Disclaimer: I'm sorry I forgot the last one, please don't hurt me! I do not own the nightmare before Christmas, I wish I did, but I don't. Author's note: The first couple of chapters aren't set in Halloween town, so I'll throw in some Halloweenie bits. Chapter 1: Abducted

Camilla was looking forward to Halloween. It was her favorite time of the year and she had everything planned. She thought about the party she was organizing as she walked back from school. She would have to do it at home, there wasn't anywhere else. She groaned as she thought of her mother and step-dad, hamming it up, embarrassing her in front of her friends. She hated them both so much. They could afford a Ferrari and mum's expensive plastic surgery, but they couldn't afford to have Camilla take the bus to and from school. Which meant she had to trudge 4 miles everyday. I'm an accessory to them, she thought, they don't love me. I'm like one of those small pet dogs famous people carry in their purses.

As she thought this, a curious sensation swept over her. I'm sure we have all experienced it before, the sensation of being watched. Usually, a quick glance behind you is enough to assure you that you are alone, but when Cam turned around she saw a women in a long gray coat hurrying towards her. She had a young, plain face that was framed with brown hair, which despite her youthful appearance was streaked with gray. The eyes behind her round-rimmed glasses were remorseful.

" Can I help you?" asked Camilla nervously. Those brown eyes, never leaving her face, were beginning to creep her out.

"I'm so very sorry, please forgive me." The woman whispered, drawing a needle loaded with a clear blue liquid out of an inside pocket.

Camilla's mind panicked, she couldn't run. Ohno, ohno, please no. She felt a sharp jab in her arm and looked down at the now empty vial. Her vision filled with darkness as the ground rushed up to meet her.
