In the Falling Forest, the Doom Raiders made their way back to their original camp grounds. The group made it through, Dr. Krankcase carrying a bag at his side. At the same time, Gulper, now back to normal size, was starting to get exhausted, and very tired of their hike.
Gulper: "Are we there yet?"-asked Gulper, tired-"Gulper exhaust from all the walking!"
Wolfgang: "Yes you big baby!"-said Wolfgang, annoyed
Gulper: "Hey, who you calling 'baby', you dog?"-said Gulper, insulted
Wolfgang: "Oh, you wanna..."
Golden Queen: "Enough, we're almost their!"-said Golden Queen, annoyed-"I can't believe I have to put up with this."
They only walk for a while longer, though it was getting difficult for them to keep Wolfgang and the Gulper from getting into a fight. Though eventually, they managed to reach their location, the old campsite that the Doom Raiders had set up in the Falling Forest. They looked around at the abandoned campsite, before bunking down for a while.
Dr. Krankcase: "So, this is your base?"-asked Dr. Krankcase, unimpressed-"I expected something a bit more...advanced!"
Chef Pepperjack: "Well this is all we got, rookie!"-said Pepperjack, upset-"Now deal with it!"
Dr. Krankcase: "Well, enough about the location, I have a gift for you!"
Dreamcatcher: "Cool, what is it?"-asked Dreamcatcher, excited
Dr. Krankcase: "Something I though you all might want back!"-said Dr. Krankcase, setting down his bag
Dr. Krankcase then set down his bag, opening to reveal Wolfgang's bone hard, Pepperjack's egg beater and Broccoli Guy's staff, as well as one other staff, with a fake chompy on top of it.
Wolfgang: "I like you already, doc!"-said Wolfgang, grabbing his bone harp
Chompy Mage: "Hey, I thought I'd lost this!"-said Chompy Mage, grabbing the staff-"Now, I'm fully powered again! Thanks doc."
Golden Queen: "Alright, now that we have our new members, it's time to start planning our revenge!"-said Golden Queen, laughing evilly
Intro: Harmony
At the Academy, Eruptor, Stealth Elf, Jet-Vac and Pop Fizz were all gathered in the main room of the Academy. They all been told that Kaossandra would call them in for a new mission, as well as introduce them to another team of Skylanders, who would also be assigned a mission. They all just waited, wanting to know who would be helping them.
Pop Fizz: "Hey is anyone else excited to meet this new team?"-asked Pop Fizz, excited
Eruptor: "I am, can't wait to meet these guys!"-said Eruptor, getting excited-"So, when will they get here?"
???: "We're already here!"-said an unfamiliar voice
The four look around the room, and saw a few Skylanders show up. The first to show up was a golem, made out of rocks, and glowing, green crystals, completed with two giant crystals for hands. The other three, gathered around the room, could be recognized as Flameslinger, Terrafin and Bash.
Pop Fizz: "Oh, hey, does anyone know these guys?"-asked Pop Fizz, curiously
Jet-Vac: "Well, those two are Terrafin and Bash, my old students!"
Stealth Elf: "And that's Flameslinger, I met him at the graduation party!"
Eruptor: "Good to know."-said Eruptor, pleased-"And what about that guy?"
???: "Prism Break, my name is Prism Break!"-said the golem
Jet-Vac: "Well it's nice to meet you all!"-said Jet-Vac, charmed-"So, which of you is team leader?"
???: "That would be me."-said another unfamiliar voice
They all turned to see who said that, it appeared as though his body was made entirely out of fire, with yellowish lightning near his "face", which apparently worked as eyes. He made up for his lack of a body, with being inside a set of blue and silver armor, with a sword attached to his left hip.
Jet-Vac: "Ignitor?"-asked Jet-Vac, surprised
Ignitor: "Nice to see you Jet-Vac!"-said Ignitor, equally surprised-"Haven't seen you since graduation!"
Jet-Vac: "Well, we both had protecting to do, and teams to lead!"-said Jet-Vac, slightly jokingly-"So, I've met your team, and this is my team: Eruptor, Stealth Elf and Pop Fizz."
Ignitor: "Well, it's nice to meet you all, and see you again old friend!"-said Ignitor, happily-"Bring it in."
Ignitor and Jet-Vac then walked up and hugged each other for a moment. The hug broke, after Kaossandra came in, with a piece of paper.
Kaossandra: "Good you're all here! Now as for your missions..."-said Kaossandra, reading the paper-"There's a group of sky pirates, attacking the Winter Keep, Ignitor, your team will take that!"
Ignitor: "On it"-said Ignitor, prepared
Kaossandra: "Good, and Jet-Vac, you will take your team to the Falling Forest to search for the Doom Raiders!"
Jet-Vac: "Got it, Skylanders unite!"-said Jet-Vac, heroically
The two teams then walk out the door, leaving the separate direction of their respective missions. Though the others wondered about Jet-Vac and Ignitor.
Eruptor: "Oh, how do you know Ignitor, J.V.?"-asked Eruptor, curiously
Jet-Vac: "We went to the Academy together, and might I add that it's nice to see him again."-said Jet-Vac, starting to get back on topic-"Anyway, let's get to the Falling Forest!"
The team then walks off, making their way to the Falling Forest.
Two hours later, in the Winter Keep, the second Skylanders team made it to their mission. As they arrived, it was hard to see do to the area being pitch black, and the blizzard. Ignitor unsheathed his sword, the blade igniting with flames as he did so. Prism Break started to glow, as his crystals could do that. Though it was dark, they still made their way through. Eventually, they found the attack, they saw many bird-like pirates attacking the frost elves.
Bash: "So this is the attack."-said Bash, prepared-"What do we do?"
Ignitor: "Okay, here's the plan."-said Ignitor, gathering his team together-"Terrafin, Bash, you two fight of these pirates, and protect the frost elves."
Terrafin/Bash: "Got it!"-said Terrafin and Bash, in unison
Ignitor: "Good, Flameslinger, you use your archery skills, and give us cover fire."
Flameslinger: "On it!"
Ignitor: "Prism Break, your with me!"-said Ignitor, turned to Prism Break-"We're going to the highest tower!"
Prism Break: "Got it."-said Prism Break, prepared
Ignitor: "Good, now let's do this!"
After that last word, the five Skylanders all split up in separate directions. A group of Sky Pirates had cornered some frost elves, one pirate raising his sword. Though before he could, he was hit in the face by Terrafin's golden gauntlets. Bash then rolling over the rest, the two then continue fighting off pirates. In another part of the Winter Keep, Flameslinger ran quickly to the top of a slope, flames appearing and disappearing behind him. He then stood at the top of the ledge, and pulled out his bow, as he pulled back an arrow, the tip setting on fire as he did. Flameslinger then released the arrow, and it flew into one ship, and setting part of it on fire. He then continued this action with various other ships. On the lead ship, the leader of the sky pirates, Tae Kwan Crow, stood at the bow of the ship, watching the ships be set on fire. Another pirate then came to him, his clothes covered in scorch marks.
Bird Pirate: "Sir, there are five Skylanders down their, messing up the operation!"-said the bird, desperately
Tae Kwan Crow: "What do you mean by, 'Skylanders'?"-asked Tae Kwan Crow, intrigued
Bird Pirate: "Well, three are down their fighting off the other pirates, and two are heading up to the highest tower.
Tae Kwan Crow: "Then we'll stop the ones on the tower!"-said Tae Kwan Crow, gripping he handle of the katana on his back
Ignitor and Prism Break made their way to the top of the tower, fight through sky pirates as they made it up the stairs. Eventually, they made it to the top of the tower, seeing the fight from everywhere around.
Prism Break: "Alright, what now?"-asked Prism Break panicking-
Ignitor: "Make a really big crystal."-said Ignitor, prepared
Prism Break then shot his beams to the middle of the floor, a crystal beginning to form as he did this. While watching this, Ignitor saw Tae Kwan Crow jump off the ship, his katana up and ready to slash at Prism Break. Ignitor then swings his own sword, and it collides with Tae Kwan Crow's sword. As Prism Break still needed time to finish that crystal, Ignitor took his sword and began to fight Tae Kwan Crow in a sword duel. The two fought, their swords clashing together as they moved towards the edge. Once at the edge, they locked their swords together, pushing hard against each other.
Prism Break: "It's done!"-said Prism Break, finishing the crystal
Ignitor: "Good, now shoot your beams into it!"-said Ignitor, struggling against Tae Kwan Crow
Prism Break shot his beams into the crystal, sending green ray of light in every direction, and wrecking most of the ships. Ignitor then used his free hand to grab Tae Kwan Crow, and through him over the side of the tower. Though fortunately for Tae Kwan Crow, he landed on the ship, and all the pirates began retreating. Ignitor and Prism Break then ran down the stairs, and met up with Flameslinger, Terrafin and Bash as they made it to the bottom of the tower.
Terrafin: "Guys, that was amazing!"-stated Terrafin, excitedly
Ignitor: "Alright, are the frost elves safe?"-asked Ignitor, concerned
Bash: "Yes, safe and counted for!"
Flameslinger: "You know, Ignitor, that was an amazing plan!"-said Flameslinger, impressed
Ignitor: "Maybe so, but I couldn't have done this without all of you."-said Ignitor, humbly-"Now, let's get back to the Academy!"
The five then walk off together, moving towards the exit of the winter keep.
In the Falling Forest, the other team of Skylanders had been searching the place for about two hours. Jet-Vac had his vac-gun held out in front of him, Stealth Elf holding up her daggers, and looking left-to-right, Pop Fizz with two of his potions ready to throw and Eruptor with just his lava ready incase they were attacked. The four had been searching the Falling Forest for quite a while, and they had not found the Doom Raiders. With this flaw in their search, a few started to question the situation.
Eruptor: "This is just getting ridiculous! I mean, how do we even know they're back here anyway?"-said Eruptor, angrily-"I'm just saying, we all know about this campsite, so returning wouldn't be their smartest choice!"
Stealth Elf: "We know that, but this is all we've got."-said Stealth Elf, annoyed-"They might not be here, your right, but we don't have any other leads."
Eruptor: "Okay, that makes sense, but I'm just saying that they aren't very smart if they return here."-said Eruptor, assuringly
Pop Fizz: "You know, he does have aaahhhh..."
Pop Fizz was cut off, and started to drift off, the four heard some odd music playing, and began to feel like their brains were turning inside out, as the music only played further. Wolfgang then slowly stepped out from behind some trees, playing his bone harp, which was what caused the peculiar music. He played until the four Skylanders were all left completely hypnotized, and started dropping their weapons onto the ground. Wolfgang then continued playing his bone harp, and leading them into another neck of the woods.
At the Academy, the other team had returned from Winter Keep, making their way up to report this information to Kaossandra. They made their way through the front yard, and into the main hall of the Academy. The five of them just walked towards, until they reached Kaossandra's study, and walked up to her, Hugo following close behind her. When they reached the Kaossandra, Ignitor tapped her arm to get her attention.
Kaossandra: "Oh, you came back?"-said Kaossandra, surprised-"So, how was your mission?"
Flameslinger: "The mission was a success."-said Flameslinger, seriously-"The sky pirates are taken care of, and all the frost elves are safe."
Kaossandra: "That's good."-said Kaossandra, as she realized something-"By the way, how did you make it back, before the other team?"
Bash: "Wait, they didn't come back?"-asked Bash, concerned
Kaossandra: "No, they should have finished their search hours ago!"
Prism Break: "That makes no sense, the Falling Forest is way closer than the Winter Keep."- said Prism Break, worry in his voice-"They should have been back way before us."
Ignitor: "That's correct."-said Ignitor, seriously-"Something must have happened."
Kaossandra: "That's correct, which is why you all will go to the Falling Forest to find them!"
Ignitor: "On it!"-said Ignitor, heroically-"Skylanders, unite!"
The Skylanders just started to waking all feeling groggy as they opened their eyes, blinking to try and adjust to the light. They all adjusted to see the blurry figures of the Doom Raiders.
Golden Queen: "Rise and shine, Skylanders."-said the Golden Queen, mockingly
When their vision cleared, the Skylanders tried to run up and attack them, before realizing that they all had their hands behind trees, and tied up in ropes.
Eruptor: "You can't keep us tied here with ropes!"-said Eruptor, struggling against his restraints-"Okay, that's tight."
Stealth Elf: "What is it that you want with us?"-asked Stealth Elf, angry
Golden Queen: "Isn't it obvious?"-asked Golden Queen, smugly-"Revenge."
The other team of Skylanders had come through Falling Forest, searching for the missing Skylanders. Though when trying to look, Terrafin was nearly crushed by a falling tree branch.
Terrafin: "Okay, where the heck are they?"-asked Terrafin, annoyed-"We've been here for almost two hours!"
Prism Break: "You know, I'm with Terra for once!"-said Prism Break, surprised-"We haven't found anything that would lead us to them."
Though they were all annoyed about the bad searching, they continued their way to look for the Skylanders. They walked for a moment, before Ignitor stopped as he stepped on something. He then looks down, lifting his food to see that he had stepped on a broken, glass bottle, then looking to see Pop Fizz's potion bag.
Ignitor: "Does this look familiar to anyone?"-asked Ignitor, picking up the bag
Bash: "Yeah, and so does this."-said Bash, picking up Jet-Vac's jet pack and vac-gun
Terrafin: "Don't forget these."-said Terrafin, holding Stealth Elf's daggers
Flameslinger: "Why would they just leave their weapons laying around?-asked Flameslinger, skeptically
The five just search around the area, as they exactly what they needed. They see five sets of footprints, going in one direction. They then recognize four of the sets of footprints as that of the Skylanders, and followed the trail of footprints.
The Skylanders stood against tue trees, and struggled against their restraints. For once, they all felt the same sense of fear, Jet-Vac having laid at least six eggs, while they were their, causing him to become embarrassed. They were all afraid that the doom raiders were to get revenge, and they were powerless to do anything about it.
Golden Queen: "Well now I know what to do with you."
Pop Fizz: "What is that?"-asked Pop Fizz, getting scared
Golden Queen: "Well, I could use a few more trophies!"-said Golden Queen, empowering her gold-forming power
Golden Queen then through out her hand, sending a golden ray of light towards the Skylanders. Just when they thought they would be turned into gold, six green crystals emerged from the ground, and shielded them from the shot. They then look to see that the other team of Skylanders came to their aid.
Prism Break: "Not on my watch, Goldilocks."-said Prism Break, slightly gloating
Eruptor: "Thank Eon, you guys came.-"said Eruptor relieved
Jet-Vac: "How did you finds us?"
Ignitor: "You didn't come back, so we came to search the forest."-said Ignitor, unsheathing his sword-"Now hold still."
Ignitor then cut their restraints, one-by-one, until they were all free again. Bash then hands Jet-Vac, Stealth Elf and Pop Fizz back their weapons. The crystals descend into the ground, and the Doom Raiders were left star's truck at the appearance of these new Skylanders.
Dreamcatcher: "More Skylanders, are you joking?-asked Dreamcatcher, annoyed
Golden Queen: "It doesn't matter, we can take them!"-said Golden Queen-"Doom Raiders, Attack!
The Skylanders and Doom Raiders then run in and start attacking. Though before attacking, Chompy Mage hits his staff to the ground, and a massive amount of chompies came and attacked the Skylanders. Gulper moves in and plunges his trident towards Bash, who dodged and swings his tail towards Gulper's face. Eruptor then starts shooting the lava balls, and burning Gulper. Golden Queen got ready to turn Prism Break into gold, but he countered her power beams with his own.
Prism Break: "Gold, meet crystals."-said Prism Break, countering Golden Queen-"Hey guys, if it's okay, I wanna take care of this antique my self!"
Ignitor: "Go for it."-said Ignitor, fighting off chompies
Chompy Mage held back against Jet-Vac, Terrafin and Pop Fizz, though he was left cornered by them.
Chompy Mage: "You fools, you don't know the power I have now that I got my staff back."-said Chompy Mage, raising his staff and puppet.-"Call it, Chompy Puppet-'Okay, CHOMPY POWER!!!!!!'-"Ahh, that's right."
Chompy Mage then slammed his staff to the ground, and transformed into a giant chompy. He then roared and ran at the group of Skylanders. Meanwhile, Dr. Krankcase aimed his gun towards the Skylanders, to get them stuck, and make it so that they could not fight back against the Chompy Mage. Though his plan was thwarted, as Flameslinger shot an arrow that hit his gun, then quickly ran to and knocked Dr. Krankcase back. Chef Pepperjack tried attacking Ignitor with his egg beater, though this prove hard, as Ignitor held his own, and fought against the evil chef. Ignitor used his sword to block the egg beater, then kicked Pepperjack in the shin, before knocking him to the ground, as Flameslinger did the same with Krankcase. Bash then rolled into a ball, and rolled forward to knock the two villains out cold. Terrafin broke off from the Chompy Mage fight, and went in to help Eruptor with the Gulper. Eruptor threw lava shots that hit the Gulper square in the face, and Terrafin jumped up to punch him in the face, with his golden gauntlet. Unfortunately, Eruptor and Terrafin didn't realize Gulper collapsing, and he trapped them by their bottom halves.
Eruptor: "You have got to be kidding me."-said Eruptor, annoyed
Terrafin: "Your telling me?"-asked Terrafin, equally annoyed
Prism Break continued using his beams and crystals in order to fend back the Golden Queen. He summoned various crystals, and shot his beams into them, causing them to reflect, and hit the Golden Queen, knocking her to the ground, unconscious. Chompy Mage, in his giant chompy form, continued to attack, so Pop Fizz through a potion that hit him in the face, and caused orange smoke to engulf the mage's head. Bash then jumped up and swung his tail into Chompy Mage's face, knocking him out, and transforming him back into his normal self. Stealth Elf was seen, fighting off chompies, then she saw Wolfgang and Dreamcatcher at either side of her. Wolfgang tried to play his bone harp to hypnotize Stealth Elf, but he jumped up and punched him in the face, then teleported behind him and kicked his back, after she teleported to the front and snatched his harp, while kicking him in the stomach, finally hitting him with his harp and sending him flying. Dreamcatcher tried to dash forward, but Stealth Elf teleported to the top of her head, and punched her in the face. Stealth Elf then jumped down, and swung Dreamcatcher around by her hair, and sent her into a tree, knocking her out. All of a sudden, Stealth Elf was suddenly hung upside down, dropping her daggers as she was lifted into the air. She then looked to see that it was Wolfgang, picking her up by her leg.
Wolfgang: "You've gotta do better than that."-said Wolfgang, angrily-"How about I show you what happens when you mess with me like that?"
As Wolfgang said this, he started raising his arm higher in order to slam Stealth Elf to the ground. Stealth Elf kicked his paw with her free leg, and repeatedly tried to teleport out of Wolfgang's grip, though her power was no use when she was being grabbed by someone. Wolfgang then raised Stealth Elf as high as he could, readying himself to slam her to the ground. Though he stopped, seeing a wall of fire start erupting around him. He then noticed that Flameslinger was running around him, creating a wall of fire as he ran. Flameslinger loaded an arrow into his bow, and as he had made a C of fire, he released the arrow that hit Wolfgang's wrist, causing the werewolf to drop Stealth Elf and howl in pain. Flameslinger then dashed towards Stealth Elf, catching her in bridal style, as he finished making a circle of fire around Wolfgang and running away from it. Wolfgang then looked to the circle of fire, when all of a sudden, the circle erupted into a column of fire, engulfing him in flames. Flameslinger then stopped at one spot, and slowly put Stealth Elf down, the chompies running away as this happened. The column of fire disappeared, and Wolfgang just stood their, his fur slightly scorched, and he passed out from the burn. Bash then used his great strength to lift the Gulper enough so that Terrafin and Eruptor could get out, after that, Eruptor went running towards Stealth Elf.
Eruptor: "Thank goodness."-said Eruptor, hugging his friend-"Your okay, right? No broken bones? No scratches?"
Stealth Elf: "I'm fine, Eruptor."-said Stealth Elf, pushing her friend off her-"Really, I am."
Though, the rest then see Chompy Mage slightly wake up, and raise his staff. This caused the chompies to come and carry him, and the other unconscious doom raiders away from the falling forest. Though the Skylanders decided that they have had enough trouble, and would stop those villains another day.
Author's Note: I should let you know, the part where Flameslinger saved Stealth Elf's life, I should quickly let you guys know something. There was a similar part in Watch Seeker's story, Elven Problems: Elf Way, that I used a inspiration. So, for that, I want to give a shoutout to Watch Seeker for giving me that idea. Anyway, back to the story.
The Skylanders returned to the Academy, seeing that it was sunset when they returned. They walked across the yard, getting ready to rest after their epic battle.
Jet-Vac: "Thanks again for saving us."-said Jet-Vac, gratefully
Eruptor: "Yeah, if it weren't for you guys, we'd be golden statue."
Prism Break: "Don't mention it."-said Prism Break, humbly-"We were just doing the right thing."
Ignitor: "Yeah, also, it's great to see you again, old friend."-said Ignitor, happily-"I missed when we'd go on adventures like this."
Jet-Vac: "Yep, just like the good old days."-said Jet-Vac, patting Ignitor on the back-"So does this mean you guys will help us more often?"
Ignitor: "Yes, that's exactly what it means."-said Ignitor, hugging Jet-Vac
Bash: "Well, now that that's out of the way, we should get home."-said Bash, tired-"I'm exhausted."
Terrafin: "He's right, see you guys tomorrow."
The two teams then split up, though Stealth Elf quickly teleported over to say something.
Stealth Elf: "Hey, Flameslinger?"-asked Stealth Elf, tapping Flameslinger on the shoulder
Flameslinger: "Yes?"-Flameslinger responded
Stealth Elf: "I just wanted to say thanks, for saving me back there."-said Stealth Elf, gratefully
Flameslinger: "Hey, it's like Prism said, I was just doing the right thing."-said Flameslinger, humbly
Stealth Elf: "Well, either way, thank you."-said Stealth Elf, starting to blush
Flameslinger: "You are most welcome."-said Flameslinger, patting Stealth Elf on the shoulder-"See you around?"
Stealth Elf: "Yeah, see you around."-said Stealth Elf, blushing slightly more
Flameslinger then turned on his heel, and walk after the rest of his team. Stealth Elf then did the same, and walked towards her own team. Though when she caught up with them, Eruptor didn't make the walk home easy.
Eruptor: "So, what was that all about?"
Stealth Elf: "I was just thanking him, for saving my life."-said Stealth Elf, awkwardly
Eruptor: "Really? Well, do you maybe..."
Stealth Elf: "What? No, don't be ridiculous."
Stealth Elf then turned her head away from Eruptor, pulling up her mask to hide her blushing face. Though unfortunately for her, Eruptor wasn't a fool, so he didn't believe her, but he decided to mind his own business. The Skylanders then made their way home, ready to rest from their epic fight.
