"Heya, Hamtaro, guess what!" Oxnard said, bouncing around, "What, Oxnard?" Oxnard stayed still a moment. "Pepper's coming to visit for the big meteor shower this Saturday! Kana said her uncle's coming down to stargaze with her parents, and bringing Pepper with him! Isn't it great! Ham-Ham horray!" Oxnard went back to bouncing again.
"Yeah! Since she's coming, maybe we can invite everyone else! (We can watch on my roof.) Like Jingle, Sabu, Bijou, Boss, and the rest of the gang! Oh, and Herbert and Brandy!"
Hamtaro and Oxnard arrived at the clubhouse.
"Hey, Ham Hams! Guess what! Hamtaro and I invite you to our meteor shower party on his roof this Saturday night! We'll come to the club house and prepare! We'll make treats and decorations... And-and we'll have a blast! Who wants to come?" Oxnard shouted.
"And," said Hamtaro, "We can all make wishes! I'm gonna wish to be able to turn into a human, so I can help Laura easier!" Of coarse, Hamtaro knew he wanted to be human so he could be with Laura.
Everyone agreed to come except... "That's stupid. Who would want to watch a bunch of meteors fall," Boss reluctantly sneered.
"I would," Bijou cheerfully said, "It sounds like fun!"
"Oh, I mean, uh, y-yeah! Yeah! Bijou is totally right! Uh, what's a meteor?" Bossquestioned cluelessly. He blushed.
"A meteor," Maxwell said in his scientific voice, "comes from the word meteorite, which is a stony or metallic mass of matter which has fallen from outer space. Some meteorites might be fragments of comets, some are small asteroids."
"Oohs" filled the clubhouse.
"I say we get started on the decorations, plans, and food today! Who knows how much we'll have to do! We only have today and tomorrow before Saturday night," Boss said.
Sandy grinned."Yeah! First, I'm gonna think about what to wish for. I think I wanna be able to be human or hamster when I want, too! I'll join human rythmic gymnastics! Look out!" Sandy twirled her ribbon. "I'll go get started on streamers!"
Pashmina led Penelope to the decoration box. "Okay, I'll work with you, Sandy. You want to, Penelope?"
"Ookwee!"
Stan smirked."Ookwee is right, babe! I'll invite some LADIES!"
Sandy gave Stan an angry glare.
Stan shriveled his head to his shoulders,cringing."... And some men, too! No worries."
"It's settled," cheered Boss, "Be here at 6:00 Saturday night!"
