas' betrayal caused an immense amount of chaos. The Vampire King Izraf has taken advantage of this and has begun a rebellion. You are to execute his wrath along with every single vampire that follows him. You must act swiftly."

"Father, with all due respect, Izraf was the one who attempted the rebellion. Is it really necessary to execute those who weren't even involved? For a long time, our Demon Clan has been served by the Vampire Clan. If we do something this harsh now, that means will make it an enemy out of every vampire there is. On top of that, there are a precious asset to our fight against the Angel Clan. I beg you, please reconsider."

"Silence!" the Demon King roared, causing the entire room to shake. "Listen, Zeldris, it is imperative that we bring down the hammer of blood on rebellion in order to set a precedent for others. There is nothing else to consider; surely you understand that."

"Yes, Father," said Zeldris lowering his head.

With no other choice, he led his forces against the vampires killing every single one, even those that had surrendered. However, he had something special planned for five vampires, Gelda included."

"I sentence Vampire King Izraf, along with his entire clan, to be sealed away for treason against the Demon King!" Zeldris announced."Vampire King

Monspeet looked at him, confused. "But Zeldris, the Demon King's orders were for you to execute them all, weren't they?"

"Killing them would be far too lenient. They must know the weight of their betrayal and deserve to suffer with the regret for what they did."

Monspeet looked as if he wanted to argue but chose to hold his tongue.

"Good work transporting the criminals here. You can go now, Monspeet."

Monspeet gave him one last suspicious look before he vanished.

Zeldris looked at the five vampires before him, but his main focus was on Gelda. He then reluctantly drew his sword and hesitated to cast the seal spell.

"You mustn't blame yourself, you did nothing wrong, and I don't blame you," said Gelda. "And for now, I'm going to be sealed away in a deep sleep. Zeldris, I will always be dreaming about dates together."

"I promise I will come back for you," Zeldris vowed. "I have saved you, so please wait for me."

He then raised his sword and began casting the sealing spell. As they were slowly being sealed away, Zeldris looked at Gelda with tears in his eyes. Once the spell was complete, all that was left was a stone prison shaped like a diamond.

'Wait for me, Gelda.'

3,000 years later, the seal confining the Demon Clan was finally released in the Demon Clan was now free. Zeldris ordered the other Commandments to spread out, leaving him and Estarossa to remain at the ruined castle. He chose this opportunity to check out the vampire prison; once he got there, he found the seal broken.

'What happened here? Gelda, where could she be?'

He then made his way back outside, wondering what had happened to the vampires.

"Well, I'll be darned," said a voice. Zeldris turned and found an old man who was clearly a hunter standing. "It's rather unusual for me to run into fellow humans out here. You're not from anywhere around here, are ya? So, where did you come from?"

"Do you know what happened in the cave over there?" Zeldris asked, gesturing to the cave.

"Huh, if I recall correctly, about 12 years ago, the knights from Berk came and subjugated the vampires that came back to life."

"What happened to those vampires? Do they all end up dying?"

"Well, of course, they did; it was a real problem. All of Edinburg was in a real war because of them, and then the knights came. Let's see what they call themselves again? The Seven…"

Zeldris' eyes widened when he realised the Seven Deadly Sins were responsible for killing the vampires and, no doubt, Gelda as well.

Back in the present in Purgatory, Hiccup had just finished the tragic story of Zeldris.

"I can't even imagine the grief that me and Meliodas put him through. In my futile attempt to bring peace, I ended up causing him to lose the love of his life. Instead of everlasting peace, we had a never-ending war and the total genocide of the Vampire Clan. There is no way that he would resent Meliodas and me after that."

"Man, never thought I'd hear two tragic love stories in a row," said Snotlout.

"The Demon King certainly seems adept in tearing love ones apart," said Luna.

"Well, that's it," Hiccup sighed. "The story of the failed peacemaker that ended up ruining the love life of two demon princes."

"Hey, don't talk like that," said Snotlout.

"What about the other brother that you mentioned?" Luna asked.

Snotlout rolled his eyes. "Really?"

Hiccup chuckled. "I'm afraid I'll be a story for another time."

He then suddenly felt a sharp pain in his head.

"What's going on?" Snotlout asked, looking concerned.

Meanwhile, at Xeovell, Zeldris vortex was now starting to pull Eret towards him despite his best attempts to hold his ground.

"Here is what we know for a fact," said Ludociel. "Zeldris is using the magic power of God to completely nullify all of our magic attacks. It uses his primary ability Dark Nebula, which created a powerful vacuum to draw us in; he then launches a mysterious invisible attack before ours could ever reach him. I don't have the slightest idea about the specifics of his attack, but from what I can see, it's not coming from his sword. Now that you understand, let's execute the plan."

"I would hardly call it to plan, and I am certain that Sir Hiccup would have come up with a better one," said Eret.

"Just do it!" Ludociel growled as she raised her hand. "Ruby Shine!"

Suddenly there was a blinding flash of light.

"Cruel Sun!" Eret yelled, launching a massive fireball shaped like the sun.

Eret's attack hit the ground, creating a massive dust cloud that hit them from view.

'No matter how complex the technique, there is always a weak point,' said Ludociel. 'He sees through our attacks and counter-attacks. Therefore we must follow the same principle as the Full-Counter. If that's the case, then we just will let him know when to counter-attack.'

Then she and Eret launched another series of attacks, but mere seconds later, there quickly blown backwards and crashed into the wall.

'How did he see through us?' said Ludociel, stunned. 'It doesn't make sense; we obstructed his view and camouflaged our presence with the explosion from Eret's magical power.'

The vortex then suddenly started once again, but it seemed more powerful this time. Both Eret and Ludociel quickly grabbed hold of the ground so that they wouldn't be drawn in, as was everyone else.

"No holding back," said Zeldris. "Time to end this!"

"What did you say?" Ludociel stared.

Zeldris remembered what Meliodas whispered into his ear when he returned to them just the other day.

"You should know that Gelda is alive," he whispered, and Zeldris stared at him and stopped struggling. "When she woke up 12 years ago, she was prepared to take her own life because she believed her destiny with you was doomed. Hiccup felt responsible for driving the two of you apart, so he resealed her, and I watched everything from his eyes. When the time comes, I promise when I absorb the Ten Commandments and become the new Demon King, I will release her."

With the prospect of being reunited with his love, Zeldris was more determined to defeat his foes than ever before.

"All of you, get out of my way!" he roared, and the vortex became even more powerful.

"The vacuum strength doubled?" Ragnar stared.

Both Gilthunder and Alvin were unable to hold on and will fold into the vortex, and they were quickly followed by Ragnar.

"My telephone can't keep up anymore!" he said frantically.

"I'll defeat you right here, and after that, I'll be taking the Commandments for myself!" Zeldris announced.

He then swung his sword, but Eret quickly jumped into his path and took the fall blow. While he was able to survive just a mere scratch, the blow from the strike did push them back towards the wall.

"Eret, I'm sorry," said Ragnar.

"There's no need to apologise; I only followed my heart," he said.

Eret then immediately fired a barrage of fireballs straight at Zeldris and the demons, but Ludociel found herself in the middle of the crossfire.

"He's dragging me into this mess too!" she yelled as she ran for cover.

However, none of this seemed to affect Zeldris, even with the ceiling falling down around him.

"The true nature of the Dark Nebula, who knew something this simple could be so incredibly brutal," said Ragnar. "He doesn't rely on vision or hearing; even presence doesn't matter to him. In his extreme state of concentration, he spends the darkness at top speed. Creating a vortex that fiercely draws every living thing around. Also, anything that interferes will trigger his spiral reflex and will be shredded by his inescapable godly fast slash attack. I would call it… Full React."

'Ungodly speed? Is he insinuating that it surpasses my godly domain?' said Ludociel.

She then felt the vortex strengthening once again.

"It doesn't matter!" she said stubbornly and dashed towards Zeldris with blinding speed. 'Winning this Holy War is my most important responsibility as the leader of the Four Archangels and also has the mental of Stigma.'

"Sapphire, wait!" Gilthunder pleaded.

Ludociel was completely blind to everything but Zeldris. 'Because… because I have sacrificed everything for this moment.' She then lost her hand in the form of the sword, and light began to surround it. "Including any lover or friendship! I don't expect the despicable Demon Clan to understand!"

She then plunged her hand towards Zeldris, but he moved with an even faster speed. His attack would have cut her in half if Gilthunder had muses own speed to place himself between them. He took the full brunt of the attack, and then the two of them were flung backwards.

Zeldris then turned towards Eret and the others. "And now you're the only ones who remain!"

He then strengthened his vortex.

Eret looked at Ragnar. "Please bear with one minute."

"I will what mess up like that again," Ragnar promised.

He then teleported himself and Alvin constantly to stay ahead of the vortex.

Eret, on the other hand, turned, grasping his greatsword firmly in hand, and walked up towards Zeldris.

"Huh? How is he able to walk like that without being affected by the Dark Nebula?" said Cusack stunned. "By sheer force of will? That man is a monster!"

Chandler could sense immense magical power emanating from Eret, and it sensed very familiar. "Wait!? This power! Could it be?"

It was now high noon, so Eret's magic power had reached its peak, giving him near-infinite strength. With every step he took, the ground melted, and flames began to cover his body. Additionally, he was twice the size he was five minutes ago.

"Whether it will be Meliodas or Estarossa, and now he was well," said Eret. "It would seem all of you brothers can't get enough of me, it would seem? Now the time has finally come!"

"You defeated Meliodas?" said Zeldris critically. "And even if that were true, there is no chance he could have been fighting using his full strength. Says he was too strong for his own good. He had a bad habit of underestimating even the strongest enemies. I would've thought he would have learned that lesson from his last clash with Hiccup Haddock. You reap what you sow, I suppose, but if you think I'm anything like him, you're sorely mistaken. It doesn't matter that a line or mere insect breakdown with full strength."

"Then bring it on!" Eret roared as he swung his sword down with all his strength.

Zeldris blocked it with his own blade, and the moment the two weapons may impact, a massive shockwave was felt throughout the entire room. Eret was actually pushed back, and his Sacred Treasure was chipped due to the impact.

"He was able to repel Eret's attack even though he was even at that state?" said Ragnar, stunned.

"Impossible!" Cusack gaped. "He doesn't even have a single scratch!"

Eret then tossed his Sacred Treasure away.

"You've dropped your weapon and begging for your life?" Zeldris sneered. "Then you've given up, haven't you?"

"Hardly," said Eret as he folded his hand in the shape of a sword and channelled his raw power into it. "Divine Sword Eret!"

He then slammed his hand right down on top of Zeldris with unbelievable strength.

"A hand sword?" Cusack stared. "How can a human possess such power? It doesn't make sense!"

"No doubt about it, that's the Grace of Mael of the Four Archangels, are sworn enemies… Sunshine!" said Chandler.

"A power given to the Angel Clan by the Supreme Deity?" said Cusack stunned. "But he's only human!"

"The Grace released from Mael when he perished, now after an eternity, its world within the body of Eret. It is the only explanation."

"Which can only mean one thing," Cusack smiled.

Chandler returned the smile with an evil grin.

Zeldris was doing his best to withstand Eret's attack, and for once, he was actually struggling.

"I don't understand you; this is a fight, a war between the Demon and Angel Clans that's been going on for an eternity," said Zeldris. "What reason would a mere human like you possibly have to risk their life to fight this war?"

"Everything that I am doing is for the sake of a friend," said Eret. "Sir Hiccup would risk everything to save Meliodas. I am merely following his will."

"Loyal to a fault," Ragnar smiled.

"You call the cruel and cold-blooded Meliodas a friend? Ridiculous!?" Zeldris roared, pushing Eret back. "There's no way that he thinks the same of you! He's not capable of real friendship!"

"You know nothing!" Eret roared as he slammed his hand down with all his might.

Zeldris attempted to block it, but Eret's attack managed to cut through his nebula. He had raised his sword to protect himself, the sheer power that Eret was demonstrating was causing him to buckle.

"He's closing in on him," said Chandler.

"Young Master Zeldris!" Cusack cried.

The effect of the nebula had also been lifted causing everyone to be free of the vortex.

"What's this?" said Alvin as he fell to the floor.

"It looks like he just succeeded in breaking through the Dark Nebula," Ragnar observed.

Eret kept on pushing and Zeldris realised he was about to be overpowered and quickly jumped back avoiding his hand which smashed into the ground.

"You won't get away!" Eret vowed as he races other hand and extended his finger. "Divine Spear Eret!'

He then struck Zeldris in the chest with his finger and he instantly spat out blood.

"Young Master Zeldris!" Cusack cried.

"Pierce through!" said Eret.

Zeldris found himself losing consciousness and exports immediately fell upon Gelda. 'I'll come save you… please wait for me until then… Gelda…'
