Yugis New Shadow Game
Pharoh Yugi stood across from Pegasus on the playing field. They each held five cards in there hand. Yugis face was intence as he examined his cards. Pegasus retained a calm complicture, as he too examined his cards. The sky was black, as streaks of violet lightening shot across.
"Well, Yugi boy, Ill let you make the first move" Pegasus announced. Yugi Looked down at his hand of cards, he carefully selected three cards "Alright Pegasus, I discard these three cards, and draw three cards" Yugi informed as he did so, "Your move, Pegasus!".
"Okay Yugi boy, I will disgard one card" Pegasus narrated, "and I will wager my left hand". Yugi looked down at his cards once more, "I see your bet, Pegasus!". Yugi revealed his hand to Pegasus; Jack of diamonds, Ten of hearts, Four of clubs, Ten of spades, and Ten of diamonds.
"Three of a kind" Yugi briefed. Pegasus looked dramatically surprised.
"Oh no! Three of a kind beats two pair" He said. Yugi smirked, "but not a straight" Pegasus added revealing his hand; Two of hearts, Four of diamonds, Five of spades, Six of spades, and Three of diamonds. 'No!' Yugi thought, he watched his left hand dissappear.
"New hand Yugi boy, I guess I will have to shuffle" Pegasus jested, as he took the cards, shuffled and dealt each them five cards. Yugi looked down at his hand, 'This hand is much better, the younger' Yugi thought.
Pegasus showed no emotions, aside form his boastful expression. "I will make the first move" Yugi claimed, "I will discard two cards". Yugi discarded two cards before drawing a seperate to cards form the deck.
"Very well, I will discard four cards" Pegasus stated, "I will wager my right arm". Yugi replied "I see your bet, Pegasus", Yugis words could have easily been mistaken for spit. Pegasus revealed his hand; King of clubs, Two of Clubs, Five of clubs, Ace of clubs, and Ten of clubs. "Flush Yugi boy".
"That is a good hand Pegasus, but not good enough to beat Four of a kind" Yugi reminded, he revealed his hand; Three of diamonds, Three of spades, Three of hearts, Queen of clubs, and Three of clubs. Pegasus strained in pain as he watched his right arm dissappear. "Very good Yugi" Pegasus congradulated. Pegasus right hand was still intact and moved as though attached by his arm. He shuffled the cards and dealt them each five more cards "Alright Yugi boy the hand is for all the marbles, winner takes all"
"Fine by me" Yugi announced looking down at his hand, 'YES!'. Pegasus discarded three cards and drew three from the deck. Pegasus smirked. Yugi discarded on card, he looked at the deck. 'Come on, heart of the cards', he drew the top card. He made no expression. Pegasus revealed his hand "Full house, Yugi boy", he revealed his hand; King of clubs, King of diamonds, King of hearts, Ten of clubs, and Ten of Hearts. "I guess that beats an Ace of spades, a King of spades, a Queen of spades, and a Jack of spades". Pegasus laugh maniacally, "but not a Ten of spades".
