Storylover213: I'll add her. Doesn't make sense that I add Cheetah to the harem in the DC version of this story, and not Tigra in the Marvel version. And yes, I do know Cheetah and Tigra are different, I was just trying to prove a point.

The saiyan boy: Thanks.

Disclaimer: I do not own Devil May Cry or Avengers. I only own the OC Drake Redgrave.

"So, I saw you getting real friendly with Gwen the other night." Drake smirked at Peter as soon as Peter sat at the table. It was lunch and the cafateria was filled, as usual, with the students and some of the teachers. The place was noosy and loud... but that's humans for you.

"N-No I wasn't." Peter stuttered with a blush. "I was just... I mean... we were..."

"Stop getting him so flustered, Drake." MJ said as she sat beside Drake, their shoulders brushing against each other. They hadn't had time to talk about the kiss they shared last night, nor what it meant for them now. Both knew that they need to talk about it before things get damaged beyond repair. "He was only talking with Gwen."

"Yeah, that's how it always starts in those romance stories with the geeky, smart boy and the attractive blonde that's looking to be an MIT student." Drake said.

"She's looking to get into MIT?" Peter blinked.

"No, I was pointing out the plots of most romance stories that... I just literally explained it." Drake said, looking baffled at his friend before giving MJ a look as she snickered.

"Whatever man, I was just talking to her." Peter said.

"Sure... but then you want to do more than simply talk. Soon enough you'll be going over to her place, studying homework in the bedroom, then the next thing you know you're both making out and you're ready to put the-"

"Drake!" MJ cut in as Peter was looking so embarrassed and blushing furiously. "Stop before he dies of embarrassment."

"Hey, I'm helping him out here." Drake defended himself.

"It's not helping!" peter said as he quickly left before Drake could tease him some more, which just made the Half-Devil chuckled. Though his chuckles soon faded as he knew he'd have to confront Peter soon about one thing he discovered last night.

Peter was Spider-Man.

Thankfully, Peter didn't recognize Drake's voice as Sparda, hard to since Drake had a voice disguiser in his mask.

"So..." MJ started, a little awkwardly as she played with a strand of her hair while Drake felt the obvious tension. She then looked around and frowned. "Can we go somewhere private to... talk about... last night?"

Drake nodded. "Sure."

Five minutes later, they were in an empty classroom and sittinga cross from each other. Neither were looking at the other, nor speaking. Drake was playing with his hands, MJ was trying to figure out what to say.

"About last night-" MJ started.

"If you think it was a mistake because you were drunk, I'm not blaming you." Drake said.

"I... wasn't." MJ said. She was thankful she hadn't gotten too drunk to the point she wanted to bed Drake. They only had a makeout and then the incident with Flash occurred. "Look, I wasn't lying when I said I was genuine about my feelings for you. I did mean that kiss, it wasn't because I was drunk."

"What made you feel such for a guy like me?" Drake asked, wondering honestly how she could feel romantic feelings for him.

MJ gave him a small smile. "Well, you're a stunning stud for one thing, but the looks are just a bonus instead of the main reason. There's your personality. You make me laugh, you care for me, for Peter. you aren't like any other boy I've met. Most hit on me and try getting into my pants right off the first meeting."

"You weren't exactly subtle with your desires for me." Drake said with a smirk. "I felt your hands underneath my shirt that night I drove you home."

"I didn't hear you complaining about it." MJ smirked back at him. They both went silent again, thinking. "So... we can either see where this goes and try a relationship or..."

She didn't need to finish her sentence. Drake knew what she was saying; Try a relationship or end their friendship if the other didn't want this.

Drake thought about it. He did have feelings for MJ. She was smart, funny, beautiful, she wasn't like anybody else in this school, nor did she bully Peter or see him as a delinquent because of his white hair. Plus, her red hair was a bonus since he loved redheads. All these thoughts made Drake come to one conclusion and gave him his answer.

'Well, actions speak louder than words so..'

Drake leaned forward, tipped MJ's chin up before gently pressing his lips against hers. MJ closed her eyes and kissed back, sliding her arms up his shoulders. Drake then pulled her over and onto his lap, causing her arms to slide up and go around the back of his neck to hold on while placing her legs on either side of him. Small moans and content sighs left them as they kissed, their tongues battling each other as Drake's hands went from her waist to her ass cheeks and squeezed through the jeans she wore.

Drake lifted MJ up and placed her back-first on the desk as their makeout started to get more heated and passionate. MJ moaning as she grinded a little against him and ran her hands through his hair, gripping it tightly a bit as he bit down on her lip lightly. Drake then placed a hand under her shirt and left it on her stomach, tracing circles on her skin. He dared not go further than that as they had just began the relationship.

Eventually, air became an essential need and they broke apart, panting but remained in their current position, staring down at each other while panting.

"You... sure know... how to kiss." MJ breathed, panting.

"Yeah... well thanks. So do you." Drake said with a chuckle before he leaned off her and she got off the desk. "So, Mary Jane Watson... will you go out on a date with me tonight?"

MJ smiled at him. "Drake Redgrave, I'd be happy to."

'Okay, it's 5:00, which means I got two hours before my date with MJ. Enough time to track down Peter, who's probably out as Spider-Man right now, and talk to him.' Drake thought, dressed in his suit as he stood on a rooftop and looking at his watch before sliding his sleeve back over it as he looked out for Spider-Man.

However, he didn't need to wait long it seemed.

He heard the 'twip!' sound and the sense of something coming at him before whirling around and grabbed the webline, yanking it towards him when caused Spider-Man to yelp in surprise as he was brought straight into a rugby tackle by Drake.

"Ow... that hurt." Peter groaned as Drake stood. "Dude... you the Terminator under there? Felt like I just got tackled by a brick wall!"

Drake chuckled and rolled his eyes. "Be thankful I didn't do a full force tackle, or you'd have broken ribs." He offered his hand and Peter glanced between him and the hand hesitantly before taking it and Drake pulled him to his feet.

"Alright." Despite the helping gesture, Peter did not let his guard drop and warily watched the masked figure. "You can start by telling me how you knew who I was."

"That's obvious." Even with the mask on, Peter could tell the guy was finding this amusing. "I recognised your scent."

"My scent?" Peter questioned dubiously. "How do you know what I smell like?"

He tensed up when he saw the masked figure move and watched as he raised one arm up to his face and pulled the hood down, then grasped the mask. Then he pulled it up and off, revealing the face of his best friend. "No way." He gasped out in shock as he stared at Drake's easygoing smile. "Drake?"

"Yep." Drake said, popping the 'p'. "Surprised?"

"Yea." Peter whispered out, unable to believe that his best friend had powers. He had suspected, but he did not know if it was true, but that begged the question of what exactly his powers were, how long he had had them and why he was dressed up like a vigilante? "You're trying out this hero stuff too?

"Yeah, I'm Sparda, the new vigilante going around these past few weeks." Drake said. "From the latest news, I'm starting to be more noticed."

"How can you not be noticed when you leave bad guys beaten to almost a pulp?" peter pointed out, to which Drake just shrugged his shoulders at.

"You have questions, obviously." Drake stated more than asked.

Shaking his head, Peter allowed his body to finally relax. "How long have you been doing this for? Have you just started out and why the hell did you cut my web like that? It wasn't exactly a comfortable landing!" Towards the end, his voice rose in both pitch and volume, the shock of his friend's revelation wearing off.

"Wow, way to go at getting your priorities straight." Drake snarked and Peter mocked laugh.

"Ha ha, very funny." Smirking, Drake shrugged his shoulders again. "So... what can you do?"

"Well, that's the interesting part about me." Drake said with a sigh. "You see, Peter... I'm not exactly human."

"Wait, what?" Peter blinked. "So you're a mutant?"

"No." Drake shook his head. "I was born half-human... half demon."

"WHAT?!" Peter shouted in shock and surprise and took a step back in his shock. "A-A demon? You're telling me that demons exist?!"

Drake gave him a look. "Peter, we live in a world where there's a destructive creature known as the Hulk going around with very big anger issues, and there's a race of people with superpowers that everyone calls mutants. Are you REALLY surprised that demons exist?"

"Yes!" Peter nodded, getting a sigh from the half-Devil. "Wait, so that does that mean Heaven, Hell, God, the Devil... they all exist?"

"Yeah, I believe so." Drake nodded. "My dad was a demon, and he fell in love and married my mother, who was human. I was born from their union, a Cambion, the son of a demon and a human. I was given superhuman strength, senses, speed, agility, even a healing factor which I discovered after a demon pierced it's claws through my guts, but I feel like I haven't unlocked my potential yet. My father gave me this when I was a kid." He reached up and unsheathed Rebellion, staring at his reflection in the blade. "I always wondered why though. Does it have something to do with the demonic power within me?"

Peter stared, his mind at work to think about this. His mind thought back to Drake's remark about the healing factor, and he glanced at the sword before blurting out without thinking

"You ever tried stabbing the sword through you to see what happens?"

Drake looked at him like he just shouted he was Adolf Hitler. "The hell would I want to do that? Yeah, I know I can heal fast and shit, but still... the fuck would I want to stab myself for?"

"It's just a thought!" Peter quickly said as Drake shook his head at him. "So... what now?"

"Well, we just continue doing what we do... probably have a team-up at some point." Drake shrugged as he put his mask back on and put his suit's hood up, followed by his coat hood. He sheathed Rebellion across his back. "See you around, Spider-Man."

With that, Drake turned and ran for the ledge of the building, jumping off. Peter ran to check on his friwned but found him landing on his motorcyle and driving off.

"Man, when did my life get so strange?" Peter asked himself. "Oh yeah, when I got bitten by that spider."

As Peter turned and swung off, a figure in the shadows had been watching Drake for quite a while, focused on him rather than the insignificant arachnid. The figure chuckled darkly.

"Soon, son of Sparda... your test will begin."

"Okay, freshly showered, dressed up... aftershave, smell fresh and nice." Drake muttered as he looked at himself in the mirror, making sure he had a good appearance for his date with MJ. He was wearing a short-sleeved black shirt, light blue trousers, black sneakers with white laces, and had a black leather jacket set out for him to wear.

This was his first date, so he hoped he didn't fuck it up. This was actually his first relationship, so he hoped he didn't fuck that up as well.

He heard the doorbell ring and took in a deep breath before exhaling and nodded to himself in the mirror before going downstairs and walked over to the door, which he opened...

And the sight before him took his breath away.

MJ stood there, dressed in a blue skirt that stopped halfway down her thights, showing off an amazing set of legs. She also wore a red-sleeved shirt with a jacket over it. Drake could smell her perfume and the shampoo she used as her hair was free, straight looked like a waterfall of red water. She smelled like... strawberries.

"Woah..." Drake breathed as he looked her up from head to toe, staring at her legs for a bit before locking with her eyes as she smirked at him seductively.

She gave him a wink. "Face it, tiger, you just hit the jackpot..."

Could NOT resist that line at the end. So yeah, Drake and MJ have kicked off a relationship and are going out on a date. Will something interfere in this date or will it go smooth and like any proper date? Well, this is a world of superheroes and stuff, so... perhaps.

Sorry for the long wait on this, was contemplating whether to bring in Black Cat before the party and have her be Drake's first girlfriend, but I decided to stick with MJ. I want to point out that MJ will NOT be a simple, defenceless human forever. She will gain powers of her own, maybe something from the DMC side of things, something demonic.

Now, I'm going to start setting up the villain for this as every hero has their starting point, like Batman in Batman begins and all the other Batman beginning movies and shit. All heroes had an arc where they stepped from the shadows and beat a bad guy, which was then brought onto the news and the city gains a hero.

That kind of thing, and of course with Drake he'll be noticed by certain... government organisations.
