Don't Deny It.
Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger

Chapter One: A Anticipated Arrival Comes True

It was another chilly September day... The best time to buy my Hogwarts utencils. The best time to see all my dear friends again... But my mind couldn't help but anticipate the arrival of a certain somebody...

Draco Malfoy

Why was I thinking about him anyway? I loathed him. I detested him. But I couldn't keep my mind of him. Why?

You like him

Pish-posh. What a bunch of nonsense. Of course I couldn't like him! He was well... complicated! I mean, he even called me a mud-blood for Merlins sake! How could I forgive him for that? Stupid Malfoy. This is all his fault. Why did he have to enter my mind so many times? I sometimes find myself... fancying him. Oh no. Oh no. It's happening again. I have to rid my thoughts. Breathe Hermione. Breathe. I have to stop thinking for a moment, and calm down.

"HERMIONE! HERMIONE," yelled two intertwined voices.

I quickly turned around to see a boy with dark brown hair, and big round glasses, and a boy with red hair, that I fathomed often, with green eyes.

Harry Potter & Ronald Weasly

"Great to see you again, boys! How was your summer," I asked, smiling.
"Great, how was yours," asked Harry, eagerly.
"It was pleasent," I replied.

"Let's get going," said Ron, grinning wide "I want to get this shopping part over with,".

I shook my head, but couldn't help my smile underneath.

I walked into a bookstore, to, what else? Pick my my books. Just as I set foot inside, I bumped into a figure.

"Watch it, mudblood," it said.

I looked up to see none other than Draco Malfoy.
My heart skipped a beat.
This definately wasn't normal.

He has such resplendent eyes.

"What are you looking at," he asked "Mudblood,".

"Back off Malfoy," yelled a voice behind me.
I turned around to see Harry.
What great timing

"No- Harry... it's alright..," I said.

"But Hermione; you're just going to let him call you a mudblood," questioned Harry, fuming.

I used my fore-finger to rub my temples..
"Harry-," I said "It's fine. Malfoy is Malfoy,".

Draco Malfoy's Point of View
She departed, leaving me in the prescence of Potter and Weasly. Although she was gone, her prescence was still there.
The way she looked at me

Potter cleared his throat, obviously trying to get my attention. "Get off her case, Malfoy,".

"And what are you going to do about it, Potter?".
Potter fumed, causing me to smirk. Merlin, this is absolutely awesome.

Later On...

(Third Person's Point of View)

Hermione walked along with Harry and Ron down the train, conversating about their new year in Hogwarts... They took a seat in an empty cart, and chatted away amongst themselves.
What they didn't notice, was that a blond-haired fellow was walking along, intentionally bombarding their ride.

"Hello... Potter," said Malfoy.
"What do you want Malfoy," said Harry, gritting his teeth.
"I want to talk to Hermione," he said.

He's never called me by my first name before

"Listen Malfoy, you lay one finger on her, and I swear, I'll kill you," whispered Harry torwards Malfoy, so that only he heard.

Hermione didn't refuse and walked out the cart.

"What do you want Malfoy," she asked, wearily.
"Nothing," he said "I just wanted to see you alone,".

Alone? Me? With him?
