Stephen, Toni, and Steve were in the parlor talking after they had returned from King's Crossing; when heard, "James, what's wrong?"
"Lils, I am still processing a lot especially since it's Nix's third year at Hogwarts." James said.
"I know what you mean, James. At least, Stephen and Toni have raised into a Lady that can defend herself with and without magic." Lily said.
"That's true, Lils." James said.
Stephen, Toni, and Steve were quiet while the Potters were talking.
Lily noticed the blonde haired and blue eyed man and asked, "May I ask your name sir?"
"It's Captain Steve Rogers, ma'am or Captain America." Steve answered politely.
"Lily? James? Sorry for not introducing you to everyone." Toni said.
"It's okay, Toni." Lily said.
Suddenly, James said looking at the blonde haired man with blue eyes, "Did you say that your name was Captain Steve Rogers?!"
"Yes, sir." Steve said.
James let out a string of bad words for a moment then said, "Sorry, it's just Dumbledore said that you died but here you are alive and Nix's Godfather as well."
"I was frozen in ice for seventy years, sir. So, I'm adjusting to the times but it was an honor to meet Fleamont's granddaughter and she certainly can surprise people. " Steve said.
James smiled and said, "In a way, I am happy that Stephen and Toni have raised our daughter well. Now, she has you, Sirius, and the rest of the Avengers along with S.H.I.E.L.D. to help her out. I am pretty the old fool would feel like he had been hit by the killing curse if he knew that Captain America is Nix's Godfather as well."
"We plan on it with Sirius's help." Stephen stated.
"What do you mean, Dr. Strange?" Lily asked curiously.
So, Stephen explained what had planned just in case, Dumbledore did something that allowed Nix to be emancipated before her seventeenth birthday as well as keeping it a secret that Sirius had had a trial to prove that he was innocent so Sirius could charge Dumbledore with an act against the Black Family. When Stephen finished explaining everything; both James and Lily as well as baby Harriet well Nix smiled mischievously which meant that they agreed with the plan.
"Well, count me in on this as well, Toni and Stephen." Steve said.
Toni was surprised that Steve wanted to help with this plan.
Steve saw the look Toni was giving him and said, "Well, I am her godfather as well and Dumbledore needs to learn that Family whether they're blood related or not; you don't mess with people who consider family or true friends."
Stephen just chuckled and said, "I believe everyone will agree with you on that, Captain Rogers."
Stephen, Toni, and Steve along with the portrait of Lily and James as well as baby Nix decided to plans to shock Dumbledore in more ways than one way.
Back with Nix...
The Dementors had just passed through the train looking for Sirius Black. Professor Remus Lupin handed each of them a peice of chocolate to nibble on.
"Professor, what was that spell that you casted?" Nix asked curiously.
Remus smiled at Nix and said, "That was the Protronus Charm."
"That was amazing." Nix said.
"Harri, quit pestering the Professor. " Hermione said.
Remus frowned a bit and he was completely aware that the young witch that asked about the spell that he had casted was in fact Harriet Potter from her scent; however, he caught the scent of two others which meant that Harriet had been blood adopted by magic. He wasn't going to bring it up unless she wanted to tell him.
Nix looked at Remus and just smiled then said, "Professor, thank you for saving us from those creatures."
"You're welcome, Ms. Stark-Strange. I understand that you had a very exciting Summer according to the Daily Prophet." Remus said.
Nix chuckled and said, "Yeah, it was a crazy Summer. Although, I think it only means that something very bad will be coming our way very soon."
Remus just nodded.
Hermione and Ron had questioningly look on their faces.
Nix huffed and said looking at Ron and Hermione, "You two need to pay attention to your surroundings more or less. Otherwise, you'll miss the important details of what's going on. "
Remus chuckled as he was reminded of James and Lily. He also noticed that she would probably do some things like her adoptive parents as well. So, in a way, he was glad to have keen senses due to him being a werewolf.
"Harriet, so what do you plan on doing this year?" Hermione finally asked.
Nix ignored Hermione.
"Harri, Hermione is talking to you?!" Ron said.
Remus was watching this and from what Dumbledore had said in the letter turned out not to be exactly true.
"Professor, before I forget. I was to give you this." Nix said handing Remus a peice of parchment.
Hermione tried grabbing the parchment and was immediately shocked by magic.
"Bloody hell! Hermione, are you okay?" Ron asked.
Remus seemed concerned but took the peice of parchment from Nix.
"Professor, don't worry. My father enchanted the parchment so no one but the person that it was to go to got it instead of someone else." Nix stated.
"Your father must be well taught with magic then." Remus said.
"He is and it keeps him very busy with his job." Nix said, "Also, it's for your eyes only, Professor Lupin."
Remus was surprised by the reference to a James Bond film title. So, Remus decided to read the parchment to himself:

When Remus read this he was absolutely appalled to learn that Sirius was Harriet's Godfather by the godparent ritual which meant that if he had actually betrayed Lily and James then he would've been dead. He was also shocked to learn that Albus Dumbledore was considered an enemy to the bloodlines of Nix.
Then Remus looked at Nix who just nodded to confirm his unspoken question.
Remus paled just as the parchment went a flame because he realized that the Minstery of Magic had imprisoned a Lord of an Ancient and Noble house. It also meant that Dumbledore couldn't touch the Potter Vaults or Lucius couldn't touch the Black Family Vaults.
Hermione and Ron knew that they had to report this to Dumbledore immediately.
Meanwhile, at Hogwarts...
Albus Dumbledore was trying to figure out why he couldn't get into the Potter Vaults or why he couldn't exactly get Harriet Potter under his control. He knew that he had left Harriet with Petunia Dursley but apparently something had gone wrong.
He was surprised when an American witch named Phoenix Jasmine Stark-Strange had come to Hogwarts for the first time. However, he believed that she was actually Harriet Potter; so he called her as such. He had managed to get her to face Voldemort twice but every time; she wouldn't answer to Harriet. He wondered if this year would be any different.
Suddenly, an owl flew into his office and he recognized it as Ms. Granger's handwriting which informed him of parchment that had been handed to Remus Lupin by Phoenix Stark-Strange. He wondered what had been in that peice of parchment. Could that peice of parchment had held the answer that he needed to control Harriet Potter?
He decided that he would meet Phoenix personally at the station in Hogsmeade. However, little did he know that someone was planning to call Phoenix as soon as she got there.
Hogsmeade Station...
Remus was going to ride up with Phoenix and some other third year students; when just as Dumbledore appeared, Nix's watch phone went off.
Dumbledore was astounded that a watch was working and was about to say something when he heard her say, "Hello, Captain."
Dumbledore couldn't believe what he was seeing. It was Captain America, Steve Rogers himself.
"Hello, Nix. Your parents asked me to call you and made sure that you arrived safely." Steve said.
"Everything is okay now, but there was a little hiccup in the train ride." Nix stated.
"What kind of hiccup?" Steve asked curiously.
"Dementors boarded the train searching for Sirius Black; but Professor Lupin protected us from them." Nix stated.
Remus stepped into view because he was surprised that Muggle Technology was working amongst magic.
Steve saw him and said, "Thank you, Professor Lupin for protecting Nix along with some other students."
"You're welcome, Captain." Remus said.
"Also, Nix? You realize that your parents will be informed of what has happened." Steve stated.
"Don't bother, Steve. We heard." A feminine voice said.
Remus was stunned to see a woman with a glowing blue light in the middle of her chest as was Dumbledore.
"Mom?" Nix said.
"Hello, kiddo. Your father is probably about ready to throw several different hexes." Toni said.
Dumbledore was surprised to know that Harriet's so called adopted father was magical.
"I take it that he's not happy." Nix said.
"No, he's not and Cap may come with him to Scotland and so will Hawkeye when he returns." Toni said.
"Okay, Mom." Nix said.
Dumbledore wondered who this Hawkeye was.
"By the way, Nix...do you think that your Potions Professor might be able to us with something?" Toni asked.
"What is it? And I'll see if he could help." Nix said.
"Well, your Father would like his opinion on what Magical plants might be the best for a potion ingredient garden and if they may possibly survive the harshness of New York winters." Toni said.
"I'll see what Professor Snape says, Mom. Anything else?" Nix questioned.
"Ask this Professor Snape if there is any potions that we should be wary of just in case we run into some magical trouble but the the magical trouble that your father deals with." Steve said.
"Sure thing, Cap." Nix said.
"At least, you're not calling me 'Capsicle' anymore, Nix." Steve said.
"I only call you that because Mom did for a while but the nickname sticks, Cap." Nix said with a grin.
Steve sighed and then said, "We will alert you if you need to know anything, Nix."
"Okay, Cap and all of you be careful." Nix said.
"Aren't we the ones to say that to you, Nix?" Toni said smiling.
Nix smiled back at them and then turned off her watch conn.
Several weeks later...
Things were going pretty smoothly and Professor Snape gave the answer to Nix at what her father was wanting to know about certain magical plants that could possibly be grown in New York and stand to the harshness of the New York winters.
Nix had Hermione as a partner in potions this year and she was really starting to annoy Nix.
Nix took a deep breath just to calm hersel.
Professor Snape had seen Ms. Stark-Strange do that during her first two years as well and wondered why she did it. Then he realized it was because of Ms. Granger and the youngest Weaseley boy. However, he noticed that she got along with the Weaseley twins very well.
Of course, Severus wasn't the only Professor that noticed the fact that Ms. Stark-Strange was friendly with the Weaseley Twins instead of Ms. Granger and the youngest Weaseley boy.
The other Professors were noticing it as well and they heard a lot of the Muggle-borns talking intensely about the article that had been published in the Daily Prophet constantly that it was amazing how Ms. Stark-Strange was handling the fame as well as the Press.
During lunch...
"STARK?!" Draco said.
"It's Stark-Strange, Malfoy. However, what may I help you with?" Nix asked.
"Why is the Daily Prophet writing about you and your family?!" Draco questioned.
"All I can tell you is that what happened in New York over the Summer is really big news. I am sure that it will return to normal." Nix said.
"Hey, Phoenix?" Fred asked.
Nix turned and face the Weaseley twins and said, "Yes?"
"Our parents have heard about Captain America aka Steve Rogers because helped in the war against Grinwald. So, how is it possible for him to be alive?" George asked curiously.
"Cap was frozen in ice for seventy years. He's also my godfather and trust me, he has had hard time adjusting to this century a little bit; but he's still a good guy." Nix said.
Dumbledore was sitting at the head table and was stunned to hear this of all things as well as the other Professors.
Suddenly, Theodore Knott threw something at Nix. Everyone was in shock as Nix caught it just as Captain America would catch his shield.
"How did you do that, Nix?" Neville asked curiously.
Nix smiled as she handed the dish to the house elf and said, "After what happened, Cap decided to help me learn some things that he knew from his training in the military."
The Muggle-borns gasped at hearing that.
"Phoenix, how are you able to handle the Press?" Padma asked curiously.
"Yeah, I mean the Press will be bugging you constantly about what happened in New York?" Parvati said.
"My mother, father, and my Aunt Pepper along with My Uncle Rhodey and Uncle Happy taught me how to handle the Press." Nix said.
Once again, everyone was stunned.
Later that week...
Nix knew that Dumbledore was planning something that she immediately contacted her family to let them know; so they could be prepared for anything.
Hermione, Ginny, and Ron were still trying to figure out what to do this year about Harriet who a lot of people were calling Phoenix instead of her real name which was Harriet.
Well, the time finally came for Nix to save Sirius Black considering that he had already had a trial in America and the results of the trial had literally already been sent to Amelia Bones which was Susan Bones's Aunt.
Dumbledore thought everything was going according to plan regardless of the fact that Captain Rogers is now considered Ms. Potter's godfather now. He wondered if he could influence both Captain Rogers along with Sirius Black into getting Ms. Potter to do what he wanted.
Little did Dumbledore know that his plan would not work at all because Nix had filled Captain Rogers in on everything that had happened to her and how she had become Toni's and Stephen's daughter. Also, the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. had been made aware of the situation as well along with Sirius Black.
Moments later...
Nix found herself back in time with Hermione trying to save Buckbeak and Sirius Black. She hated the fact that Hermione didn't realize that a lot of people hated her for being a know-it-all because it made her look like a complete snob and it was really bad. Sure, Nix was a know-it-all herself but she didn't brag about it because there was a time and place.
When they had rescued Sirius Black from the tower; Sirius Black had placed a privacy barrier so he could talk with Nix privately about some things. Then he left on the back of Buckbeak.
A few days later after Sirius's departure; Sirius sent Nix a brand new broom which was a firebolt. Nix just smiled and took it for a test flight.
She loved the freedom of flight whether it was on a broom or the flying device that she had created had tested out during the battle of New York. She understood how her mother, Toni felt when she would put on her Iron Maiden suit.
"I can't believe that we finally finished our third year." Hermione said.
"Same here." Ron said, "So, Harriet, are you going to be staying with us this Summer?"
Phoenix didn't answer because she had been moody because Remus had resigned ad the Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor because someone let it slip that he was a werewolf and Remus believed it might have been Professor Snape that said something about his little Fury problem; but she knew that it was a possibility of Hermione and Ron.
"Harri?" Hermione said.
Phoenix didn't answer and boarded the train. However, she did wonder what her Summer Holidays would hold for her this year. She had to admit her life had become more adventurous since she had a second chance at life to grow up without the drama from the Dursleys.
Ron was trying to get her attention; when Fred and George entered the compartment.
"Hey, Nix?" Fred said.
Nix looked at Fred and George in acknowledgement.
"What are your plans for the Summer?" George asked curiously.
Nix smiled and said, "I have no idea at the moment. Why?"
"Well, the Quidditch World Cup is being held here this Summer." Fred stated.
"Is there a reason that you're asking me about this?" Nix said.
"Well, Dad got tickets to it for the Summer and we were wondering if you would like to come?" George asked.
"I would love to and knowing my parents; they'll probably let me as long as my betrothed comes with me." Nix said.
George and Fred were stunned to here that. Ron grinned at hearing that and Hermione smirked.
"Who is he?" Fred questioned.
"Well, he's my betrothed but he's also my soul bonded or soulmate as some would call it." Nix said.
Hermione and Ron were shocked it hear that.
"Hello, Nix." Luna said.
"Hello, Luna." Nix said.
"Something happened to your Hawk." Luna stated dreamily.
Nix's eyes went wide at hearing that and just then her watch started going off.
"Are you going to answer that?" Fred asked.
"Yeah, I better because it could be important." Nix said, "Hello?"
"Hey?" A young man said.
Nix blinked and said, "Hey?"
"I think I have the wrong number." The young man said.
Nix chuckled and said, "Maybe, but what's your name?"
"Um...it's Peter Parker." The young man said.
"Well, Peter, it's nice to meet you even if you called while I am on a train." Nix said.
"Same here and sorry for bothering you, Miss..." Peter said.
"My name is Phoenix Stark-Strange. " Nix said.
Peter's eyes went wide with shock and said, "You're Toni' Stark's daughter ! I'm so sorry, Ms. Stark-Strange."
Nix chuckled and said, "It's okay, Peter. I'm actually surprised that someone gave my number to you."
"Actually, a girl gave me this number saying it was her number." Peter said.
"It's the old ploy of a person giving someone a wrong number." Nix stated.
Peter blushed and said, "I guess so."
"Peter, it's nice to talk to you. Let me introduce you to my friends." Nix said.
Peter was stunned to meet Phoenix 's friends and said, "Nice to meet you all."
"Nice to meet you as well Peter." Everyone said.
However, Ron and Hermione were actually writing something and walked out of the compartment. George decided to follow them to find out what they were up to.
"What's wrong with those two?" Peter questioned.
Nix sighed and said, "I don't know exactly but they are acting very suspicious. Well, they have for the first three years anyway."
"Wow, that's bad." Peter said.
Nix chuckled and said, "So, how old are you, Peter?"
"I'm fifteen years old, Ms. Stark-Strange." Peter said.
"Well that makes you a year older than me because I won't be fourteen until the end of July." Nix stated.
"Are you serious?!" Peter said in shock.
Everyone chuckled at that.
"Um...did I miss something?" Peter questioned.
"Well, I'm sure you've heard of Sirius Black?" Nix said.
Peter nodded.
"Well, apparently because his is spelled S-i-r-i-u-s like the dog star there's a pun about his name because it sounds like s-e-r-i-o-u-s." Nix said.
"Oh? I guess that would make sense." Peter said.
"Peter?" Nix said.
"Yes?" Peter said.
"I think I like to consider you, a friend." Nix stated.
Peter's eyes went wide with shock that Phoenix Stark-Strange wanted him as a friend. Then he said once he was snapped of his stupor, " I would like that, Ms. Stark-Strange."
Meanwhile...
George was hiding as he quietly listened to Hermione's and Ron's conversation. As he listened; he was completely shocked at what he was learning and he knew that he had to inform Nix right away.
Unfortunately, he had been caught by Ginny, Hermione, and Ron. However, it was Percy that saw what they were doing. He had come to George's rescue and was very disappointed in his two younger siblings and Hermione.
Moments later, Percy appeared with George in the compartment were Fred was.
"What happened?" Nix questioned.
"Nix, Dumbledore is up to something and our two younger siblings along with our mother and Hermione are in on it." Fred said.
Phoenix was completely shocked well not completely shocked; but she was stunned that Ron and Ginny would attack family.
Apparently, Peter asked, "Is he okay?"
"Yes, but he's a little shaken." Percy said looking at whoever said that.
"Percy, this is Peter Parker; he lives in New York. Someone gave him my number as a cruel joke." Nix said.
"Nice to meet you, Peter Parker." Percy said.
"Same here, Percy." Peter said.
Well, Peter was still talking to his new friends until they entered the train station then they hung up.
Phoenix and the others disembarked from the train. Phoenix saw Happy and walked over to him with worried expression and a smile.
"Miss?" Happy questioned.
"I am worried about Hawkeye but I made a new friend as well." Nix said.
"Who's your new friend, Nix?" Happy asked.
"His name is Peter Parker and he's a year older than me. However, has something happened to Hawkeye?" Nix said.
Happy sighed and said, "Sort of. The Avengers ran into some trouble on one of their missions and well they ran into some people did something to Mr. Barton. "
"Was it Hydra? or Could it have been followers the one killed my biological parents?" Nix asked curiously.
"Don't know, Ms. Nix. But how did you know that something had happened to Mr. Barton before I told you?" Happy questioned curiously.
"Luna Lovegood told me that something had happened to Hawk." Nix said.
"How did she know?" Happy asked curiously.
"Luna is mysterious but sweet in her own way. It's possible that Luna is a seer and she's a good friend even though there are times that she may not make sense." Nix said.
Back at Hogwarts...
Dumbledore had just received a letter from Hermione and Ron; which informed him that Harriet had a soulmate soul bond. And in the Wizarding World that was rare; plus, it meant that it could be dangerous if you try to mess with a bond like that.
Albus Dumbledore was really furious now; because all of his plans were ruined for Harriet Potter. However, he was still confused as how Captain America was involved with Miss Potter. Not to mention, he still couldn't get into the Potter Vaults or even the Black Vaults.
Something was going on and Albus Dumbledore wanted to know what it was. He hoped that when Harriet started her fourth year that his plans would work this time.
However, little did Albus Dumbledore know that Phoenix Stark-Strange was getting excellent training from the Avengers, the Sorcerer Supreme and other sorcerers, along with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Sirius Black who was a free man and working for S.H.I.E.L.D.
Back with Phoenix...
Nix was happy to be back home in New York; especially at Stark Tower which has become Avengers Tower for now.
"Nix, welcome back!" Toni said.
"Thanks, Mom." Nix said.
"Nix?" Stephen said.
"Yes, Father?" Nix said.
"We've received a letter from Gringotts that told us that in the eyes of Magic herself that you're emancipated. Do you care to explain?" Stephen asked curiously.
So, both Nix and Clint explained what happened when arrived to Hogwarts in their fourth year. When they finished explaining well telling the entire story; both Stephen and Toni were not exactly upset that Nix had been emancipated but they were upset with Ron Weaseley and Hermione Granger and how they seemed to be trying to get their daughter to admit that she was actually Harriet Potter and accepting that her name is Phoenix Jasmine Stark-Strange permanently.
"Mom? Dad? There might be a possibility that Dumbledore may consider coming and getting me along with Clint and take us to Grimmauld Place which is Padfoot's childhood home." Nix said.
"Well, we do have business here in London anyway and we'll be going to Gringotts to go ahead arrange the marriage contract between you and Clint. Will that be okay?" Toni asked curiously.
Both Clint and Nix nodded.
