So the story; fourteen year old Mysteria of Naxxon is the adopted daughter of Duke Gareth the Elder. Abandoned by her noble parents at only sixteen months old, she is found half dead not, by the Duke, but the young thief George Cooper. Meanwhile, in Naxxon a young boy Gary, looses his twin sister and mother to the fever. Four years later, on a return trip to Tortal's Capital, Duke Gareth crosses paths with George and Mysteria. Shocked at how much she looks like his dead wife, the Duke asks George to allow the Duke to adopt Mysteria. George agrees, but only if the Duke will agree to his terms of adoption. One: Mysteria is to be given the right to earn her shield, and Two: George is given the ability to help Mysteria in any way he can. The Duke agrees. Fast forward some, five years. Mysteria, now Kaye of Naxxon is about to enter her first year as Page.
