Part III
Both scratch and ground were coughing while they ran out of the thick cloud of dust sonic created
scratch: that was really dusty in there.
Grounder: yeah… I heard of dust blows but… suddenly tripped oven and fell to the ground ball hit
scratch: Its dust bowls stupid!
Scratch then slaps grounder and his head started spinning, in the process making grounder all dizzy.
Grounder: buuuut wheerrrrres theeeee balllllllllll
Scratch: forget the ball, hey! Wait a minute where's that metal sonic?
As the dust suddenly cleared both scratch and grounder notice familiar two hedgehogs and two tailed fox.
Grounder: hey! Its sonic and that pink hedgehog brat.
Grounder shouted as he pointed at sonic, amy and tails, pretty soon amy gets really mad
amy rose: im not a brat you chicken-headed badnik for brains and I have a name! And you can call me…
suddenly amy pulls out a much bigger bat with a huge wooden hammer head attached to it, this made scratch and grounder started to tremble in fear at the sight of it.
Amy rose: rosy the rascal and you made the biggest mistake ever KIDNAPPING ME AND ALMOST RUINING MY BIRTHDAY! now its about time I start to bring the bat down! Or should I say bring the hammer down!
Sonic and tails were surprised, they've never seen a girl like her carry a hammer or bat at that size before. it was then amy smashed her bat or hammer on scratch and grounder, but they managed to dodge it. Both scratch and grounder started to make a run for it while trying to escape amy with her bat or hammer as they started screaming in fear.
Amy rose: hey! You get back here you jerks! just wait till I catch up with you metal-head and I'll give you both and pounding of a lifetime!
Scratch and grounder: NO THANK YOU!
As the chase went on both sonic and tails started to laugh at the scene that was happening before them.
Amy rose: I said COME BACK HERE!
Grounder: sorry but I got a doctor's appointment today, maybe some other time.
Grounder said while trying to make an excuse to escape amy's wrath.
Amy rose: im sure you both have insurance covered.
Scratch: insurance?
It was then finally amy managed to catch up to them and slammed the hammer part on both scratch and grounder and flattened them like pancakes.
Grounder: you know im starting to get a case of Déjà vu and that wasn't so bad.
Scratch: because we have been flattened before, stupid!
Amy smiles as she winks at sonic, both tails and sonic started laughing at the flattened scratch and grounder.
Sonic: wow that was so cool, you're pretty good with a hammer little rosy.
Amy just blushed shy-fully as sonic gave her the complement, but then the three of them realized they forgot about metal sonic.
Sonic: wait a minute, where's metal sonic?
Tails: sonic look!
Both amy and sonic turned their faces as they saw what tails is pointing at, it was metal sonic.
Sonic: don't worry little bro, there's only three of us and one of him
as the three of them prepared to fight metal sonic, something started to happen before their eyes.
Metal sonic: ACTIVATE MECHA SONIC MODE… ENGAGE
the three of them gasped in shock, metal sonic can talk and not only that, metal sonic started to transform in size. Amy, sonic and tails started to realize they might not be able to beat this guy in this size. It was then sonic had an idea.
Sonic: okay you giant impostor bot, you want me… come and get me.
Metal sonic: THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE SONIC!
Sonic: tails while he's focused on me you guys go stop robutnik from turning little planet into roboplanet.
Amy rose: but I wanna help.
Sonic zooms off as mecha sonic starts to chase him towards a mountian, tails knew there has to be a weakness on this guy. Amy then started to follow sonic and mecha sonic in a desperate attempt to help her favorite hero, tails too also followed.
Tails: rosy what are you doing? we gotta stop robotnik!
Amy rose: no! I gotta help sonic, im not gonna let some big metal copycat try to take down my hero.
Tails: yeah but how are we going to stop this thing I mean…
tails then notices the glowing thing in mecha sonic's chest, it seemed to be powering the whole robot.
Tails: rosy do you think you can use any sort of bat to smash that thing in metal sonic's chest, I think that might be the source of its power.
Amy smiles at him as she nodded
amy rose: with pleasure, give me a lift tails.
Tails: okay!
Tails then grabs amy and started to fly while carrying her off the ground, amy takes out a really big hammer from her backpack, it had glowing emeralds attached to each end of the hammer.
Tails: wow, that looks cool.
Amy rose: I not only do fortune cards, I like to be an adventurer like sonic.
Tails: but what hammer is that?
Amy rose: oh its a magic emerald hammer, I haven't tested it out yet.
Tails: well there's always a first.
It was then mecha sonic and sonic reached the top of the mountain and it turned out to have a lake of lava, sonic was cornered but then spin-dashed at mecha sonic many times but barely made a dint in it.
Then suddenly out of nowhere tails tosses amy towards mecha sonic and she smashes her hammer at the glowing object in mecha sonic's chest the glass protecting it cracked which gave sonic the opening he needed to take down mecha sonic. With the final spin-dash, sonic managed to break the barrier and destroyed mecha sonic's power source.
Sonic: hey thanks for the help kid
amy rose: oh shucks it was nothing.
But then suddenly they notice mecha sonic was reverting to metal sonic and it stood still for a bit but then it fell to the ground and rolled down the crater and was at the edge of the lava pit.
Sonic: oh no metal
tails: sonic no
amy rose: sonic what are you doing?
Sonic: im saving metal sonic
but before sonic can grab metal sonic's hand he shoved it away from him while staring at sonic in the eyes.
Metal sonic: there can only be… one sonic.
Metal sonic then starts to sink into the lava and sonic was helpless to save him, tails carries sonic back up from the crater and they stood next to amy mourning metal sonic, even though he was going to destroy them.
Tails: im sorry sonic, you did the best you could.
Sonic: that can wait tails, we gotta go stop robutnik
they all nodded in agreement as they started to run back towards never-lake town.
Meanwhile at never-lake town
everyone gathered around never-lake awaiting the appearance of little planet and were so excited as they saw little planet started to appear in glittering light while it hovered over the lake. Everyone started cheering and stared cheering with joy. But the celebration was interrupted when dr. robotnik appeared and started to make preparations to turn little planet into robot planet.
Robotnik: sorry to ruin your little celebration mobians of never-lake town, but I dr. robotnik have come to steal your precious little planet and turn it into robot planet.
Everyone gasped and they all saw robotnik's hoveregg crane appears and is about to snatch little planet away.
Robotnik: finally after all my years of searching, I finally found little planet and not only I will conqure mobeus but also little planet too.
Robotnik started to laughing but before he was about to carry it off sonic tails and amy appeared out of nowhere.
Sonic: sorry to ruin your fun robutnik but I think its about time we knock some sense into you egghead.
Robotnik: what sonic how did?
Sonic: tails now!
Tails: sure thing sonic, ready rosy?
Amy nodded her head.
Amy rose: you got it
both sonic and tails carried her and tossed her towards robotnik as she held her hammer in her grip.
amy rose: robutnik!
Robotnik suddenly gets scared as amy slams her hammer on robotnik's hovership so hard it flew across never lake and sonic instantly made a giant baseball glove to catch em.
Sonic: strike three egg head and you're outta here. Rosy since its your birthday, will you do the honors please?
Amy rose: of course thank you sonic
amy pulls the leaver as the glove tosses robotnik and his hovership across never-lake town screaming.
Sonic: bye bye egg head have a long ride.
Robotnik: ahhhhh I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!
It was not until robotnik crashes into a mountian and it started to erupt colorful fireworks, the crowd started cheering loudly and happily.
Sonic: well that takes care of one party crasher
amy zooms over towards sonic and starts to hug him tightly smiles with joy.
Amy rose: oh thank you sonic, you saved not only me, but you saved little planet and the party, this is the best birthday party ever… my hero.
Amy started to have hearts in her eyes while staring at sonic with a smile on her face.
Sonic: aw it was nothing rosy
amy rose: amy
sonic: huh?
Amy rose: my name is amy rose, little rosy is just a nickname.
Amy started to give sonic a loving longing puppy-dog stare as love hearts start floating and popping above her head.
Sonic: okay… anyway lets get this party started.
At sundown sonic and tails took amy home and amy decided to give sonic something.
Amy rose: here you go guy I hope you like these, they are chillydog shaped candies I hope you like em.
Sonic: gee thanks I really will enjoy these.
Amy rose: oh and one more thing.
Amy then kisses sonic on the cheek
tails: YUCK!
Sonic: um thanks
amy rose: I'll be sure to write to you soon and I might help you guys out to fight robutnik!
Sonic: hey that sounds like a great idea, well we gotta go, see ya soon amy!
Amy rose: come back soon!
Sonic: come on tails lets make fast and see what else we can see?
Sonic then zooms off and tails followed behind him.
Amy felt her heart beating as her hands touch her chest while she smiles with joy.
Amy rose: I REALLY REALLY LIKE YOU SONIC THE HEDGEHOG!
