Welcome back. We're coming quite good for this searies aren't we? Let's keep going.

To say the summer had gone very well for Harry and Tom and Jerry even though they were at the Dursley's. Even though the Dursley's tend to do everything from keeping Harrying away from his stuff, he and Tom and Jerry knew how to hand pick the lock on the cupboard under the stairs so Harry can get his summer home work done.

Hedwig was also aloud to be out of her cage sense Uncle Vernon didn't want to put up with her chewing on the bars again. Harry and Tom and Jerry had always sent her out to deliver some letters and hunt for food. Of course Jerry was glad she knew better than to go for him.

Harry was just about to finish his Charms essay when,

"What's going on here?" Asked uncle Vernon who walked in. "What are you doing?"

"My homework." Harry sighed.

"Homework? More like you're up to no good with your freakish."

"I thought you'd remember after last year." Said Jerry. "Harry's not aloud to use magic outside school."

"True." Said Tom. "But that doesn't mean he can't be aloud to do homework. He doesn't need magic to do it."

"Don't play with me. I know you're planning something."

"Then how about this?" Jerry asked as he pulled out a peace of parchment. "Just sign this and as long as you and Petunia and Dudley aren't doing anything wrong to us, you won't have to worry about any magic and/or trouble from us for the rest of the summer."

"What is this?"

"It's a peace treaty." Said Tom. "Just sign and no magic will be seen from anywhere but this room and you won't have to worry about any trouble from any of us as long as we don't have to worry about trouble from you guys."

"Fine." Vernon grumbled as he took a pen and signed his name. "Happy?"

"Very." Said Harry.

"You had better not been trying to tick me. My sister is coming tomorrow."

"Of course not. We swear it." Said Harry.

Vernon then just walked out of the room.

Of course, they had managed to get away with it. Because it really was a trick. That peace treaty in reality was Harry's premistion slip for weekend trips to Hogsmade Village.

Now that all of that was done, Harry turned back to his homework.

The next day, Harry and Tom and Jerry had opened the front door to let Vernon with his sister Marge and her bulldog Ripper.

"You three are still here are you?" She asked.

"You can say that again." Said Tom.

"Right. I still wish you were sent to an orphanage than being dumped on my brothers door step." Marge said as she walked to the family room. "Is that my Dudiley Dursley?"

Harry and Tom and Jerry just let it go and went to the kitchen to prepare dinner.

"Be a good boy and finish this for Mommy." Marge said as she gave the rest of her food to Ripper.

They had almost finished dinner as Harry and Tom and Jerry were taking the dishes to the sink. By then,

"We interup this broadcast to bring you an update on the escaped cinimal Sirius Black."

Harry didn't even pay much attention to the news report the moment he heard the name. He didn't know why but somehow it felt farmillier to him.

"What are you looking at?" Marge asked him.

"Nothing. Just thinking about my school. You know. St. Brutus's. A fine institution for hopeless cases." Harry quickly answered sense he knows Marge is not aware of anything about the wizarding world. "I've been there loads of times."

"Perfect. What was it your father did for children? Nothing am I right? He didn't work. He was an unemployed drunk."

"That's a lie!" Tom hissed.

"My father wasn't a drunk!"

The wine glass on Marge's hand then smashed.

"Oh don't worry. I have a firm grip." She said laughing.

"I think it's time you boys went to bed." Vernon said to the trio.

"Quiet Vernon. You three. Clean it up."

The three did as they were told and cleaned up the mess.

"Anyway it doesn't have to do with the boys father. It's more about the mother. You know Petunia. Your sister. You see. There's something wrong with the pitch then with the,"

"SHUT UP!" Harry shouted.

"Are you forgetting the peace treaty?!" Jerry shouted then.

"No." Said Vernon.

Of course the lights began to flicker as the wind picked up.

"Well did you tell Marge about it?" Tom asked.

"Well...no."

"Peace treaty?" Petunia asked.

"They told me they wouldn't cause any trouble if I signed a peace treaty."

"Hold on." Marge said as she looked at her right index finger.

It was swearing up. Like a balloon. And then her face did so to. Her whole body was inflating as her cloths began to rip up a bit. By then as she got bigger, one of her buttons flew off her shirt and hit the clock and made it go off.

"Vernon! Vernon! Do something!"

Before he could, Ripper ran and bit his leg.

"OW! RIPPER!"

And by then, Marge began to float up into the air. By then, her bead neckless had snapped off and fell onto Dudley's plate. The moment Marge went off her feet, another button flew off and hit Dudley on his head. Marge held onto the table cloth as she continued going up. As soon as Dudley got back up, another button flew and hit him again.

By then, Marge had hit the cealing bouncing off of it and then floated out the open back door. Vernon managed to move while Ripper still held onto him but he managed to reach Marge and grab her arms.

"I've got you Marge! I've got you!"

Unfortintly, Marge was so blown up that she began to over whate Vernon's strange and he too floated up with her as Ripper still held onto his leg.

"Don't you dare let go!"

"Sorry! I'm slipping!"

And yet, Vernon lost his grip and his arms slipped off of hers. Making her go higher up faster.

"Marge!"

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"

"Wait! Marge!"

Harry and Tom and Jerry got angry as they ran back to the room and slammed the door shut and pounded on the dwaer.

After that, Harry opened his trunk and packed up his stuff and a picture of his parents he kept on his night stand and the Hogsmade premition slip and everything else as Tom and Jerry packed up hobo sticks with their stuff for they had just enough of the Dursley's.
