(A/N: So It's Nov of 2022 the week of ThanksGiving {it's actually tomorrow} and I want you all to tell me at least 1 thing you're thankful for. I can be anything from a story to a security item to a pet to loved ones LITERALLY AnYtHiNg~! DO NOT feel shy. I'm not here to judge. Remember this is comin from a girl who says words w/o the " g " at the end of an "ing " word, says " fer " insteada " for ", smtms adds extra letters ta make 2 words shorter like when i just said " insteada " AND~~ uses abbrevs/CLEAN slang. {Also I'm surprised I spelt ' literally ' correctly lol.} 2 of the things I'm most thankful fer {After my parents ofc.} Is: my cat Journey and my friends. Little do any of my friends know it unless I've strait out said it but they make life better and all the worth livin. I don't have many friends for 2 reasons, #1 ima scorpio kinda our nature sometimes thats quite unfortunate when there's no one to lean on. #2 I'm homeschooled theres a self-explaination. I don;t go out except to church and store on Sun morns and Wends nights. But anyways: Go ahead don't be shy and lemme hear whatcha got and remember if you need to talk and just have sm1 listen i'm here.

The next day she came with Shota to school but he left her outside the class door to explain to everyone not to overwhelm her.
Everyone voiced their concerns except Todoroki because he already knew and Bakugo because he could honestly care more.
As everyone talks he wheels in Elly and when they see her they all start worrying more and Todoroki looks mad not at her or them but at the KaReN. He's more so annoyed with his classmates.
Midoriya raises his hand. "Mr. Aizawa?"
The former sighs. "Yes Midoriya?" He says bored.
"How did you know about the incident that happened to Elly?" There was the question that made them both freeze and made Aizawa fully awake and Elly tense up and she paused her conversation with Momo. As did the rest of the class pausing their conversations to hear the answer.
Both Elly and Shota looked at each other and Elly glanced at Todoroki and looked back to her soon to be dad. They both agreed not to tell anyone unless they were both comfortable. The only people that know about the adoption are Yamada, Midnight, Nezu, and Todoroki. Along with the store manager and Ichika of course.
They both just stared at each other for another second then looked to the excited and confused class and back and they both nodded. Silently agreeing to tell them.
"Should I tell them or do you want to?" He asks exasperatedly.
"Y-yo-ou…" She says nervously and squeezes the necklace in her hand.
He nods then looks at his class.
"I-I th-thin-nk I-I'll j-jus-st g-go o-out-ts-sid-de." She was about to wheel herself outside the class but Shota put his foot on the brake.
"If I have to suffer, so must you."
She puts her ears down and says nothing else.
Everyone looks confused now.
"So you all want to know how I know she ended up like this?" He asks monotonously.
All of them (but Todoroki) either nod or murmur in agreement.
"That's because I'm her father, it's my job to know." He says blandly.
"WHAT?!" Some kids yell.
"I didn't know you had a kid Mr. Aizawa!" Denki yells.
"So manly!" Kirishima says, pumping his fist in the air.
"THERE'S NO WAY THAT THE EXTRA IS HIS KID IDIOTS! SHE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE HIS QUIRK NOR LOOKS LIKE HIM!" Bakugo shouted.
"I do hate to admit it but he is right." Iida adds.
"Ever heard of adoption idiots?" Shoto asked monotonously.
Everyone turned to him.
"YOU KNEW!?" Most shouted.
"Hmph." He shrugged.
"No wonder why he wasn't thinking up theories of who her parents were!" Izuku says.
"I still think that your father is All Might." Shoto says dully.
"Wh-what?! B-but th-that's n-not tr-ue!"
"Then why are you stuttering? It's obvious that you're hiding something Midoriya."
"J-just a-ask K-kacch-chan! H-he's s-seen m-my d-dad wh-when w-we w-were y-young-ger!" Izuku tries to defend.
Both Izuku and Shoto look at Bakugo along with everyone else looking between the three of them.
"Tch! Nerd's right. His father had white hair. Now STOP STARING AT ME EXTRAS!" He finishes, while yelling.
"Hm." Shoto hums.

Saturday rolled around and All Might is at Shota's house all dressed up as Shota dresses up along with Elly because they're taking her with them. (Because of obvious reasons. Pres Mic is too loud for her and Midnight has a ' hot date ' plus Shota didn't want her by herself.) Elly is wearing a blue and purple tie-dye dress with black knee high socks and brown combat boots that's beads decorating the laces. And her mid-length hair is in pig-tails. She may not like dresses and skirts that much but if she has to wear them she'll wear what she likes the most.
Shota comes out of his room in his suit hair slicked back.
"W-wow da-d, you loo-ok good-d!" She speaks up for the first time All Might got there.
"Eh, thanks kiddo." He says running a hand through his hair to make sure it's smoother.
"Well we should get going guys." All Might comments.
Shota wheels her out as they head to All Might's car.
"S-so w-who's f-firs-st?" She asks them in the car.
"The Jiro's." Aizawa says.
💙💜🐾🐺 (A/N: the source i found doesn't give much info sept they went to jiro's then bakugo's then all might wanted to go to izu's alone while shota does the rest of the class.)
When they got to Jiro's, All Might knocked on the door and it was opened by Kyoka.
"Aizawa, and All Might sensei." She says bowing to them. Then turns to Elly and says, "Elly-chan." And bows to her as well. The three of them bowed back and she let them into her home.
The conversation went as expected. But in the end Kyoka was allowed.
"It was pleasant talking to you Elly. I'll see you on monday." She bows.
Elly bows back. "Y-you as w-well Ji-ro-ch-chan-n."
"You can call me Kyoka if you'd like."
"O-ok." Elly replies.
Then Jiro walked them out and they headed to the Bakugo's.
As soon as they explained what it was gonna be like Mitsuki immediately agreed.
"WHAT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME OLD HAG! I'M ALREADY GOING TO SCHOOL WITH A BUNCH OF EXTRAS! YOU EXPECT ME TO LIVE WITH THEM TOO!?"
It quickly turned into a screaming match as Masaru (A/N: I feel proud of myself for spellin his name correctly the 1st time. I spelled it then I checked and saw it was correct!) tried desperately to calm his wife and kid and Elly had her ears pinned to her head as Shota tried to calm her.
Once everyone was calm again Mitsuki thanks Aizawa for seeing Katsuki as a person rather than his abilities.
As they leave Katsuki says, "OI! All Might!"
All might turns around. "Yes young Bakugo?"
"What do you see Midoriya as?"
All Might ponders on what to say since he can't tell the truth and decides to say, "Young Midoriya like you is a great student who has amazing potential."
Katsuki thinks about it and decides he's satisfied with his answer. "Thanks." He starts. "For everything."
"Of course my boy."
Then Katsuki goes back in and All Might turns to Aizawa.
"I think it's best if I visit young Midoriya on my own. Do you think you can handle it?"
"I'll be just fine, All Might." Shota replies dryly.
Elly and Shota went to a few different houses and now they reach Ochaco's.
He knocks and Ochaco opens the door. "Aizawa sensei!" She bows. "Elly-Chan!" She bows to her as well and lets them in.
As her parents and Shota talk, she and Elly hold a small conversation of their own.
"Ochaco-san?" Elly says using her first name because Uraraka, Mina, and Toru had made it very clear that she could call them by their first name.
"Yes Elly-chan?"
"Do you like Izuku-kun?" She asks. "I've seen the way you look at him."
"I-I u-umm-mm…" She turns a very deep red before saying, "Y-yes-s. Wh-what a-abou-ut y-ou? Wh-who d-do y-ou l-lik-ke?" She asks back.
Elly also blushes. "U-umm… P-prom-ise n-not t-to t-tell a-anyo-one?"
Urarka nods. "I promise. Wait! It's not Mineta is it?!"
"I-I m-me-an th-this i-in th-the p-pol-lit-tes-st w-way p-poss-i-ble;" Elly starts. "E-ewwww-ww! A-are y-you c-cra-az-zy?!" She asks.
"No, I was just making sure!" She laughs. But, who is it?!" She asks excitedly.
"U-umm… Sh-shot-to-K-kun…"
She gasps. "We knew it!"
"W-we?" Elly asks confused.
"Mhm!" Uraraka hums. "All of us placed bets to see who you like but since I can't tell everyone I'll just wait. Even Bakugo and Mr. Aizawa put in their votes!" The excited girl says.
Elly looks shocked and she's blushing heavily when Shota goes to them.
"Elly it's ti-" He stops himself talking in her current state. "Umm…? What happened?
"Elly told me who she likes and I'm going to go ahead and figure you know. And I told her about how everyone placed their bets."
"I see. Well we must go see you on Monday Uraraka." He says.
"Good night sensei! Bye Elly!"
"B-bye O-och-cha-c-co…"
They went to the rest of the houses but there was one left, the Todoroki household.
Shoto had answered the door and greeted them when his father came in.
"Ah, Shota! Is this about the student dormitories?" He asks and he and Aizawa get into a conversation as Shoto wheels Elly out to their garden.
When they got far enough away Elly finally spoke up.
"W-wow! I-it's b-beaut-tif-ful!"
"Just like you he mumbles but she hears.
"Wh-what?" She asks, blushing.
"I said you look beautiful." He says in a soft voice.
She blushes more and ducks her head down and mumbles, "Y-you l-loo-ok n-nic-ce t-too…" His father made him wear a suit to look more professional.
He gives her a warm smile.
They had a casual conversation and now both figured their fathers should be done as Todoroki wheeled her back when he asked, "So, are you still excited to meet my mother?"
She nods. "Very."
"I'm glad." He replies when they enter in and Endevor says,
"Oh, there they are."
"It's time to go home kiddo." Aizawa says.
"Ok…" She says a bit sad.
Shoto does something unexpected even for himself. He takes her hand bends down and kisses it then slowly lets go as he stands to full height again. "I-i'll uh… I'll call you tomorrow to set a time…"
Everyone's shocked and Fuyumi and Natsuo were watching from around a corner.
Elly blushes a VERY DEEP crimson red. "I- u-umm… o-ok-k…"
Shota smirks now. "C'mon lets get you home hm~?" he says teasingly as he wheels her out and Fuyumi and Natsuo made a quiet run for it when he said that.

Sunday came quite quickly surprisingly for both Elly and Shoto they were both excited and plus Shota didn't stop teasing her ALL night!
*"So I'll pick you up at 12 that way after we visit mother we could go have lunch."* Todoroki says over facetime.
*"Ok."* She answers back.
"Elly~!" Shota calls. "Breakfast's ready!"
She holds the phone away from her and turns her head toward the door and says, "Be there in a minute!"
She goes back to the phone and says, *"Sorry Shoto gotta go."
*"It's fine. Talk to you later."*
*"Ok. Wait. Do I have to wear anything special?"*
*"No you can wear casual."*
*"Alright bye!"* She says waving and he waves too.
Elly wheels herself to the dining room. The smell of eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy fill the air.
"Smells good!" She says happily.
Meanwhile in Shoto's home, he's in his room mumbling to himself about how wonderful Elly is.
"Man, I love that girl. She's so caring. And the fact that she thought to ask if she needs to wear something special…" He sighs dreamily. "And I know she loves me too 'cause Aizawa sensei said so… But when should I ask? Later at lunch? Is today too soon? But then again-" He thoughts were interrupted by Fuyumi.
"Shoto~! Food~! Come get it before Natsuo takes it all~!"
He goes to the kitchen and says, "I thought you have an emergency teachers meeting?"
"I do, but it's at 9 thankfully so that way I have plenty of time to eat."
Natsuo tries to get food as well and Fuyumi says, "Uh uh uh! I don't want you getting anyone sick! Especially not Shoto he's visiting mom today with a friend."
"Aww! C'mon sis~!"
"No, I'll make your plate just stay out of the kitchen."
"Fine." He says to his sister then turns to Shoto. "So who's the 'friend'?" He questions putting air quotes around the word friend.
"Don't say it like that Natsuo. She's only a friend. Apparently you don't have any otherwise you'd know what a friend is." Todoroki says blandly.
Fuyumi muffles a laugh and Natsuo just looks offended.
"Man Shoto. Rude much?" He asks his younger brother. "But, are you sure she's not just a 'friend'~?" Natsuo says teasingly.
"What do you mean?" He asks.
"Well Sho, both me and Natsuo saw you kiss a girl's hand and then saw you get flustered." She says, chuckling.
"I was being polite." He retorts back
"Sure~!" Natsuo teases more.
Back with Elly.
"So what time is he picking you up?" Aizawa asks, then takes a bite of bacon.
"Around 12." She answers.
"You look like you haven't slept again.
"I'm fine." She answers him.
"M-hm~." He replies. "This wouldn't happen to be about Shoto would it?"
"N-no!" She says blushing.
Soon enough it's 11:50 and Todoroki knocks on their door.
Aizawa looks at the time while getting up then walks to the door and lets him in.
"Hello Mr. Aizawa, how are you?"
"Good. And you? He asks back as they go towards where Elly is.
She looks up from the cats.
"H-hi…"
"Hello. These are cute cats. May I?" He says referring to petting them.
She nods and he bends down to pet them. "What are their names?"
"Shadow and Snowball." This time it was Aizawa who spoke up.
"Fitting names." Todoroki says standing back up.
"Very." Aizawa says, chuckling. "Well you two better get going." He says holding out his hands for the two cat loafs.
Elly very gently picks them up one at a time and hands them to him.
"Alright well bye kids have fun~." He says in a teasing manner.
"B-bye d-da-d." She says blushing.
Todoroki wheels her out the door and outside where there's a limo waiting for them.
Elly's eyes go wide. "Wh-wha-" She says confused and shocked.
"Well it is quicker than walking." He says to her stammering.
She, like Ochaco, never really had super fancy things. She wasn't poor but her family wasn't high class either so to see this is amazing to her.
He helps her inside then puts the wheel chair in the trunk and gets in.
When they get there he helps her back into the wheelchair and they go inside to the front desk and he tells who she is and who they're visiting.
They go to his mother's room and he knocks. "Mother it's me Shoto."
She looks out the small window in the door then opens it.
"I hope you don't mind. I brought a friend." He says, gesturing to the shy girl behind him.
"Oh! Of course not!" She answers back. And lets them in.
She hugs Shoto and then turns to Elly and says, "Hello dear, I'm Rei Todoroki. You can just call me Rei though." while holding out her hand.
Elly takes it and her hand is surprisingly warm despite her quirk. "I-i'm E-el-ly…" She says shyly.
"That's a pretty name. Who gave you your name?"
Elly looks down, her bangs falling to cover her eyes. Shoto places a hand on her shoulder and she answers in a very quiet voice but they still hear, "M-my m-mom…" She tries not to sound sad but her voice betrays her.
"Did I say something wrong?" Rei asks.
"N-no.. y-you-r o-ok… i-it's j-just I-I l-los-st m-my p-par-rent-ts a-a f-few w-we-ek-ks a-ag-go…"
"Oh! I'm so sorry dear!"
I-it's o-ok…"
Rei frowns and bends down to Elly's height and gently lifts her head and moves her bangs. "You know sweetie you don't have to hold in the sorrow. Everybody goes through things.
Elly instantly hugs the woman and she's taken aback at first and hugs back while Elly sobs.
Todoroki rubs circles on her back.
After about a minute Elly lets go and calms down. "I-i'm so-sor-ry. -hiccup. I-I d-don-" Rei interrupts her.
"It's perfectly alright dear. I don't mind at all." She says, smiling sweetly.
After a while they had to leave.
"I'm taking you to a place you'll like." He says when they reached the sidewalk.
"Um ok?" She says confused. "Should I be scared?"
"No." He says simply hiding a smirk but she hears it in voice.
"Ok now I'm really scared." She says playfully.
They reached a cafe she's been to a few times before with Shota.
"Oh! I know this place! I love it!"
"I knew you would." He replies smiling.
They go inside and order and sit at a table after Todoroki removed a chair. And a chimera cat that's red and white perfectly split vertically down the middle of it's whole body with bright teal and silver eyes immediately jumps on Elly.
"Oh hello there Winter." She says addressing the cat and stroking her as another chimera cat jumps on Todoroki and it has orange and light frown, his face horizontally split down the middle and the rest of its fur is a light brown base to orange fade. Its eyes are green and blue.
Todoroki's stunned at how much the cats look like them.
"Th-they- They look- like us…" He says softly.
Elly nods seeing it as well. "That's River." She replies her voice also soft.
Just a waitress comes and puts their food down. She notices the cats. "Oh! They must really like you guys. Winter is usually off in her own world unless River is with her and River's pretty skittish." She looks up at them and sees the striking resemblance between the cats and them. "Wow! These cats definitely knew who they chose. The resemblance is amazing!"
"Indeed." Todoroki says. Elly nods. "How long have these two cats been here?" He asks a theory popping up in his head but wants to make sure he's got the evidence.
"Hm… let me see. River has been here for about a week… and Winter has been here for about a month or so with some other cats."
"Interesting." He replies Elly looks at him confused and can see the gears turning.
"Well I best get back and enjoy your meal." The waitress says.
"Th-thank y-ou." Elly says. The waitress smiles and heads off.
"Wh-at ar-are you th-think-king?" She asks Shoto.
"These cats… are a resemblance of us… both figurative and literal."
She gives him a confused look and he goes on.
"They're like voodoo dolls plus spirit animals mixed together in a way." He continues. (A/N: idk wut im doin im just goin w/ da flow.) "It's like- like they're supposed to be this way… perhaps it's like a quirk that know one knows about like how principal Nezu is y'know?"
She nods. "So you think they're a part of us?"
"I do. I don't know why or how but I feel it's true."
She nods and takes out her phone.
"What're you doing.
"I'm taking a picture and plus I wanna show dad to see his reaction. You mind if I have you in the pic?"
"No. Want me to do you guys next." She nods. "Smile!" He does and she takes the pic and hands her phone to him as she smiles and he takes the pic then takes out his phone and takes another pic of her.
"Why'd you do that?"
"I don't have a picture of you." He replies simply handing the phone back as he makes another copy of his pic of her and puts a filter of her in a flower crown and butterflies around.
Elly ️ ️ 1:20 P.M
-"Hey dad guess what?"-
Shota's phone lets out a soft chime and he looks at it as both Hizashi and Nemuri look at him and walk over to see what he's doing.
Shota (Dad.) 💛👜 1:20 P.M
-"What is it?"-
Elly ️ ️ 1:20 P.M
-"Me and Shota are at the cat cafe right? Ook but we found 2 cats that look exactly like us!"-
Shota (Dad.) 💛👜 1:20 P.M
-"What do you mean?"-
Elly ️ ️ 1:20 P.M
-"Sent 2 images"-
Shota's looks at them.
Shota (Dad.) 💛👜 1:20 P.M
-"..."-
"Wow she wasn't joking!" Nemuri says.
"That's neat!" Yamada adds.

-"Shota thinks that the cats are connected to us somehow. The top is a girl her name's Winter and the bottom is a boy his name's River."-
Shota (Dad.) 💛👜 1:20 P.M
-"I have to agree. When did they arrive in the cafe I don't ever seeing them."-
Elly explained what the waitress told them.

-"Oh, that's spooky."-

-"Sorry Hizashi stole my phone. And before you ask i'm at the school I was grading papers."-

-"Why do they keep stealing it?"-

-The real question is why am I friends with them?"-
Elly doesn't respond this time and Shoto looks over her shoulder amused as Nemuri steals Shota's phone again and says, "LET'S CALL THEM!" She presses the facetime button.
"N-" Aizawa gets interrupted yes Nemuri saying, "Oops, too late~!"
*Shota (Dad.) 😴💛👜 Calling*
She stares at her phone then looks at Shoto and looks back and answers it.
*"HII ELLY-CHAN~!"* Nemuri screams. Elly's ears go down. Then she sees Shoto. "HI SHOTO-KUN!"
They both look at the cats and back
*"Not to be rude Midnight sensei;"* Todoroki starts. *"But, could you keep it down? We're still in the cat cafe."*
*"Oh, of course! Sorry sorry!"* She says quickly and more quietly. *"So~ are you two on a date~?"* She teasingly asks.
*"N-no! I-it's j-just l-lun-nch."* Elly stutters.
*"Mhm~ sure~!"* Hizashi adds.
*"U-unc-cle Z-zash-shi~!"* She whines. *"S-sto-p~!"*
He and Nemuri laugh.
*"Hmph!"* She pouts, crossing her arms. When they called she had set the phone up against a napkin box.
Todoroki smiles a little thinking about how cute she looks when she's trying to be mad.
*"Well we should let you go to enjoy your date~!"* Nemuri says but before Elly could reply she hung up.
Meanwhile Shoto was trying to figure out a way to confess.
Elly looked at him and he was staring at the cat. He looked nervous as he petted it and she noticed.
"Sh-shot-to..?" She asked meekly
He was pulled from his thoughts as he looked back up at her.
"Elly…" He said barley above a whisper.
Her faced etched with concern now at the half ice half fire quirk user,
He takes both of her hands and grips them firmly but light enough to let her slip them out if she wanted. She didn't let go.
