Danny's P.O V.:

I can't take it anymore Sam and Tucker still haven't forgave me for Lila's lies. Once Adrien came back from his photo shoot he just wanted his powers back so I took the opportunity to retire from being a hero which Sam got mad at for some reason. I just want a normal life.

I trashed my room before flying away. I thought about what to do when I asked Vlad to send the Fenton dreamcatcher I know it could separate my human half from my ghost half. I didn't tell anyone about my plan I found my parents notes on the ghost portal and made one in my room. Nathalie was worried about what I was receiving from Vlad but I said everything was fine.

I snapped one day and used the Fenton dreamcatcher to separate my self in two and my ghost half got angry with me. "Oh no we are not doing this again." He scolded me as Plagg floated into my room like he does uninvited and unannounced. I heard the black cat screaming for Adrien a second later and I just gave him cheese to make him quiet. That's before my plan fell apart. I didn't notice the purple butterfly that made its way into my room. It flew past me to well me... ghost me. I started to worry as I realized that I couldn't fly away this time because this was ghost me. I had no choice but to run.

I started pounding on Adrien's door I need Chat Noir's help but ghost me evil ghost me had other ideas. He flew my helpless human self to the top of the Effile Tower. Normally I would say that was cool being up here but I'm fully human. He called Ladybug and Chat Noir out. Adrien showed up in his leather suit and I tossed a Fenton thermos behind me. I nodded my head to where the thermos was hoping he would get the message. Unfortunately ghost me did before Adrien did and grabbed the thermos before Chat Noir could.

When Ladybug did show up I was pushed off the tower I'm not sure who caught me and I don't want to. But they wanted me to know since once I was on the ground I was looking at the face of Max, Tucker's brother just saved me I'm not going to live this down. How did I deal with this last time it happened? Right, I didn't not really I had help. I also still had my powers last time dark me was around. " Where's Danny Phantom when you need him?" I heard ladybug ask and I confessed what I did. I told her the akuma was in the Cape and to be careful before walking away ashamed of myself.

Marinette came to talk to me after the fight was over. She showed me what would happen if she didn't help out and if people like us gave up it wasn't pretty I ended the world. She handed me the thermos with my ghost half and I welcomed it back in. we did our handshake before getting back to work. Ladybug the next day in a news conference said she convinced Danny Phantom to come out of retirement. I have been retired for a few weeks at most but she also said that she Akuma was just a cosplayer who was having a bad day. I was thankful for that.

As the school year began to wind down I decided that I didn't need Sam and Tucker hating on me so during the school talent show right after Sam and Luka did a song with a few others I didn't know and Tucker and Nino did a DJ act it was time for Marinette and I to do our comedy act. Marinette walked on stage alone first pretending to fail at yoyo tricks. She tied me up and pulled me on to the stage. "This is knot how I expected to be laced in this." I joked before untangling myself.

"Well you ghosted me what was I sposted to do trap you in a thermos?" she joked back holding up a thermos this one was harmless thankfully. Bye the end of our act everyone but Adrien was laughing seriously we were funny was he that mad at me that he wouldn't laugh. Quiet a few of the jokes Marinette and I made were at Lila's expense but it was worth it. When I got home that night thought I felt something was off so I went ghost before opening my bedroom door.

"Danny Fenton isn't here right now I suggest you leave." I told the intruder who turned out to be Lila who got akumatized. She tried to attack me but I just went intangible and she went through me didn't mean that doesn't feel strange. I lead her out into the city and called Ladybug.

"Hello?" she yawned. I then quickly explained what happened and apologized for waking her. My cousin showed up first and started making puns. Thankfully ladybug told him to stop. We delt with Lila and I took her home before heading home myself when she tried to ask me out I said as a hero I don't date. it was easier that way.
