Love Amongst the Night

Hybrid then asked, "Wait, so you want us to help you tell her how you feel?"

Toothless nodded and Hiccup then said, "We can definitely help with that."

Hybrid then said, "Okay, first things first we need to figure out how to get you two alone and find a nice place for you to tell her."

"Then what are we waiting for." Hiccup said excitedly.

Hybrid then thought and said, "I think I should get Ava she could help with this."

Hybrid then finds Ava and she smirks as she says, "Where have you been off to?"

Hybrid then smiled as he said, "I need your help."

"With what?" Ava asked curiously.

Hybrid answers, "Helping Toothless tell his feelings to a certain Night Fury."

"Becoming a match maker now." Ava said mockingly then answered, "Of course I'll help besides I'm better at this then you."

Hybrid couldn't help but smile as for the fact he knew it was true. The group of four then prepares to head back to Berk with Stoick and Gobber. The rest of the Riders only knew this as special business.

When the group came back the tribe of Night Furies lived throughout the island, and some were planning on migrating to a new island.

Avrita's Father then said, "What makes you want to stay here rather than migrate somewhere else."

Avrita responds with, "I like it here and we've got good friends not to mention close contacted with the next Dragon King. It's just really interesting here it has a lot more life here than where we were before they came."

Avrita's Father then said, "I just want to what lures you here because there are other islands that have similar things to here."

She then spots Toothless coming to land at Berk. Avrita's Father looks in Toothless direction and at his daughter's face as he notices she seems to look in that direction longer than most. He then asks, "It's him isn't it."

Avrita responds quickly, "What, no." She then catches a whiff of her scent disagreeing with her statement.

Her Father chuckles to himself as he says, "Then why does your scent disagree with you."

Avrita replied, "Why does the forge do this to me. I want to tell him, but I don't know how."

Back to the group of four as they conceive a way for Toothless to best tell Avrita his feelings.

Hybrid then asked, "Did she say any place that she would like to see?"

"She did, she said she would like to see where me and Hiccup met." Toothless answered after some thought.

Ava then said, "Oh yeah, its all coming together."

Hybrid then asks, "Was that a reference?"

"Maybe." Ava teased in a playful tone.

Hiccup then sees Avrita coming and says, "Hey, Avrita."

Hybrid also says, "Ah, speaking of the devil."

"Hey guys." Avrita responded.

Toothless then takes a deep breath and says, "Avrita, would you like to go the Cove with me tonight."

"I'd love to." Avrita answers then asks, "By the way do you mean it as date or just fun thing to do?"

Toothless then freezes and Mitne Sventar says, "Uh oh, Toothless . exe has stopped responding."

"Stop with the references we just had two within a hundred words of each other." Hybrid yelled out.

Ryan then said, "You're all acting like a dungeons and dragons party."

Hybrid then remarked, "Hey, at least we can get through doors."

Toothless had used this to think of a response but he ends up saying, "Yeah, I meant it as a date."

Avrita purred and licked Toothless' forehead then says, "I like you too."

Hybrid then whispered to Ava, "That worked beautifully, and we did absolutely nothing at all."

"We were here for him that matters." Ava responded.

Night came and after plenty of preparations of Toothless attempting to draw Avrita and did relatively well. He led Avrita to the cove and she was surprised with the effort Toothless put in granted he had help with getting the fish but still impressive non the less.

All Avrita could say was, "Wow."

Toothless stood proudly at his work and said, "Did it all myself with a little help."

Avrita said, "Well, if you're trying to impress me, you're doing very well."

Toothless purred at those words and said, "Follow me." Then glides down as gently as he could and Avrita followed.

The land near the water and were have fish together and sharing stories.

Avrita then says, "With all your adventures and saving your rider's butt would make you an interesting mate to have if you planning to have a mate."

Toothless then said, "I'm for the idea. But I have a lack of knowledge of our culture due to me living under the rule of a Red Death who's now dead and being what I thought was the last Night Fury."

Avrita then says, "I could help you and Hybrid could as well since Avarkile culture is a parent culture to our own."

Toothless answered, "Thanks." Then after some thought asked, "Is it too soon to ask, will you court me?"

Avrita was surprised but then answered, "Sure. I'd love to court you. But we should get blessings from our Alpha's."

Toothless then said, "I don't have an Alpha."

"You could pledge your allegiance to Hybrid as your new Alpha." Avrita responded.

Toothless gave her a questioning look and asked, "That will work?"

Avrita chuckled then explains, "Yeah, remember his a dragon that has claimed to be Alpha and defeated the Dragon King. It will totally work, and it will also mean that no other Alpha can claim you unless they could take Hybrid down."

In the morning Toothless and Avrita return and receive warm smiles from the present riders.

Hybrid then asked, "How was your date last night?"

Toothless then said, "Great." He then asked, "Also how do I pledge my allegiance to you?"

"Did not expect that?" Hybrid responded.

Hiccup then asked, "Why do you want to do that?"

"It could be good if we encounter an Alpha that could try to control me." Toothless lied which Hiccup bought.

Hybrid then said seeing past it, "Righhht, well if you want to then just relax your mind and allow me entrance so I could do want you want to be done."

Toothless began to relax and within a split-second energy tingled around his body. He then asked, "Is that it?"

"Yep, that's it. So, Toothless your officially now my dragon. However, you can still be with Hiccup and do whatever you wish." Hybrid responded.

Avrita then asks, "Hybrid, I ask of your blessing for courtship."

"Wait what?" Ava asked doing a double take.

Hybrid then said, "I see, well if Toothless can get your Alpha blessing than you have my blessing. May the Ancient Stars guide your way across the stars." Then the two Night Furies race away.

"What just happened?" Ava asked feeling confused.

Mitne Sventar then says, "So, when are you two courting because Toothless is winning against you now in getting a mate."

Hybrid then said, "Shut up."

"Oh, I see now. I thought she was asking to court you." Ava said after realising what was happening.

Hybrid answered, "I wouldn't have accepted it because; 1, I'm yours and No.2, I feel literally no attraction to her."

The two Night Furies met up with Avrita's Father and he says, "What can I do for you two and I assume the date went well."

Toothless then said, "It did." Then asks, "May I get you blessing to court your daughter Avrita?"

Avrita father then said, "Of course, now Avrita have you got Toothless' Alpha's blessing."

"Hybrid said he'd give us his blessing if we got yours." Avrita responded proudly.

Avrita's Father then says, "Well then let's go tell him the news."

The trio of Night Furies and meet up with Hiccup, Hybrid, Ava and Mitne Sventar.

Toothless then said, "Guess what."

Hiccup then asked, "What is it bud?"

Avrita and Toothless stated in unison, "We're officially courting."

Stoick then said, "Hey, I got a message from along with a picture of a dragon similar to you from Defenders of the Wing."

Mitne Sventar accepted and took one glance to realise who it was. Hybrid then read it, "We found this dragon a few winters ago and we tried helping it but is fairly aggressive saying something like, 'my brother was right' and 'he left me to rot on this mud ball'." He then asks his father, "Know who this is?"

Mitne Sventar then said, "I do." With a sigh he says, "He is your uncle."
