Disclaimer- I don't own Power Rangers or any of that stuff if I did Kim and Tommy would still be together.
AN - Not all chapters be from Kim's POV. I'm not a fan of the letter or of the TommyKat pairing but I promise no Kat bashing.
Kim Hart had already accomplished her goal of being a professional gymnast, now she was a famous singer. She was finishing up a tour in her native Angel Grove, California in a place owned by an old friend. The Angel Grove Youth Center is where her concert would take place.
Kim's POV
Kim wondered around the empty Youth Center. It was after hours but Ernie had given her special permission to be there as long as she promised to lock up. She walked over to the workout area and over to the bench he had always used. She closed her eyes as tears ran down her face remembering his laugh, his smile, his eyes, and his love for her. 'Stupid Stupid Stupid.' she thought. ' I never should have sent that letter. Damn it I still Love him' She walked away from the bench to the gymnastics area. She stared at the balance beam and remembered how after she fell Tommy had bought her a little white teddy bear and he was there for her all through losing her power coin. 'Maybe there is still some of his stuff in his old locker' she thought as she headed over there. She opened it, 'Wow! He left a lot in here' she found his old gym bag and emptied his locker. She came across a picture for them the Christmas before the letter, they were kissing under the mistletoe. 'I was so stupid. I gave him up for a stupid dream. No, he is happy. He has someone else. Probably a wife and kids by now.' Tears flowed freely again as she remembered all the things that they had done together. From him being evil to him losing his powers and becoming the white ranger to her giving up her power coin. She wiped away her tears and made herself a smoothie. While she drank it more memories came along with more tears. She was miserable not that she would tell anyone. Finishing her smoothie she grabbed her purse, Tommy's gym bag, and the keys to the Youth Center. She locked up, left, and drove around Angel Grove until she stopped in front of his old house. She pulled into the driveway and sat there in silence for a few minutes. Then, she headed home, she was staying with her mom while she was in town. She pulled up grabbed her things locked the car and headed into the house. She headed upstairs to her room and locked her door. Once she was in the safety of her own room she broke down and cried again. Though her tears she took out a pair of his old clothes, sprayed them with his cologne and put them on. She climbed into her bed and drifted off to sleep.
