Naruto, Suki, and Jiraiya had arrived to one of the smaller towns wihin the Land of Fire. As they proceeded forward, Jiraiya explained that they would be given a small break and for them to enjoy the festival that's taking place.
"Huh? Shouldn't we be training?" Suki asked as she crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow.
"Training is important. However, the life of a shinobi short. It's important to enjoy every chance of free time that you receive. Here are the directions to the hotel. Mine is across the hall from yours. Now, you two kids have fun." Jiraiya said with a wink before he vanished in a body flicker.
"Well, it has been awhile since we've gone on a date." Naruto said with a smirk as he grabbed Suki's hand.
"Okay. Yeah, let's take a break from training and being a shinobi for once." Suki said as her face was blushing slightly.
With Kakashi
"I don't know how much more of this I can take." the masked ninja said as he noticed a few thousand copies of himself with multiple clones of Itachi standing before him.
"Only seventy one hours, fifty nine minutes, and fifty nine seconds left until the jutsu ends." said the voice of Itachi.
Suddenly, everything returned back to normal and both Itachi and Kakashi were back in reality Kakashi dropped to one of his knees as he let out a massive scream. "Kakashi? What happened? All of a sudden you were fine, now you just dropped!" Asuma shouted in concern.
"I'm fine... Just keep your eyes closed." Kakashi ordered as he glared at the Uchiha prodigy.
"Huh? Not bad. Not many people can stay awake after being put in the Tsukuyomi, much less fight." Kisame said with a sinister chuckle.
"You two, you're part of the Aaktsuki aren't you?" asked Kakashi as he used all his might to stay awake.
"So, you know about our organization?" asked Itachi.
"It's Naruto, you're looking for..." Kakashi said.
"Kisame... He knows too much. Kakashi, you're coming with us." Itachi said. As the shark looking man proceeded to walk over to Kakashi, a blur of green appeared and a foot struck Kisame in his face. Kisame was sent flying back.
"Well, look who it is. My eternal rival down on his luck. You've gotten lazy Kakashi." Might Guy said.
"That's it... He's dead." Kisame muttered.
"Oh? So it's Itachi. The anbu are on their way and you two will be rought to justice." Guy said with a smirk.
"Becareful, Kisame. Might Guy, he's one not to take lightly." Itachi said. It was then the Uchiha felt multiple chakra signatures approaching. "Come, we've wasted too much time. Naruto isn't here." Itachi said as oth he and Kisame vanished in a body flicker.
"Come on, we need to get Kakashi to a hospital." Guy said.
With Naruto and Suki
The two were current holding hands while their other hands occupied a large stick of dango. They had played many of the games along with checked quite a few of the sights. "You know, Anko would kill to be in our shoes? I've never seen so much dango at once before." Naruto said with a chuckle.
"Like your ramen addiction is any better." Suki said while shooting her boyfriend a smirk.
Naruto chuckled sheepishly. "Oh, it isn't that bad." Naruto admitted.
"Naruto, if there was a jutsu that could create ramen, I don't think you'd ever leave the house." Suki said.
"Wait a minute..." Naruto said as he came to a stop and his eyes got shadowed.
"What is it?" Suki asked as she grew concerned in her voice.
"Do you think pervy sage can teach me such a jutsu?" Naruto asked. Suki face faulted at Naruto's antics.
"Come on, it's getting pretty late. Let's get back to the hotel." Suki said.
"Do you think we should grab pervy sage?" Naruto asked.
Suki shook her head. "No, I'm sure he's having a good time. Plus, I could really use an Uzumaki massage right now." Suki said with a wink. Naruto nodded and the two proceeded to their hotel room.
With Itachi and Kisame
"What tells you they are here?" asked Kisame.
"Call it a hunch. But I get the feeling that we'll find the Jinchuriki in this town." Itachi said as he and Kisame walked through the town. Since this was a town outside of Konoha, they didn't have to worry about losing their straw hats.
The two arrived in a hotel and Itachi approached the first desk. "Hi, are you checking in or checking out?" asked the lady at the front desk.
"Sharingan." Itachi muttered as his three tomo sharingan started spinning as he and the lady kept eye contact. "Where is Naruto Uzumaki?" asked Itachi.
"Naruto Uzumaki is on floor three, room three eighteen." said the front lady.
"Thank you." Itachi said as he and Kisame proceeded upstairs.
With Naruto and Suki
"Fuck, Naruto. Why don't you retire as a shinobi and just do ninja recovery?" asked Suki as she laid flat on the bed with her shirt removed.
"I doubt you'd like me to give anyone else a massage, haha." Naruto laughed as he was pressuring his hands into the muscles on Suki's back.
"That's true." Suki said in a whisper before they received a knock on the door. "Great, he's back." Suki muttered as she put her shirt back on.
Naruto walked over to the door and when he opened it, both he and Suki were in uttershock. Standing before them, the one and only Itachi Uchiha. "Hello, Naruto... Suki." Itachi said in a calm tone.
"Itachi?" Suki asked as her eyes went wide.
"Ah, it seems the Jinchuriki has a guest. Hmm, she looks a bit like you, Itachi. Who is she?" asked Kisame.
"She is my younger sister." Itachi said as his eyes never left Suki's glare.
"Really? From what I heard, the entire Uchiha clan was eliminated... By you." Kisame said with a slight chuckle.
"Itachi Uchiha... I've been waiting for this moment." Suki said as she formed a chidori in her hand. "It's just as you said brother, I've fostered my hatred. Dedicated my entire life to this single moment... To see you destroyed! Die!" Suki shouted as she charged at her older brother.
It was in that moment that Itachi caught her wrist. The glare Itachi and Suki were giving each other could silence an entire room of anbu. "You're still too weak." Itachi muttered.
"Suki!" Naruto shouted as he drew a kunai and prepared to charge at his future brother-in-law. It wasn't until Kisame drew his sword.
"I think we should mind our own business." Kisame said as he gazed at the Kyuubi Jinchuriki.
Itachi squeezed Suki's wrist as he bent it downwards and a crack could be heard. Suki let out a massive scream as she was kicked away and sent flying through the wall. "Suki!" Naruto shouted as his eyes became red and crimson chakra started to form around him.
"You'll pay for that!" Naruto roared and as he prepared to strike, Kisame slashed his sword across the crimson colored chakra. To Naruto's surprise, he reverted back to his normal form. "Huh? I can't feel my chakra.": Naruto said.
"Haha! It's called shark skin. Her favorite thing to eat is chakra." Kisame said. "Now, Itachi. Why don't we chop off a leg. It'll be a pain if we have to chase him." Kisame said and when Itachi remained silent, he took a step towards the blond.
"Wait! I'm not done with you!" shouted Suki as her curse mark started to activate.
"Go awayu, I'm not interested in you." Itachi told his sister.
"Then get interested!" Suki shouted as she charged but found a fist connected to her chest. The female Uchiha was sent flying away and crashed into the wall once more.
"Looks like I'll need to deal with you first." Itachi said in a low tone as he walked towards his younger sister. When he stood in front of her, Itachi grabbed the girl by her neck. "You don't have enough hatred... And you know what? You never will." Itachi whispered in Suki's ears. "Tsukuyomi!" Itachi muttered.
Suki's eyes went wide as her entire world went black with a red sight. Unlike Kakashi, Suki wasn't be harmed. Instead, the sight of Itachi slaughtering the entire clan, along with their parents continued to replay in her mind. "It seems I need to remind you of your reason to live." Itachi said.
Suki was screaming. "Stop it, Itachi! Why are you doing this to me?" Suki cried out.
Reality returned and Suki let out a horrifying scream. Naruto saw this and though he was low on chakra, he stuck his arm out towards Kisame. "Almighty Push!" Naruto shouted and the Akatsuki member was sent flying away as he charged after Suki.
Itachi saw this and drew a kunai to stop Naruto from getting involved. As he went to stap the blond, a white haired man appeared as he swipped the kunai out of Itachi's hand. "Well, I knew my gaki's went missing. But I didn't think they would encounter two S rank criminals." Jiraiya said.
"Kisame, we're leaving." Itachi said as his partner returned with multiple cuts from being blown through the walls.
"Oh, no you don't. It's over. I'll finish you two off right here." Jiraiya said as he went through a series of hand seals. "Ninja Art - Toad Mouth Trap! Nobody has ever escaped the mouth of the toad!" Jiraiya called out.
"Come, now!" Itachi called out to his partner as they ran through the toad's mouth. Itachi noticed the exit before him and released a sigh. "Amateretsu!" Itachi roared and a black flame allowed the two akatsuki members to escape.
Jiraiya noticed a lack of screams and quickly ran to the exit. "I don't believe this... They did the impossible!" Jiraiya exclaimed. Naruto quickly ran and grabbed Suki.
"Pervy sage, what's happened to her?" asked Naruto as he held the raven haired girl tightly in his arms.
"She seems to have suffered major mental strain from Itachi's jutsu. Usually, I'd have her return to the village. However, we're too far out and thus, we'll need to keep an extra eye on her. From my understanding, she's in a mental coma." Jiraiya said.
Suddenly, a massive green blur appeared and like Kisame, Jiraiya was sent flying away from a foot that connected to his face. "The handsome devil of Konoha has arrived! Get ready to feel the power of youth!" Guy shouted before he realized that he was standing before Naruto, Jiraiya, and a passed out Suki.
"You idiot! Why don't you watch where you're going?" shouted Jiraiya.
Guy laughed sheepishly. "My apologies, Lord Jiraiya. I used my head band to see the reflection. All I saw was two shadows and so, I believed it was Itachi and his partner." Guy explained.
"They just left." Jiraiya said.
"What are we waiting for? We need to go hunt them down." Naruto declared.
"Nice talk, kid. But those two would eat you alive. You're nowhere near there level. Even with your rinnegan." Jiraiya.
"You seem to have forgotten that I nearly eliminated your former teammate." Naruto said.
"Orochimaru? You mean after sensei weakend him greatly? Anyway, those two are far above Orochimaru. It's the reason he left their organization." Jiraiya explained.
Naruto looked down and nodded. "But what about Suki? She needs help!" Naruto shouted.
"Tsunade is known as the world's number one medic. We'll bring her back and she can heal Suki." Jiraiya said before turning to Guy. "Guy, bring Suki back to the village." Jiraiya ordered.
"What happened to her?" asked Guy.
"Itachi did some strange jutsu. It must have been insane because after a moment, she was screaming to the top of her lungs." Naruto explained.
"I see... Well, it seems that Suki wasd placed under the Tsukuyomi like Kakashi." Guy said.
"Huh? What are you talking about?" Naruto asked.
"Itachi and his partner were seen in the village. Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and myself engaged them. It seems that whatever Suki went through, Kakashi had it done to him too. He's currently in a coma." Guy explained.
"Well, tell the council and elders we'll return with Tsunade. Make sure you keep an extra eye on those two." Jiraiya said.
Guy picked Suki up and placed her on his back. "I will, and Naruto. Your flames of youth have certainly impressed me. Here, I always keep a spare one on me. I consider you an unofficial student and while I'm nicknamed the Handsome devil, Lee is nicknamed the burning devil, you'll be declared the green beast!" Guy shouted.
Naruto looked at the green fullbody suit and smirked. "Thank you, Guy sensei." Naruto said as he quickly undressed himself and put the green bodysuit on. "This is incredible!" Naruto shouted.
"Looks good. Your flames of youth are burning bright." Guy said as he said farewell to the blond and Jiraiya.
"Alright, let's go." Naruto said.
"Um, Naruto. You aren't actually going to wear that, are you?" Jiraiya asked.
"Yes. Guy sensei came to help us out and threw himself into battle like that. Even if he was late. The least I can do is represent his flames of youth!" Naruto said.
"Whatever, come on. We need to go." Jiraiya said as he and Naruto left the hotel in a body flicker.
Unknown Location
"Report." said a man with a single sharingan eye.
"The Jinchuriki of the Kyuubi no Kitsune has evaded us. We encountered Jiraiya, the toad sage." Itachi explained.
"I see. Jiraiya is no pushover. We'll put a hold on capturing the Jinchuriki for now." said the man.
"Understood." said the eight other members inside the cave.
"Seems like things will be getting interesting." said a plantlike man.
"Yes... I want you to continue to monitor the Jinchuriki. However, at not chance are you to engage." said the man with a single eye.
"Yes, Lord Tobi." said the plant man.
Konoha
"As you can understand, Jiraiya and Naruto are currently in pursuit of Lady Tsunade." said Guy.
"I see... Alright, that's all." said a bandaged man. "I can't do anything now... However, Maybe I can tip things in my favor when Tsunade returns." said the man.
Guy left the building and was met by his team. "Guy sensei? We've been looking everywhere for you." said Lee.
"Oh, yes. I had an errand to run. No worries, things are all taken care of." Guy said with his smile that sparkled.
"Where is Naruto? I was hoping to have a youthful match with him, Guy sensei." Lee declared.
"Um, Naruto is currently away on an S rank mission." Guy said.
"Huh? He's only a genin. Why is he taking an S rank mission?" asked Tenten.
"As you know, S rank missions are classified. However, he will return in about a month or so. Now, come on. I think it's a beautiful day for a training session!" Guy declared.
"Yes, Guy Sensei!" Lee shouted.
