While Landmine and the newly created Leobreaker were trying to figure out what to do with Scourge and the Jungle planet key, Vector Prime, Lancex and the kids were on an uninhabited island searching high and low for the precious Omega Lock. And after several hours of intense searching, the kids heard what they knew as the sound of the Omega Lock and so they informed Lancex and Vector Prime of what the kids had heard. The Prime then asked where the kids had heard the distinct sound and the kids pointed to where they thought it was coming from.

Taking the Prime and Lancex to the top of a cliff, Bud pointed out over the open ocean. "If you ask me, it sounds like it is out there" Bud said, pointing to the ocean. Coby and Lori agreed and pointed in the same direction as Bud had. Lancex wasn't completely sure, as he wasn't as in tunes with things, but he said nothing as he had been fooled before.

Vector Prime nodded quickly and then pointed his sword in that same direction and it signaled that it sensed that the kids were right. Not wanting to investigate this alone, as the cons had a sneaky habit of just appearing, Vector Prime called in Autobot reinforcements.

A short time later, Optimus, Scatter shot, and Jetfire arrived on the uninhabited island that Vector Prime and his very young posse had located.. They had received the message. The kids are thoroughly explained what they had heard and where they had heard it from. Optimus nodded and then stated that they were going to go for a dive. Scattershot was nervous and darn near lost his oil in fear, but Bud reassured him. Jetfire expressed concern about the Gundam not being water tight and Lancex stated that same technology that allows this device to float in space safely with humans inside would allow Lancex to go to the bottom of the sea.

Once all the kids and Lancex were safe and secure in a bot, they headed down beneath the waves. They hoped that they would be able to find what they were searching for and without bad company joining them. The question was could they locate the lock before the Cons found them. It was only a matter of time, or so they thought.
