Severus looked at his counterpart of another reality who had taken the name 'Aurelius' to avoid confusion.
"This is your plan," he spoke up angrily thinking about the plan he had heard till now.
"I know, you may hate your mother's grandparents for disowning her but you have to take up the Prince Inheritance if you want to succeed," Aurelius stated as he looked at his younger counterpart.
Severus chose to remain silent, his maternal grandparents had disowned his mother for running away with a muggle. He couldn't help but scoff at his mother's actions, not that her actions had led to anything but misery for her. At the last she had committed suicide not before killing his father too with her.
"Fine," he spoke up after a minute of silence. He really liked Narcissa and he wanted her to be with him everyday of his life. As much he loathed the idea of being a Prince in name, he could admit that the idea was far good and better looking in approach.
Narcissa who was there between the two, looked at them calmly. Though she was amused by the whole conversation. She was happy that Severus was choosing a nicer and logical path for her, even though he hated to do it.
She didn't knew when she had started to fall for her classmate and the loner halfblood boy of Slytherin. Maybe it was the potions class in which they had paired together and continued on to have interactions after Narcissa slowly started to see his secrets and talents in every subject. Or maybe it was the day in which she had found himself in an empty abandoned room in the dungeons with tears in his eyes in her fourth year where she had learnt of his parents death. They had only grown closer after that spending time away from the gazes of other people secretly, fooling around here and there.
She had lied her way today with telling her family about visiting her friends house. Thankfully her mother had bought that as her father was out of Britain for some business about the Dark Lord.
"Now let's make the unbreakable vow about your silence about my secret," Aurelius said with a smirk.
Narcissa saw the resemblance between the two counterpart's then, atleast the other Severus was a Slytherin too, otherwise till now it only felt to her that he was a Gryffindor in his actions.
Two Days Later...
Severus looked at the new Manor which was going to be his home now. The Prince Manor was a large Manor with ornate iron gates. Lushful gardens filled with beds of flowers present in rows on the path to Manor. And to think, it was just the Manor in England. The main Manor in Italy was still present to inspect by him.
"Nice ain't?" Aurelius asked from besides him calmly. He had visited this before in his own reality and the Manor was still same here too.
"Yes," Severus breathed out, they had taken a visit to Gringotts and applied for the Prince Inheritance. He had became the Heir to the family and added Aurelius as a cousin to him who was the grandson from Septimus Prince, a squib of their family who had died in the muggle world childless along with his wife.
"Now come on, gawking it whole day will give you a sunburn," Aurelius commented with a drawl as he walked to the Manor while his counterpart walked behind him.
Now time to start some of his plans, Aurelius thought amusedly as he looked at the ornate walls of the Manor and the paintings, portraits as well as the tapestries.
Severus who entered the Manor was looking wide eyed at the whole collection of portraits and photos, tapestry laden walls and the elf which had appeared in the centre of the Manor.
"Tippy is glad to serve Master Prince once again," the elf who was wearing a clean white towel spoke up reveredly looking at Severus.
Severus looked at the Head Prince elf who had appeared before him after he had adorned the ring. The female elf had huge green eyes which were around the size of golf balls in themselves and had a squeaky voice with her.
Apparently the ring signified the tapestry which caused the Elf to appear as they were bound to the Prince family.
"Would you help us in touring the whole Manor?" Severus asked politely looking at the female elf.
"Tippy would do," Tippy squeaked excitedly looking at him.
Aurelius had to supress his amusement, it seemed his counterpart had some more friendliness than he had. But then again he had hardly opened up to anyone bar than Lily and somewhat to Dumbledore.
Or the post sex talk with Narcissa when they shared bed with each other. Those were the most vulnerable time in his adult life, Narcissa was the only woman in his life to whom he had opened up more than Lily.
Aurelius looked at the man infront of him with a calm impassive gaze. Borgin was still acting like an ass even though he was acting courteously with him.
"If you want to pay less it's fine to me Mr Borgin. However the next time, be sure to have another Potioneer for your tasks," Aurelius said looking back at him with his usual impassive gaze.
Borgin gave a small grunt of anger as he passed on 40 galleons to Severus with a morose look in his eyes. His greediness suffering a blow as he too knew that Aurelius Prince was perhaps the best potioneer available in England right now. The quality of his potions were much higher than any of the others and Borgin knew this, as he was making much profit due to it. He was the middleman between Aurelius Prince and customers, it gave him a nice cut of profit.
Twenty minutes later...
"Why do you even bother with him?" Severus asked confused as he looked at his counterpart from another reality.
"Knockturn Alley holds many secrets. There are certain information here that you will not find anywhere in this world," Aurelius replied looking at his counterpart of this reality.
Severus nodded in understanding as they both walked through the Diagon Alley.
"Severus," he heard a voice which was calling his name. His heart stopped after a moment as he remembered the voice very well.
