My Dying Days

What would you do if you heard that you're going to die?

What will your family do?

Friends?

Everyday I wait to see what the next day brings.

But there are days where I wish I would never wake up.

And those are my dying days.

But what can you do on such days?

Lie in bed and wait?

No, you have to keep going.

And when your time does come, you'll have to be ready.

But wait until then to decide what to do.

And when it does come, know that I'll be right there beside you.
