Hi guys. it's me again. I'm here to distribute you another chapter of my 'questionable' fanfic if you haven't read the last chapter (which was a disclaimer) I suggest you do it at this point before moving on; I left very important messages that if you haven't seen it will probably leave you quite confused on this chapter.
Anyway, I'm happy to say that we've finally arrived at Baratie. This was an arc that i was really excited because of several reasons that I won't mention now. but before we begin, obviously I'm going to bring the episode that comes before the baratie arc, which many of the OP fans already know.
But this time I decided not to watch the episode as I write. (yet) I decided to do something a little different, before. Starting to take advantage of the fact that we finally have the Going Merry. It's not very much, but I feel relaxed in my mental results. ("I feel confident in showing you this" is what I meant for those who didn't understand.)
And I would like to continue with this until the end of this story. But anyway. Hope you like it.

Resume: Many strange things happened during those days. after leaving orange town Together after recruiting her 3 new companions, Nami, Marisa and Alice. Luffy and the gang, continue their journeys to fulfill their dreams. fulfill their dreams.
A few days later, they arrive in a quiet village where a big-nosed liar named Usopp lives. Suwako Moriya's descendant, Sanae Kochiya had also been thrown onto that island by one of Yukari's loopholes. Sanae was excited because the place where she was was one of the islands that made an appearance in one of her favorite anime (even having its own arc) None please. there she meets Usopp, a character that Sanae didn't recognize along with her companions Pepper, Onion and Carrot (Three children who admired him a lot and called him 'Captain'.)
Seconds after entering the island. Sanae intercepts the Straw Hats, thinking they are evil pirates, but that thought vanishes after she sees 4 of her friends who had been thrown into that world.
Looking for a ship. they enter a white mansion where Usopp resides telling a girl lies and making her laugh. until a cold, half-hearted butler showed up and kicked them out of there (including Usopp who got pissed off after the butler insulted his father who was a pirate.)
after being kicked out of the mansion. Luffy and the gang, ends up discovering that the butler is actually a pirate who intends to kill the girl from the mansion. they then plan to stop the pirates from crossing and reaching in village.
After many events, fights and twists. the Strawhats manage to defeat the Pirate Butler and save the village. and at the end of it all, Usopp and Sanae join the pack, along with a Ship as a gift from the girl at the mansion. after giving thanks they sail towards the next island. and this is where we stopped. let's see what happens next.
Somewhere in East Blue.
{in the vast sea}
Nothing really interesting was happening on the Going Merry. it was morning. East blue's sun shone deep in the ship and the bright ocean.
Alice was drinking tea while reading a book, very collectively while watching the ocean, alongside Shanghail. she stopped looking at the ocean and remained silent turning her gaze to the flying doll as if she was about to say something.
"These last few weeks have been quite exciting, don't you think Shanghail?" Alice spoke calmly to the doll. She was right, since she joined the Straw Hats, several 'incidents' have occurred on the islands where they have been. (mainly Orange town and Syrup village) Things she was used to, but not as much at the same time. for they were in a completely different place from where they lived.
Instead, of Youkai were pirates with abilities similar to those of Youkai. and they also had to sail in a wooden ship.
"More than the strangest idea, that crossed Yukari's head... to think that such a world with no relation to the outside world exists... pirates, devil's fruit seems like an illusion created by someone. I imagine she doesn't have anything better to do, and she just suggested it to us because she was bored." Alice reaches a cracker before providing herself with it.
"But there's something else that's been bothering me... I've noticed that my attacks are less efficient now. This place doesn't have a good source of magic compared to Gensokyo's. Not that I care much." Alice glances at the sea.
"But Marisa most likely does. Pure aggression and power are her means of 'strategy'. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she already had plans to find a new source of magic."
"HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAID, YOU BETTER GET RID OF THIS JUNK! IT'S PUTTING A LOT OF WEIGHT ON THE SHIP!!!" Nami yelled at marisa holding a huge bag of junk.
"DID YOU GO CRAZY BY ANY CHANCE'!? THAT'S WHAT I DO! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, DON'T LOOK AT IT!!"
"AS IF I HAVE A CHOICE, THIS THING CUT OFF THE REMAINING SPACE I HAD ON THE BED, AND NOW IT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO BREATHE!! I ALMOST SURFHOODED TO IT LAST NIGHT HAVING INHALED THE ESSENCE OF THIS THING IF YOU CAN STILL CALL IT THAT!! THROW IT ALL AWAY OR I WILL MAKE IT MYSELF!"
"THEN I CHOOSE OPTION NUMBER 2. NOT EVEN IF I WERE DEAD I'LL THROW AWAY MY GOODS, BITCH!!"
"When she is not arguing with someone over something stupid that is." Alice sigh's knowing full well what was going on just from hearing it. that made her stop looking at the sea and turn to Shanghail. "Should I stop them, shanghail?" Alice asked.
Shanghail then shook his head left and right, a command given by Alice. "You have a point, none of my business." Alice said non-chalantly before giving the doll a cracker.
"Let's just seize the moment, for now. Since. All of a sudden, we're going to come across a new island soon."
Alice then took a sip from her tea, before looking out to sea again in silence. 'i wonder, what awaits us in this world...'
On the other side, from Going merry then. we can see Youmu watering flowers planted in soil that appears to have been added to a large part of the ship.
She then moved away from the plants before putting away the watering can. "There. That should be enough for now..." she said to herself. "Now, I have time to do other things." Youmu then descended and headed somewhere else.
"Oi, Youmu." Zoro woke up on the floor. "Are you finished?"
"Yeah" She replied on her Stoic and emotionless tone, before Zoro stood up and headed in the same direction Youmu was heading. "got it. Follow me quick then. There's something I've been wanting to see for a while."
Youmu nodded and followed the swordsman.
"No Idiot, you're not ment to he swinging the Hook as if you had an earthquake in the face."
"Gee, Usopp, you didn't tell me it was this hard."
"it isn't. what's more, it just happened to be that you're completely incapable of doing something as simple as not moving your arm."
"This is a mess..."
"If only everyone could be quiet that would be a little easier."
Luffy, Reimu, Usopp and Sanae were fishing. And as you can see. Things weren't going so well for them.
...
"Agh! I can't take it anymore, this is so boring and exhausting." Reimu Squeals before throwing her fishing rod away. "no fish in this sea at all. 5 or 6 hours of this for nothing. this is pointless! I just decided to be part of this 'session' because I was already at my limit of boredom."
"huh?" Luffy turns confused.
"Miss Reimu, you look very upset. Fishing is a game of dedication and concentration. may seem frustrating at first but-" " Sanae noticed.
"you're not helping, Sanae!" Reimu retorted.
"oh... will you leave then?"
"That's what I intend to do now. I'll see if I can find something to do here." Reimu said as she walked away from them.
"Hmm..." Sanae stares at Reimu quietly before turning. 'What did i say wrong?' She thought.
"Oi, Sanae!" Sanae then heard Luffy calling her. "How long do I have to stand here?"
"You got her attention just to ask something you already asked me, and already know the answer off." Usopp muttered which Luffy ignored.
"Huh?- AH! I had almost forgotten about that!" Sanae said shyly. "I-I think about 2 minutes should be enough. but it still depends on the sea itself."
"2 minutes!? Aww, my arm is already cramping!" Luffy whined like a child.
"Stop whining, and get going. It's not that bad, squishy. We'll switch positions later." Usopp said.
"Okay, okay, okay. but you're next." Luffy said before turning towards the sea again silently.

...
"Hey Usopp, has it been 2 minutes already?" Luffy asked dubiously.
"i'm gonna lay the hammer on him so hard." Usopp Muttered again.
Life Ending Sword "Meditation"
The Roukanken is powered up with green spiritual energy engulfing it completely from top to bottom before Youmu did a overhead slash at Zoro.
Zoro then wasted no time and jumps in front of the attack with the three swords in front creating a small hole in the slashing attack, which Zoro passes through.
Youmu is taken by surprise with this. but before that she then blocks Zoro's immediate attack after he falls to the ground.
'What strength...!' Youmu thought before forcing herself to dash backwards.
'He's too strong! I don't have a chance against him, in melee...' Youmu then approached Zoro again and swung the Roukanken slowly vertically before Zoro blocked and did the same. Only horizontally.
Youmu then blocks as well before they continue to go on with it quickly.
"Slash of Life and Death!" Youmu performs a series of slashes executed with the Roukanken. Zoro manages to block them by swinging his swords in different ways.
After delivering the last hit, Youmu then jumped back and took the Hakurouken and crossed the two swords in the formation of an X.
"Lotus Stance Cut!" In this, Youmu releases a projectile of spiritual energy in the shape of an X (Kind of).
Zoro running torwards Youmu dodges the attack. He then ran below Youmu before starting to spin. "TATSUMAKI!"
"Netherworld Reflection Slash!" Youmu Somersault's and stands upside down swinging her swords with them close to her head creating a circular shaped reflector that deflects the biting wind. Zoro seeing Youmu slowly falling off the ground decided to act. he uses all three swords to catch Youmu in midair causing the two's swords to collide.
Zoro then pulls Youmu upwards who does somersault's before falling to the ground.
"Impressive! Never in all my life have I found a swordsman who had an amount of ability equal to me." Youmu complimented. "I have lived for over 60 years. but It appears you are one step ahead of me."
"Thanks. You're not much below that either." Zoro said. "But I intend to go further."
Youmu then let out a smile upon hearing this breaking her concentrated look for a second. "Indeed. You have the potential to grow even stronger."
"I plan to." Zoro then changes his stance and starts swinging the two swords in his hand as if you are the propeller of a swirl. "Let's get this over with."
Youmu then nodded in response, regaining her concentrated gaze before bending down a bit. She then shelts her sword.
"SANTORYU..."
"Human sigh: Slash Of Present!" Youmu performs a A single straight swift cut, executed Iaido style with the Roukanken going through Zoro.
"SASEN SEKAI!" Zoro stopped propelling his swords and slashed through Youmu faster than the speed the light.
SLASH*
BLINK*
In the blink of an eye, the two were seen standing in opposite directions. Youmu was where Zoro was, and Zoro was where Youmu was. a minute of silence passed unnoticed. The two continue in their usual poses.
...
Until in a few minutes. a small cut is made on Youmu's cheek oozing some blood.
"Huh?" Youmu noticed and felt this a bit later.
Zoro then just hearing this, started to put his swords away. He then slowly started to approach Youmu who stood in the same spot as before with an expression without any emotion behind it.
A second later, she lets out a smile on her face before turning to Zoro. She then hid the Hakurouken and Roukanken Before staring at Zoro. Youmu then extends one of her hands openly.
"You fought well. There is no doubt in my mind that you will be the strongest Swordsman." Youmu said respectfully. "My father would have loved to have you as a student."
Zoro then also reached out a few minutes later and squeezed Youmu's arm before shaking it.
"Thanks. You take care of yourself." Zoro said back without any emotion behind it.
Youmu was confused by Zoro's last sentence.
"Why do you say that?" She asked before Zoro let go of her arm.
"Because I don't think I'll be here for long." Zoro said in the same tone as before Before turning around and heading in a random direction. This only confused Youmu even more.
"Why's that?" She insisted to herself on asking that.
Zoro then stopped walking and stood still.
"i'm looking for someone named Mihawk titled 'the strongest swordsman'" Zoro said. "I have a brief feeling he's going to show up here somewhere."
Zoro continued then. "Once I defeat him, it won't make any sense for me to stay here."
Zoro then went back to the direction he was going.
"i see..."
Youmu then stood quietly in place. A few things started to enter her head, and she started to think a little.
"Hawk eyes...? I feel as if there's something beyond becoming the strongest swordsman on his mind..."
MEANWHILE...
FISHING (Luffy,Sanae and Usopp)
"WHEW!! Finally a fish came here, Sanae and Usopp." Luffy Exclaimed before starting to remove the hook from the water.
"See? What did it take to be quiet for a few minutes?" Usopp Said while smiling.
then unexpectedly Luffy is pulled hard to the side of the ship while trying to remove the hook. Usopp and Sanae are surprised by this.
"Whoa! What strong fish is this?"
"Jeez, that's a big one!" Usopp said.
"Whoa, Amazing!" Sanae chirped in awe while extending her arms up. "Do you need help, Mister Luffy?"
"No need, I'm fine!" Luffy told. "I just need to hold on to something!"
Luffy then stretched one of his arms on the pole.
"P-wait Luffy!" Usopp shrieks at the Strawhat afraid of him breaking some part of the ship.
"GOMU GOMU NO ROCKET!"
Without any kind of reconsideration coming to mind. Luffy then goes flying upwards which causes the fishing rod to break.
CRACK*
Fortunately, nothing was in vain. because after doing that Luffy also removed the fish from the sea
the problem was that it didn't seem to be a fish.
SPLASH*
The creature coming out of the depths of the sea was almost indescribable. (even for me)
It had sharp teeth and had a huge neck like a hydra. the thing also had scales and its head was that of a salmon.
Needless to say, the mere appearance of the thing scared Sanae and Usopp.
However, despite scaring both of them Usopp was clearly the most affected one.
"G-G-G-G-G-G-G-G-G-H-Q-Q" Usopp was in such an extreme state of shock and fear that he couldn't speak properly.
"UWAAH!! its a Sea King! A Sea King in person!!" Sanae said in awe like a true fangirl. "What bad luck, I think he ate the fish and stole the other's hook, now we'll have to chase him out."
But then Sanae noticed that Luffy hadn't said anything. he was in his quiet state again.
"Mister Luffy...?"
"HOW YUMMY!!" Luffy screamed as a river of broad formed in his mouth.
"Mister Luffy, I have a slight feeling this won't fit on the ship." Sanae had a feeling.
"THEN ITS MORE FOR ME!!" Luffy screamed and jumped in front of the hybrid fish.
"Mister Luffy, wait!" Sanae tried to stop him, but it was in vain.
"That's not good. the lack of food for the next 20 minutes ended up Hypenotizing Luffy into focusing only in food!" Sanae stopped and looked at the hungry Luffy.
She knew that Luffy could defeat that freak, but worse things could happen. especially when water was involved.
"hmm... What am I supposed to do?" She began to think. Oblivious to a fainted Usopp.
"COME HERE FISH!" Luffy said as he hugged the fish for some reason. Luffy's outstretched arms caught the Sea King and pinned him in place as the thing made confused noises.
Luffy then bit the fish firmly. which caused the sea king to freeze in place with giant cartoony eyes.
"Oh no. Its too late..." Sanae this time didn't have a good feeling about it. She didn't even want to see what was about to happen.

...
"FROARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!"
The sea king's piercing sound of pain was heard everywhere on the ship, which startled everyone and made everyone stop what they were doing.
"What was that...?" Nami asked a little scared. "it looked like a monster."
"Whatever it is must be a lot more interesting than arguing with you." Marisa she ground her teeth, much to Nami's stress. Marisa then ran to where she thought the sound was coming from. "Let's have a look."
"Fine, smartass. But don' think I'll forget about everything just for now." Nami followed Marisa.
"This terrible sound... as if a creature was in pain. where did it come from?" Alice asked.
"Don't tell me that moron did it again." Reimu who was now next to Alice sighed.
"How did you guess?"
"I know him for long enough time for me to guess how he brings problems to us." Reimu told Alice.
"Will you check them?"
"Well. Me a few days ago would probably say 'no, it's too much trouble' but I'm really struggling to find something to do so... whatever." Reimu got up from her chair and headed towards where the sound came from.
Alice however chose not to get involved in this and continued looking out to sea.
Zoro had gone back to sleep and somehow didn't hear anything.
"What was that...?" Youmu asked as she turned around. "What happened here?" Youmu without thinking again went to where he heard the sharpy sound.
"COME BACK, MISTER LUFFY!!" Sanae asked 'politely' as she flew towards the Sea King desperately circled in the middle of the Going Merry which caused quite a shake.
And all this in hopes of Luffy getting out of him.
"Ah... Nailed it. that idiot again." Reimu sigh's. frowning and not surprised.
"He's ridin' a weird fish. One of the ugly ones too!" Marisa watched. "who would've guessed that kind of Youkai inhabited the sea, ze!"
"Can someone please tell me the context of what I'm seeing, please." Youmu sweatdropped. "Why is Luffy riding a Marine Youkai? And why is he circling around us?"
"Well, it doesn't matter now." Nami said bluntly. "If that thing hits the ship, we die. You two do something!" Nami turns to Reimu and Marisa.
"Yeah, Yeah, I was already plannin' to be on my way, ze." Marisa took the Mini-hakkero out of her pockets. She then turns to her friend Reimu.
"Come on, Reimu. You don't want to be left out, right?" After the provocative comment, Marisa takes her broom and flies towards the sea king.
"Why do you always have to treat everything like a competition." Reimu muttered before quickly following Marisa.
"I-I think i should be going too. but i'll be taking this off." Youmu stutters
BGM: Can't Escape,Fight! (One Piece)
Alice continues to relax sitting and looking at the sea. All this while the ship was shaking. Shanghail almost falls to the ground in this process, but luckily the doll manages to regain her balance.
Meanwhile, Alice noticed that all the crackers were gone. After having some tea and putting the cup on the table.
The Seven-Colored Puppeteer leaves her grimoire on the table along with Shanghail too, and got up to get more crackers.
but before getting 'inside' the ship. She sees an island far ahead. Alice stares at the island for a few seconds before leaving.
"Hah!" several flying charms appeared around Sanae before she points in a direction with her wand which causes the charms target lock onto the sea king. The charms hit the fish's back.
"FROOOOARH!!" The sea king growled in pain. this caused the sea king to speed up.
Meanwhile, Reimu then approached the Sea King.
"Cautionary Border!"
Reimu summon's a barrier in front of the sea king. The sea king was still moving and ended up running into the barrier. Luffy also ended up getting hit.
"HAAH!" Then suddenly a hurricane of wind is formed around the sea king. This was caused by Sanae approaching.
"Whoa-whoay~! what is that!?" Luffy asked all ditzy.
the wind hurricane then causes the sea king to sprung up in the air. Completely sucked.
"FROOOARH!!"
"AHHHHHH!!" The Sea King and Luffy
scream as the Sea king goes flying into the air. Luffy luckily fails flat on the Going Merry.
On his face.
Meanwhile, Marisa catch's up to her friends in her broom. she looked up to get a good glance out of the overwhelmed monster as if she was planning something.
She begin's to shape her hands near her own face as if it was a binocular.
"There!" She exclaimed.
"Anyone lookin' forward to fireworks?" Marisa grins before pullign out her mini-hakkero. she aims both the mini-hakkero and her other hand up alongside each other but not exactly close to each other.
"Stellar Missile" Marisa shoots a non-interacting shot into the sky that detonates like a missile and leaves behind a hovering bullet that hits the Sea King.
SFX: BOOM
"FROOOOOARGH!!!" The sea king snarled before being sent further to the sky until his image begin's to dissapear never to be seen again.
The girls then silently decide to take a break.
Marisa then proceeds to put the mini-hakkero in one of her pockets.
"Whoa...! I can't believe it! I fought a Sea King!!" Sanae mentally screams to herself as her pupils become stars.
"Thanks for the workout, Luffy!" Marisa smiled. "I really needed it!"
"Well, that was easy." Reimu said bluntly with no emotion behind it. She then sighed "i guess it was a good enough distraction from all the traveling, but... its already over."
Marisa then turned around giving Reimu a smirk . "It seems to me that someone is lookin' a bit bored, Ze!"
"Yes I am, what of it? Navigating a ship is far more boring than I thought." Reimu replied all cool. "If anything else could happen..."
"Hehe. I like it you when you're like this, da ze!" Marisa replied. "but now Luffy. where is he?"
Sanae listening to this snaps back to reality and reply's to the two. "A-Ah! he fell on the ship."
"Ah, got it! I just don't understand why he's now running towards the sea while yelling 'food, come back here'" Marisa said casually as she looked down at luffy drowning on the ocean which alerted the shrine maidens.
"HE WHAT!!"
A few minutes later, the girls manage to get Luffy out of the sea and take all the water out of his body.
"I swear. He's doing it on purpose at this point...!" Reimu muttered clearly surly.
"Hey, Luffy you seriously need to get a grip on this Recklessness." Marisa told. "even I make a point of keeping it."
"And that I went to catch the fish... Because it was running away...But then I forgot that I can't swim..." Luffy said slowly while catching his breath.
"Great. Are we going to have to deal with that part now?" Reimu sigh's "I deserve it..."
"YOU IDIOT, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US!?" Nami barked out of nowhere with a scary face
"H-Huh?" Luffy blinked. he then smiled. "Oops, oi Nami! What's up?"
"DON'T COME 'WHAT'S UP' ING ME! YOU ALMOST DESTROYED THE SHIP BECAUSE OF THAT STUPID JOKE!!"
"Oh, wait, I didn't even say anything. I was trying to capture that fish that was running away." Luffy explained it in a simplified way. "But now he ran away. Let's go fish again, Usop-! OOF!" Luffy was about to say before getting hit in the head by Nami.
"IN ANY WAY, NO ONE IS GOING TO LET THIS GO! YOU'RE PROHIBITED FROM FISHING FROM TODAY ON, DO YOU UNDERSTAND!?"
"its for the best." Reimu commented. "We won't have an 'incident' like this for a long time."
"I agree." Youmu who was quiet commented.
"Poor Luffy." Sanae sweatdropped. "She's much scarier in person than in the anime... how scary..."
"Guys..." Alice called out of nowhere, catching everyone's attention (except for Usopp and Zoro for obvious reasons)
Alice was back at her table eating and drinking tea. She was pointing her finger at the nearest island from before. Shanghail and other Summoned by Alice dolls pointed their little fingerless arms there as well.
BGM ENDS
Alice then smiled at the group saying. "Looks like we've reached our next destination."
BGM: Overtaken (One Piece)
"Finally! it's over!" Reimu expressed much more energy than before and said with a satisfied face. Needless to say, that was very rare.
Luffy then got up from the ground quickly.
Luffy then ran to where Alice and her dolls were. "There's really an island up ahead, guys!"
"Even if it has nothing we're looking for, It won't hurt to explore a little bit." Marisa commented. "I mean the day is so beautiful today, right?"
Rushed end. i didn't know how to set this.
TWENTY MINUTES LATER...
"You didn't say a storm would start out of nowhere!" Marisa Said while holding ropes on a rainy and windy atmosphere. "What a crazy weather, da ze!"
"I told you yesterday that there was a chance of a storm, but no one listened!!" Nami said from far away while giving navigation orders. quite upset.
