[ ~ Chapter • Start ~ ]
For two weeks, Kayblis has been leading his troops to take over 7 of the large territories on the eastern, northeastern, and northern parts of Dracorell.
He knew it would take more than just two weeks to go around Dracorell and capture more territories.
Luckily, while he took over those captured territories with help from his army and party members, they saved a few towns and some more villages and gained the trust of around 500,000 Dracorellian People and saved a force of 45,382 Anti Cult Rebel Force simply named the "Dracorellian Freedom Fighters", consisting of mostly Lis Humans and then different Dragons, who joined his growing ranks of soldiers. Not to mention a few thousand Trinitians and Eikolnians who were locked up on several jails.
The same people were on the process of being safely escorted to their respective nations at the end of the two week time skip.
Gaining the trust of the "DFF (Dracorellian Freedom Fighters" given him a big advantage against the Cult, as they have crucial information about the cult and their current base of operations, which predictably was Magus City with the population of 2.45 Million Lis Humans.
There is a small chance that Magus City is just a diversion to their true base, so Kayblis might also need to search fir any remnants of the fake cult.
Plus, the Eikolnian rescue team he asked to help the Dracorellians and even rescue our people that were captured have arrived.
Their leaders?
Oh, one of them was Ramses Eikoln, and the other was his second daughter Lucia. They led an army of 30,000, and Kayblis noticed that Lock wasn't even there.
He might be still recovering at his town.
Camilla also arrived, with 20,000 Dragons under her.
No matter how strange it was, it does not change the fact that Camilla and the powerful dragons were now an ally of Kayblis.
An explanation later, a Great Alliance was formed under the banner of Kayblis.
Yet it seems like when Camilla and Shadow met each other while Kayblis was present. The former lost a chance to interact with him, resulting in a slight grudge towards the latter, another reason was that the latter was seen biting intimately on Kayblis's neck.
"Yeesh, what's with the glares to each other?" Kayblis asked the two, who were glaring towards each other on the eyes with imaginary sparks clashing between Camilla and Shadow. Once he did ask the question, the two immediately glared towards him with noticably less or without anger instead.
"Kayblis... who is this woman? She smells strange, like many flowers around a... raw lizard." Shadow commented, curious about the woman who honestly has the potential to be her rival.
This only made Camilla a little more irritated.
"Grr... I'm Camilla, the princess of the dragons! I must remind you, that the flowery scent around me is simply perfume... And you are...?" Camilla replied, rather with a lot of restraint towards this other woman.
"Hm, I am Shadow, a very long time friend of Kayblis. I've heard some about you, though I never knew someone like you would get infatuated over someone who defeated you in a fair fight and you've both barely even interacted with each other." Shadow introduced herself to Camilla, yet there is a lot more between them right now.
She spoke facts, and the Dragon Princess needs to restrain herself even more... well, except when her cheeks had started to heat up.
"What...?! Hey, it's not like I already liked him when we first met!" Camilla retaliated, yet Shadow was amused, putting her hand near her mouth and started to chuckle.
"... I think that's enough, both of you." Kayblis spoke, not wanting this situation to escalate even further by grabbing both women's shoulders and gently pushing them away from each other.
They definitely have many things to plan right now, and this would only serve to slightly stall him a little.
Shadow and Camilla's rivalry for Kayblis's love had actually just started after that, he just didn't know what would happen because he is currently a busy man.

[ Location: Unknown ]
"What do you mean our forces are turning their back against us?! And they all did over this... fake?! Not just that, but you all failed to kill my sister?" A masked man shouted in frantic anger, slamming his fist on the throne he was sitting on, making a dent on where the armrest is.
"Y-Yes, Herr Heiliger." The kneeling soldier replied, terrified of a punishment that was going to happen soon.
The other higher-ups around here didn't even react, as if they saw only a weakling kneeling in front of them.
His allies behind him also knelt with him, trembling on their knees.
"... How disappointing." The Herr Heiliger's chilling voice resounded all around the room, before he raised his hands and put them forward.
The soldiers were now completely useless, they would all die here.
"Your judgement has come."
And then the now useless soldiers' souls were literally pulled out of their bodies, and moved like missiles towards their target to the Herr Heiliger's hands.
The said souls were then absorbed by him.
"... Ahhh...! That gives me the spark!!!" The Herr Heiliger yelled, feeling energy flow through him by consuming those said souls as if he was becoming addicted to it.
"Soon, I'll achieve World Peace with my extraordinary powers, where only Lis Humans exist. I don't care how much is needed to be sacrificed, but if it truly is needed, then I'll do it myself! Right, my friends?" He proclaimed, not noticing that his skin was already mutating.
His "friends" were completely silent, and then he did realize something.
He had already absorbed their souls, for the better and not for the worse.
"I get it. Your sacrifices will not be in vain. I'll attain world peace by any means, as this is what you wanted, right? Lord Kayblis?" He declared, his delusions starting to take over his body.
The Herr Heiliger, unbeknownst to him, was that his soul has started to become more polluted, only being held back by his other delusions.
A day after the meeting, when all supplies for all troops (of course, led by the several different leaders) that were needed to be sent out to capture the false cult's territories moved forward in different ways, Kayblis also moved towards the direction where Magus City was with his party members and units led by his second daughter and the units from the Dracorellian Freedom Fighters.
He planned a smart diversion so that most of the forces would completely focus on the other leaders excluding himself.
What about the leaders?
Camilla advanced with 20,000 dragons on the north-western parts of Dracorell, he did care about the Lis Humans there enough that her army was only required to kill the ones on the fake cult.
Emperor Eikoln moved to capture the southern parts of the Dracorellian Territory with 25,000 of his units.
The Dracorellian Freedom Fighters and his daughter's units, the other rebels that willingly betrayed the cult because of Kayblis himself will split to different groups once they are close enough to Magus City, leaving only him and his party members to enter the City secretly.
They would also require to be extra careful, too. Getting found out is a very critical thing that shouldn't be done, so he also had Butch and Margarine support the DFF while two of the most skilled of the DFF's assassins joined him in exchange.
In a few days, they encountered a village that was captured by the Cult of Kayblis, and in an instant, the cult members, now known as of the "Pawn" rank, the lowest rank of the Cult, including soldiers and all who blindly followed it.
The "pawns" were all killed and not even given a chance to surrender, and the villagers were thankful. He and his army had done a few more easy to medium difficulty side quests involving saving a village or town, eradicating a base of operations and gaining more trust from the Dracorellian people and people from other nations on their way to invade Magus City, but, halfway through it...
"This is the moment we split up from each other. Father... good luck and be careful..." Lucia spoke, trying to not be worried about her father.
Yet her expressions are completely betraying her.
"You're worried that I, and also your not-so-blood related sister might die being found out in the City, so you really wanted to go with us. Ain't that right?" Kayblis asked her, in which her red eyes widened for a moment and her body flinched.
She was silent.
"Hmph! You worry about us too much!" He exclaimed with a confident grin, before reaching up to her head and immediately patting it.
"I'll tell you this only once: Don't underestimate me. I'm much stronger than you think." He assured to his daughter, who sighed in acceptance before bowing her head in front of him.
"Understood."
Some time after that, the pace of movement for Kayblis and his party members became faster while two units that were around 40,000 in size moved towards the territories much closer to Magus City, outside or nearby the path the other units took.
Their only path was where Kayblis wanted them to be, after all, he kind of planned it all.
And why did Kayblis want to invade Magus City in a secretive manner, anyways?
He wanted information, and he will get it, while sneaking killing some of the higher ups living there and visiting the City's shady places for good enough secrets, it might be one of the keys towards their victory, hopefully he and his party members could find a shady place underground.
And no. It wasn't easy going inside the city for now, as several hundred thousand soldiers moved towards different locations.
"Heh. They've already been alerted, huh? Good, good... Just as planned." Kayblis confidently spoke, while he and his party members are inside an illusory bush he made.
He had to remind his current party members that they shouldn't make any sounds, as they might be caught.
After half an hour, when all the cult's soldiers that moved out from the City were gone, Kayblis stood up.
"The only thing we need to do now is use fake names and disguise ourselves as the cult's "Pawns", then... we will all use skill with the help of luck. Now, let's move." He said, moving forward while casting a spell that alters their appearances a little bit.
