Twilight

Author's Note: Okie Dokie. Time for a poem, kiddies. Gather 'round, gather 'round.

Jobber: Get on with it!

-sigh- Ah…okay. This poem is NOT written by me. This poem is written by my dear friend Emily. Who is also a good old Twilight fan. Enjoy.

Disclaimer: I do not own Twilight…no matter how much I want Edward.

On with the poem!

Twilight

By: Emily

The apple's red skin

The temptation to sin

He won't let it win

He refuses to give in

In the dark of the night

Not a savior in sight

He pretends his delight

As she cries out in fright

Though scared by his eyes

She refuses to cry

And he'd rather die

Then to tell her goodbye

She begged him to bite

But he'd rather fight

Then to see her delight

At the end of her life

In love there is strife

In death there is life

Your world is balanced on the edge of a knife

"I love you," he whispered into the ear of his wife.

It's short…but it's so GOOD. She writes such good poems. Review, and I shall pass them on! Thanks--Moriko-Demon
