Re-Destro surrendered after realizing that he is defeated, "I think your troops simply followed your command but not your will", Tomura said in belief as the Revival Celebration has to come to an end with the League of Villains emerging victorious with Gigantomachia shed a tear because he now accepts Tomura as All For One's successor after his victory against Re-Destro.

"Terrorist attack caused by Villains who have a grudge against the Heroes ravages Deika City!" News of the attack is covered by the Meta Liberation Army, Skeptic and his puppets were editing and manipulating the footage of the battle and destruction of Deika City to make it look like a terrorist was caused it all with a grudge against the Heroes with the inhabitants of the city fighting against them.
"Reports detailed that all of the terrorist and many civilians lost their lives and that Shoowaysha Executive Chitose Kizuki has been fatally injured while Detnerat's CEO Rikiya Yotsubashi lost his legs. The public is divided over the actions of the civilians, some applauding them for taking action while others insisting that their actions led to more deaths. An investigation continues regarding the incident and the probable connection between Detnerat and Shoowaysha."

Meanwhile one week
The League of Villains recovers from their injuries in the Army's HQ, dinning on Ramen while awaiting for a meeting. Skeptic and Trumpet enters to lead the League to the fourth level of the HQ's basement. Skeptic gets annoyed at the League's slow response and complains that it was the Meta's money that paid for the ramen, medical treatments and doctored videos.
"You need to stop that because we are their allies now", Trumpet told Skeptic to stop because they are allies now.

"I wonder how Tomura still has a hand?" Beetle wonders after seeing a hand on his face as they all wait on stage.
"One of them survived", Living Laser responds to her.
"To the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army, the Army will be reborn and he was mistaken about me. Re-Destro enthusiastically persuades the crowd that in his attempt, their attempt to seek Destro's will they did not see that I embodied the very freedom that Destro spoke of, plus the position of Grand Commander now goes to me. Now the Meta Liberation Army and the League of Villains will join forces to seek a more profound path to liberation, we are know as the Paranormal Liberation Front!" Tomura gave his speech to the crowed before his 9 members step forward on stage.
"Re-Destro, Trumpet, Skeptic, Geten, Kraven, Living Laser, Beetle, Skulveig and Scorpion will be the Front's Lieutenants and will be forming the teams to achieve their needs while Squid will remain as his bodyguard", the crowd cheers after Tomura is done with his speech.

"Too late and I wished the League had been dealt with sooner for the sake of the innocent civilians", Hawks in the crowd realized.
"I know why Dabi allowed me in easily despite being suspicious of Beast Jeanist's body. With a committed Army following, Feel Good Inc's Network, Detnerat's Industry influence and possible more High-End Nomu, Tomura will gain power equal or greater to the Heroes", Hawk muttered to himself as the speech concludes with Tomura and his lieutenants leave.
"Get lost!" Tomura tells Re-Destro after he applauds him for his speech and tries to kiss up to him.

Right after Re-Destro does that Tomura collapse from overexerting himself despite his wounds, then Daruma Ujiko radios in commenting about the new name, Tomura inquires about the promise. "Your memories and Quirk returned to their original state", the Doctor said to Tomura.
"But I have one last request."

Skulveig meets Hawks among the crowd, Hawks wonders about getting a few introductions related to the group known as the Fangs of the Serpents and also noting that there are still an unknown backer that needs to be revealed before the Heroes can strike at the Villains.
