wassup guys i'm back from the dead. This is gonna be an Modern AU HTTYD jurassic park scenario with Dragons. This means There are mercenaries (Dragon Hunters) with modern weaponry and there are the Berkians which at first are against the Dragons but Hiccup is going to change their minds and defend the Dragons from the Hunters

Prologue

Year 2016 somewhere in the North Atlantic Ocean is a archipelago consisting of about 30 Islands and Berk is the third biggest of them. There are 4 different factions which have a different amount of land and they're all at piece. The only downside of that archipelago is that in the center of it is a Island they call the Dragon Island. Yeah you heard right DRAGONS. There are more Dragons than Humans in the Archipelago. And the Humans and the Dragons don't go along really well that's how the Factions where made. Once they where one big nation but do to differences in the way to how to treat the Dragons the Four big men had split the Archipelago in four parts each of the parts owned by a faction. Each faction has it's own Military. The technological furthest is Berk but the most men power are the berserks. There also are the Outcasts, a bunch of War criminals which got exiled from their old factions. These are a Military only faction. They are brutal and don't care about casualties or civilians. And then there are the Protectors of the Wing. A mostly civilian Population but they could mobilize their men for war if needed. They are the only faction which is pro Dragon but got barely any visits.

Hiccup a 16 years old boy is the President's son and a disappointment for the President's family. His mother is dead, she was killed by Dragons 10 years ago. Or that's only what they think. His Father, Stoick the Vast is the Commander of the Berk armed forces and at the same time the President of the faction of Berk. Do to the incident with the first lady the Berkian Population has a hatred against Dragons since the first lade was like a hero for them and she was the one who believed in the innocence of the Dragons but got carried off by one. That's why the Armed forces of Berk are extremely violent towards Dragons.

Dragons raided the Island of Berk weekly for food and barely hurt anybody but the Berkians did what they could to kill as mich Dragons as possible. Since you can join the Armed forces only at a age of 18 some Berkians sent their Children mostly at the age of 15 to 16 in the offspring bootcamp of Berk. There they train Hand to hand Combat and the use of simple hand guns like the Glock 17. They not only train for combat agains Humans but also against the threat of Dragons.

There are 5 Offspring Bootcamps in berk which each can train 7 children. This means in a good year they got 35 new people combat ready which only need training on the main service rifle, the HK416, which Berk uses.

Currently now the negotiations between the Berkians, Berserks and the Outcasts had ended not well and the three factions are at war and Berk has to fight agains Dragons to.
