Kagome Does the News!

It was an average day at Kagome Higarashi's school. Until the teacher gave them word they could have the chance to be on the 5pm news!

"I think you should do it Kagome!" said one of Kagome's friends. "Yah you got the looks and talents to be on tv I think you should enter!" said her other friend.

'But what about Inuyasha and the jewl shards...but I always dreamed of being famous' thought Kagome. "Hm...alright I'll do it!" said Kagome. Kagome began working on her video report. "Hm where and who should I interview?" thought Kagome.

"Kagome I heard you needed help in interviewing someone for a chance to be on tv!" said Kagome's grandpa. "Hey how did you...Grandpa were you eavsdropping?" asked Kagome. "No...well yes! I couldn't help it! but may I be of assistance?" asked her grandpa. "Hm...Grandpa you gave me the greatest idea I can interview people at the Fair! thanks gramps!" said Kagome while running out the door. Her grandpa fell and had an anime sweatdrop.

"Perfect I got my footage now to end it!" said Kagome's friend who was tapping it. "So now you have it! this is Kagome Higarashi at Tokyo's state fair! 5pm!" Kagome thinking the camera was off said "Oh is that a koi fish!" and her friend got it on tape. "Ok Kagome I'm gonna go edit this cya at school!" said Kagome's friend. "Bye!" said Kagome while walking home.

The Next Day...

"Hm class the winner of the contest to be on the 5pm news is...KAGOME HIGARASHI!" shouted the teacher. 'OMG I MUST BE DREAMING!OUCH! Okay since I pinched myself I'm not dreaming...THIS IS REAL!' thought Kagome.

"Congratulations Kagome!" shouted her friend. "Great Job!" said her other friends. "Ugh...thanks guys!" said Kagome. "Hey Kagome congratutlations!" said Hojo. "Thanks Hojo!" said Kagome while blushing. "Can't wait to see you on the news I'm sure you'll do great!" said Hojo. "Thanks!" said Kagome.

"Common Kagome or you're gonna be late!" said Kagome's friends. "Coming!" shouted Kagome. When they got there the director of the news complimented her and said his favorite part was with the koi fish! Kagome was blushing while felling embaressed. "Okay sweetie you're on in 5,4,3,2" said the guy while doing finger movements.

"Hello this is Kagome Higarashi reporting for the 5pm news! Today we went to the Tokyo's State Fair!" said Kagome. After Kagome was done Inuyasha barged in on the set.

"KAGOME WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!" screamed Inuyasha. "Inuyasha now's not the time!" said Kagome. "Sweetie you're on in 5,4,3,2!" said the guy while doing finger movements.

"And we're back!" said Kagome. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOW'S NOT THE TIME!" shouted Inuyasha. "Hehe everybody this is Inuyasha he was our special guest but he has to go do things!" said Kagome while pushing Inuyasha away. When suddenly his hat came off and his ears twitched.

"Ugh aren't you working for the show in the state fair?" asked Sango while walking in on the set. "Yes he is! that's his costume!" said Kagome. "That's what I thought common we're late!" said Sango while dragging Inuyasha away.

Then Kagome saw Miroko at the screen. "And for all you ladies who wanna bare my child call Kagome's!" said Miroku. "MIROKU!" shouted Sango and Kagome.

"Well there you have it I'm Kagome Higarashi here for the 5pm news stay tuned for our next show!" said Kagome. "And we're clear!" said the director.

'What did I do to diserve this?' thought Kagome.
